The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect. Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel

Enterprise Resource Planning, a collective integrated approach for all business solutions, has been broadly accepted across various industries since 1990 as the upcoming generation of Manufacturing Business System and Manufacturing Resource Planning software. ERP can be taken as to be “the cost of entry for running and growing a business” (Kumar and van Hillegersberg, 2000). An ERP is an information system, which seamlessly integrated and configured for planning, execution and managing all the resources and their maximum use in the enterprise, and streamlines and incorporates the business threads within and across the functional or technical boundaries in the enterprises. With the use of such information system, an organization can automate its elementary business requirements by reducing the complexity and cost of the related integrations for its components. Enterprise may also apply business process reengineering for optimum utilization of its ERP system, and finally output as growth in business can be recorded. Thus, ERP Security plays major role in protecting an organization business data and their employee’s and customer information as well. Study of Access Control Model of ERP Security is very important to keep the enterprise IT environment safe and secure. This paper focuses on the Risk of Fraudulent behavior of user roles across in terms of usage of ERP system. The case study used the information and data based on questionnaire and various inputs from industry experts.

This article discusses the woodworking industry that sells timber and lumber. The analysis of the subject area was carried out, the problems of the company associated with the constant search for customers were identified; transfer of information, documents, reports on paper; lack of a single database for accounting documentation. In this regard, it was decided to select an information system that allows solving the identified problems. After a review of information systems, an information system was selected and implemented for the enterprise, which accelerates the process of paperwork for the sale of timber and lumber; increase the effi-ciency of processes for filling out documentation for the sale of forests; store customer information in a single database; keep records at all stages of harvested wood circulation and keep automated records in terms of harvesting, transportation, acceptance and shipment of roundwood.

Many electric utilities currently have a low level of smart meter implementation on traditional distribution grids. These utilities commonly have a problem associated with non-technical energy losses (NTLs) to unidentified energy flows consumed, but not billed in power distribution grids. They are usually due to either the electricity theft carried out by their own customers or failures in the utilities’ energy measurement systems. Non-technical energy losses lead to significant economic losses for electric utilities around the world. For instance, in Latin America and the Caribbean countries, NTLs represent around 15% of total energy generated in 2018, varying between 5 and 30% depending on the country because of the strong correlation with social, economic, political, and technical variables. According to this, electric utilities have a strong interest in finding new techniques and methods to mitigate this problem as much as possible. This research presents the results of determining with the precision of the existing data-oriented methods for detecting NTL through a methodology based on data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (multivariate data, analysis methods, classification, grouping algorithms, i.e., k-means and neural networks). The proposed methodology was implemented using the MATLAB computational tool, demonstrating improvements in the probability to identify the suspected customer’s measurement systems with error in their records that should be revised to reduce the NTLs in the distribution system and using the information from utilities’ databases associated with customer information (customer information system), the distribution grid (geographic information system), and socio-economic data. The proposed methodology was tested and validated in a real situation as a part of a recent Ecuadorian electric project.

The purpose of this research is to find out and information systems that are running at PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, and to create an application for customer data management, payment, and meter installation to simplify and speed up the data collection process. From the results of research and observations that have been carried out at PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, it can be concluded that with this customer information system in PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, information becomes precise and accurate, especially in the service section, and to obtain information These customers become easier, this information system is able to solve problems that often occur in PDAM Tirta Fulawan, West Simeulue District, namely it is difficult to control and supervise customer data and account payments which can avoid delays in making reports every year and for a certain period, and the creation of a system program information in order to obtain quality information.

Mobile banking offers convenience in conducting banking transactions. Customers who use mobile banking will get customer information in conducting banking transactions. PT Bank Aceh Syariah Lhokseumawe Branch Lhokseumawe Branch, as one of the banking institutions, is well aware that service to customers must be adjusted to advance technological outlook. This study limits only using three factors and needs to be considered by researchers, because the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a model of user acceptance in an information system. Based on this analysis it is known that or a constant of 92.343% means the three variables namely Perception of Ease, Comfort, and Trust has an influence on the preference variable of 21.453%, the regression coefficient of perceived convenience variable (X1) of 55.7%, the regression coefficient of comfort variable (X2) of 27.9%, and the regression coefficient of the trust variable (X3) of 93.8%. Based on the results of the F-Test and T-test, it can be seen that the most dominant factor influencing customer interest in using mobile banking is the trust factor because the value of the trust variable is greater than that of other variables.
