Overhead cranes are widely used at industrial enterprises for transportation of materials and products. They are successfully adaptable to technological processes used at an enterprise and their exploitation is inexpensive; in addition, the price of cranes is relatively low. However, extension of requirements set for technological processes results in shortened time for transportation and stiffened requirements for accuracy of cargo delivery and cargo safety. In the attempts to satisfy the latter requirements, particular attention is paid to swings of the cargo-holding rope. There is a number of factors that cause increased requirements for the control system of the crane drive. The slewing movement affects the total system of the crane and aggravates the crane movement control. In modern overhead cranes, the abilities and qualification of an operator (who is assisted by a certain anti-swing system) predetermine the cargo swings and the accuracy of its positioning. The said circumstance latterly caused a particular attention to computerisation of overhead crane control. However, a nonlinearity of the mechanical system of a crane and complicated control of swings often cause undesirable swings, in particular in the beginning and the end of cargo transporting process, thus reducing the efficiency of usual crane control systems. In addition, it should be taken into account that the parameters of a crane, as a controlled mechanical system, depend on the cargo and the conditions of its transportation. Consequently, a development of an effective cargo swing reduction system is a currently topical engineering problem.

The article discusses main strategic aspects of modern corporations’ development. As a model, the model of G. Kleiner’sintrasystem space is used, which considers the mental, cultural, institutional, cognitive, technological, imitative and historical subsystems. Each subsystem includes key processes that contribute to the formation of enterprise competitiveness parameters. According to the system model, the characteristics of subsystems of industrial enterprises of the Altai Region are given. The strategic aspects of enterprise development are considered, in particular, the formation of the dynamic capabilities underlying the achievement of strategic competitiveness. A theoretical basis for the formation of the concepts “core competencies”, “dynamic abilities”, “routine” and their role in the formation of strategic landmarks is being formed. The author’s model of formation of unique dynamic abilities of an industrial enterprise and organization of an enterprise’s intrasystem space is given.

The subject of research is the theoretical basis for understanding the essence of the potential and practical approaches to the formation of its componentsfor sustainable development of the enterprises, particularly in agricultural industry. The purpose of the research is to study the essential characteristics and components of the enterprise’s sustainable development potential, and to foremost determine the interaction of economic, social and environmental sub-potentials at the level of enterprise. Results of the research. Author's interpretation of the concept of enterprises’ sustainable development potential is proposed. It has been revealed that in the list of components of sustainable development potential, the innovative component acquires special significance, and forms an innovative field for the further development of economic, environmental and social potential.It has been determined that an innovative field in agro-industrial production should be formed by the large processing enterprises of agricultural industry.In order to further stimulate them, innovators should participate in management of innovative companies and be supported by the state.Summarizing of the essence and the author's definition of the terms «social» and «environmental» potentialof the enterprise’s sustainable development was provided.The basic structures of economic and social potential for sustainable development of agro-industrial enterprises have been developed.The interconnection between economic, social and environmental components of agro-industrial enterprises’ sustainable development has been exposed. Field of application of the results – the enterprises of agricultural industry, and further scientific research on evaluating the components, and forming the organizational and managerial directions of agro-industrial enterprises’ sustainable development potential’s use. Conclusions. The results of studying the theoretical views on the content of «enterprises’ sustainable development potential» phenomenon indicate a triple determination of the process of its creation and functioning.It is determined by the dynamics of the structure and direction of public needs, and also by the possibilities of interaction of one factor (environmental and social) with another (economic), providing balance between them.

Purpose. The aim of the article is generalization of theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of innovative activities of the enterprise, the study of requirements, criteria and evaluation indicators. Methodology of research. General scientific and special methods are used in the course of research, in particular: monographic, analysis and synthesis – at research of concept of efficiency of innovative activity and approaches to its estimation; system analysis – in determining the state of innovation in industrial enterprises; tabular – for visual presentation of the analysed statistical data; abstract and logical – in determining the possible areas of innovative activity of enterprises of different sizes. Findings. There is an unstable trend of increasing the share of industrial enterprises that have implemented innovations (products and / or technological processes) in the total number of industrial enterprises, and an increase in the cost of innovative activity for the analysed period. It is determined that the best result is observed when implementing new or significantly improved low-waste, resource-saving technological processes, which indicates the dominance of process innovations. It is proved that the main source of funding for innovative activity is the own funds of enterprises, whose costs are growing annually and whose share is 87.7%. At the same time, most funds were spent on the purchase of machinery, software and equipment, iюeю on the renewal of material and technical base and modernization. There is an increase in the number of profitable enterprises, which indicates an increase in efficiency, as well as an increase in operating profitability and all activities of enterprises, but much higher rates are typical for micro and small enterprises, indicating their higher innovation activity and efficiency of modern development. Originality. Methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of innovative development of enterprises have been improved, which, unlike existing ones, are based on incurred costs for innovation, volumes and sources of funding, reinvestment of profits, innovation activity, share of innovative products and increase profitability to substantiate possible directions of innovative development and implementation of measures to implement the results of research and development, taking into account the specifics and size of the business entities, the state and dynamics of the internal and external environment. Practical value. The use of generalized systematized methodological approaches to determining the effectiveness of innovative development of enterprises will allow to assess the results of the enterprise in each area of innovation based on the implemented innovative solutions in the current period and in the medium and long term. Introduction. Implementation of renewable energy resources on manufacturing enterprises is a big challenge in Ukraine. The Energy Strategy of Ukraine has an ambitious goal to reach 25% of renewable energy in national energy balance. Manufacturing enterprises play important role in realization of this strategy as far as they are the biggest consumers of energy. Obviously they need corresponding tools to implement renewable energy in the production activity. Energy controlling is a theoretical concept and practical instrument for management control in energy sector. Balanced scorecards (BSC) are controlling’s tool and can be used not only for analytical activities, but also for implementation of renewable energy strategy on manufacturing enterprise. The purpose of the paper is formation of balanced scorecard for implementation of renewable energy strategy on manufacturing enterprise. The methodology of research covers theoretical basis of energy efficient production and D. Norton & R. Kaplan’s approach to development of BSC; survey of top managers in energy sectors of industrial enterprises. Results. Energy controlling is a new direction in development of controlling concept that is often called “management control” in the English speaking research area. The paper analyzed its theoretical basis and practical experience with the focus on renewable energy. The BSC is a successful tool for effective implementation of different strategies on enterprise as well as it is often used for analytical work. The paper proposes to use BSC’s for implementation of renewable energy strategy developed both the scheme of strategic initiatives and the template of BSC to achieve the goal of improving the renewable energy efficiency in the production activities of industrial enterprises. Conclusion. Energy controlling has the potential to contribute to improving the economic efficiency of renewable energy systems. Besides, it can make them transparent, profitable and manageable. The corresponding BCS can be developed for every company that is interested in implementation of renewable energy in production activity. The BSC sets strategic goals for promoting and enhancing the efficiency of the renewable energy system and controls the progress along the roadmap towards the strategic goals.

With the maintenance of transport networks in proper condition, the problem of removing unwanted tree and shrub vegetation continues to be relevant. Work on cleaning the territories of the relevant infrastructure facilities from undesirable vegetation can be performed both manually and mechanically with the involvement of various machines, mechanisms and equipment. Considering that at present, when removing unwanted tree and shrub vegetation from the territories of linear infrastructure facilities, a total of more than 50 technological processes are used, the purpose of the study was to identify the possibility of adjusting the degree of their prevalence by types of infrastructure facilities. The article provides a formula for establishing the degree of prevalence of the technological process of removing vegetation along linear infrastructural objects, the distribution of the specified degree by the sites of impact on unwanted vegetation is presented, the content of the corresponding technological processes is disclosed, recommendations are proposed for adjusting the degree of prevalence of technological processes for removing vegetation from the territories of linear infrastructure facilities. The results of the study can be used by industrial enterprises performing work to maintain the territory of transport infrastructure facilities in a standard condition.

Purpose. The aim of the article is to disclose the peculiarities of formation of tactics and strategy of ensuring the personnel safety of the enterprise. Methodology of research. The theoretical basis of the research is the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of ensuring personnel security of the enterprise. The following methods are used to achieve this goal: analytical and monographic –in processing the literary and Internet sources on the topic of research; system analysis, generalization, graphic – when constructing a schematic map of the sequence of formation of personnel security tactics and strategy is developed and systems of monitoring and control over the implementation of the personnel security strategy; abstract and logical – for the generalization of the above material and the formulation of conclusions. Findings. The essence of the concept of “personnel security strategy” and “personnel security tactics” is determined on the basis of the conducted research. A schematic map of the sequence of formation of personnel security tactics and strategy is developed, covering the definition of the basic principles of security, strategy and tactical goals, selection and monitoring of the implementation of the chosen strategy. Particular attention is paid to the system of monitoring and control over the implementation of the personnel security strategy and the implementation of appropriate tactical measures, which should be aimed at improving the overall security strategy. Originality. It is substantiated that ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise depends to a large extent on the personnel potential, the formation and development of which requires the creation of safe conditions today and in the future, which cannot be accomplished without the development and implementation of a strategy for ensuring the personnel security of the enterprise. Practical value. The obtained results of the study can be used by managers and economists of industrial enterprises in the formulation of tactics and strategies for ensuring personnel security, which will gradually adapt enterprises to new changes and strengthen the conditions of management in general.
