The cleaning of cement warehouse is a labor-intensive and high-risk operation. The applicability and cleaning effect of traditional work tools are poor. Therefore, most of the methods are manual cleaning, which is inefficient and prone to accidents. It is of great social significance and practical value to develop an intelligent flexible warehouse cleaning robot that replaces the manual cleaning of cement. When the top of the cement warehouse is small and the volume of the cement warehouse is very large, how to ensure that the working range of the cleaning system can cover the entire area, and effectively and quickly complete the cleaning operation, and the automatic control of the cleaning robot has become an automatic control. Key issues to be addressed. Although the human–machine interface configuration technology has been widely used in automated monitoring systems, its graphical and componentized interface construction methods and the flexibility and scalability of the configuration interface have been widely recognized, but the human–machine interface, the coding method is still used in the construction, the development efficiency is low, and the interface is not open and flexible enough. At the same time, there are few research attempts on interface configuration. Interface configuration mostly only stays in the graphical phase of interface construction. Data and interactive control cannot meet the configuration requirements, and there is no complete implementation plan for configuration. Therefore, it has become an urgent need to change the traditional interface development mode and realize the configuration of man–machine interface. Based on the above background, the research content of this article is the research on the automatic control system of intelligent flexible clearing robot. Based on the understanding of the relevant properties of cement powder, this article discusses its flow state in the cement storehouse theoretically and provides a basis for subsequent structural design and stability research. A modularized and component-based configuration method for the numerical control interface is proposed. The interface is divided into three modules: data, graphics, and interactive control. The functional modules are assembled and the components are combined to implement the interface configuration. The experimental simulation results in this article show that compared to the traditional method, the amount of code editing of the configured human–machine interface is reduced by 46.34%, the development cycle is shortened by 43.72%, and the development efficiency of the configured human–machine interface has been greatly improved. It is confirmed that the configuration technology studied in this article can meet the requirements of automatic control systems.

It introduces a design of the control system for rehabilitation horse based on MCU STC89C52. The system’s control core is an 8-bit MCU STC89C52. First, the user input commands through the keyboard, then send commands to the DA conversion chip PCF8591 which can achieve the digital signal to analog signal output after dealing with MCU. Finally, PCF8591 send analog signal to the speed controller of DC motor in order to control the DC motor’s speed. Meanwhile, it builds a human-machine interface (HMI) to display the real-time speed of the horse through LCD.

In a power plant unit whose main fuel is coal, there is generally use a belt conveyor installation. This conveyor belt serves to supply coal from the crusher unit to the combustion chamber of the power generation unit. In this study, we discuss a case where the installation of a belt conveyor which was initially only one line was then made a new branch that supplies coal to other power generating units. Equitable capacity distribution and continuity of coal distribution are the main focus of this study. Therefore, a design of automatic control system of coal flow divider on belt conveyor installation was designed. The working principle of this coal flow splitting system is to control the movement of the straight blade plough that directs the flow of coal to each unit at the certain time and continuously. Straight blade plough in the form of steel metal plate with a thickness of about 10 millimeters in which one end is connected to the end of the pneumatic cylinder. Automatic control system of coal flow divider in belt conveyor installation designed using CX-Programmer and CX-Designer applications. CX-Programmer serves to create automatic control logic concepts. While the CX-designer functions to create a Human Machine Interface (HMI), making it easier for operators to control the course of the coal supply process. The results of this study are in the form of control logic lines that can be applied to Programmable Logic Control (PLC) device and Human Machine Interface (HMI) equipment.

ABSTRACT- The use of Air Conditioner (AC) in an important position and becomes the main thing. BCA diponegoro has a total of 28 AC conditioners which are manually and need an engine for AC conditioning. This research looks to build A prototype control system that can control AC electricity automatically, centralized and computerized. So that it can help engineers monitor, control and control building AC conditioners effectively and efficiently. The design of the system using the Micro-controller AT MEGA 2560 as a controlling tool in controlling the electricity AC of the BCA KCU Diponegoro building. And use Visual Basic. NET 2010 as an HMI (Human Machine Interface). The results of this tool are able to control AC electricity in the Diponegoro KCU BCA building automatically, centrally and can be controlled by a Personal Computer.
