Background: Oncotype Dx is used to predict the long-term recurrence risk in patients with estrogen receptor (ER)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative invasive breast cancer (BC). This study aimed at establishing a correlation between clinicopathological parameters and recurrence score (RS), subsequently improving predictability and ultimately justifying the use of the multigene assay. Materials and methods: A retrospective analysis of the pathology and clinical data of 114 female patients with BC who had Oncotype Dx testing between 2012 and 2019. The pathological parameters included are tumor cell type, tumor grade, pathological stage, and mitotic index (MI). The expression of ER, progesterone receptor (PR), HER2, and Ki67 was assessed by immunohistochemistry. A univariate and multivariate linear regression analysis was performed to assess the correlation between these parameters and the RS. Results: In univariate analysis, age (˂40 years), higher tumor grade, and low PR expression were significantly associated with higher RS ( P = .02; ˂.001; and ˂.001, respectively). Both MI and Ki67 were also strongly correlated with an increase in the RS with a P value of .01 (Spearman correlation 0.34 and 0.33). In multivariate linear regression analysis, age, MI, and Ki67 lost their significance, but both higher grade and PR remained significantly associated with a higher RS along with the tumor stage ( P ˂ .001; ˂.001; and .04, respectively). Conclusions: Tumor grade and PR immunohistochemical expression are the main predictors of RS in our study population. Other clinicopathological features were not significant predictors of change in RS in multivariate analysis.

557 Background: Oncotype DX Recurrence Score [RS] is used to predict the benefits of chemotherapy added to adjuvant hormone therapy in ER positive early stage breast cancer. It is also prognostic. However, its expense may be a concern in some health care systems and communities. In addition, it is labor intensive, requiring shipment of tissue samples to a single laboratory with an average 10-14 day turnaround time (in the US). A reliable and inexpensive estimator of the Oncotype DX risk score using readily available pathologic variables from tumor specimens could be useful. Methods: We reviewed our prospective database of patients with Oncotype DX results obtained over 2.5 years (1155 specimens with Oncotype DX scores, September 2008 – March 2011) and identified 766 invasive ductal carcinomas with known ER status, PR status, histologic grade, and nuclear grade. Through linear regression analysis, we predicted recurrence score for each tumor using these four parameters. After categorizing according to the same risk classification as in Oncotype DX (low risk: RS<18, intermediate risk: RS 18-30, or high risk: RS>30) we compared our predicted recurrence score to actual Oncotype DX recurrence score. Results: Overall 69.7% of specimens were assigned the same risk category as with the Oncotype DX level. In the predicted low risk group, 1.7% of patients were actually high risk. None of the predicted high risk patients had a low score. Conclusions: We found a strong correlation between scores estimated using our model and actual reported Recurrence Scores. If validated, our model could provide a clinically useful estimation of risk at lower cost. [Table: see text]

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) to Return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Stock Fund period 2014-2017. The study used secondary data obtained through documentation in the form of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Monthly Net Asset (NAB) report. Data analysis is used with quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 9. Population and sample in this research are PT Nikko Securities Indonesia. The result of multiple linear regression analysis was the coefficient of determination (R2) showed the result of 0.123819 or 12%. This means that the Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) variables can influence the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund of 12% and 88% is influenced by other variables. Based on the result of the research, the variables of inflation and exchange rate have a negative and significant effect toward the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund. While the variable of Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) has a negative but not significant effect toward Return of Equity Fund of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia

Some students perceive lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) positively, even though LGBT is a sexual deviation that is not appropriate with values and norms. There are several factors that influence an individual's perception of LGBT, including sexual identity. This study aims at looking at the contribution of sexual identity to student perceptions about LGBT. This research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive method and a simple linear regression analysis. The sample of this research was 385 taken from 15.752 undergraduate students of Universitas Negeri Padang which the sample was drawn by using the Slovin formula and continued with a Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instrument used was the Guttman model's sexual identity scale and the scale of students' perceptions of the LGBT Likert model. After analyzing the data with the descriptive technique and the simple linear regression analysis, the results showed that sexual identity significantly contributed to the students' perceptions of LGBT. This research has implications as a basis for counselors to help students avoid sexual identity mismatches and prevent the emergence of positive perceptions of LGBT.

This research to analyze and evaluate intellectual capital on financial performance obtained by return on equity, asset turnover and growth in revenue. The population in this study are consumer goods companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research sample was received by 21 companies obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 20 application and uses the VAICTM method to measure intellectual capital. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has a significant effect on financial performance generated by return on equity, but intellectual capital does not have a significant effect on financial performance required by asset turnover and growth in revenue.
