Nowadays, the interaction of people in the world is deemed a controversial topic and consequently, the creation of an appropriate context for interacting with individuals is one of the issues that is considered by architects in many designs. In this research, it has been endeavored to consider the factors affecting social interactions in the design of public libraries through the descriptive-inferential analysis. The results of this research reveal that in the architectural spaces that have been designed with open-configured plans, spatial integrity and sociability will increase. On the other hand, the factors such as depth and the level of privacy are also reduced. Therefore, in designing a public library with an approach toward social interaction, there should be a variety of open and closed-configured spaces in the plan that allow users to choose the space they optionally want and in which they would enjoy in their own presence by choosing their own activities.

AbstractInterest in molecular structures bearing four-membered heterocycles (FMHs) is growing due to the possibility to explore new regions of the chemical space and get new lead molecules. Our interest in the development of divergent synthesis of functionalized FMHs, prompted us to disclose factors affecting the reactivity of nitrogen-bearing FMHs towards metalating agents. Our investigations demonstrated that structural factors and conformational preferences need to be considered in planning a site-selective functionalization of azetidines. It will be showed how such factors could have pivotal importance in the reactivity of FMHs.

Though many organizations have turned to developing and using businessintelligence systems, not all have been successful in implementing such systems. These systemshave social-technical dimensions with many elements and are very complicated. Numerousstudies have been carried out on implementation and employment of business intelligence, butin the past studies only specific aspects and dimensions have been addressed. The aim of thisstudy is to identify key factors in the implementation process of business intelligence in theIranian banking industry. The present research is objectively applied as a survey study inimplementation strategy. Also it is a descriptive study in terms of the research plan and datacollection where two documentary and field study methods have been used for collecting data. The statistical population of this study comprises experts and professionals in informationtechnology who are active in implementing solutions for business intelligence in the bankingindustry of Iran. In this study, 16 people were chosen based on non-random judgment samplingcombined with targeted and snowball sampling as a statistical sample and their viewpointswere extracted and refined using the Fuzzy Delphi Technique. First through studying pastresearch records and reviewing literature of effective factors in implementing businessintelligence process, 37 factors were identified. Then by implementing five rounds of the FuzzyDelphi Technique, 39 factors were confirmed as significant among 37 factors affecting thebusiness intelligence implementation process in past studies and 10 factors proposed by experts. Also, these 39 factors were classified in nine main groups including organizational, human, dataquality, environmental, system ability, strategic, service quality, technical infrastructure, andmanagerial factors. Managers and executives of business intelligence projects in Iran's bankingindustry can achieve the given objectives and results by considering such significant factors inplanning and taking measures related to effective implementation of business intelligence.

Abstract Background/objective: Due to the widespread prevalence of non-communicable diseases, the World Health Organization has designed a package of essential interventions for non-communicable diseases for primary health care in low-resource settings. This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the implementation of the WHO PEN for primary health care in low-resource settings. Materials and Methods This research was conducted through a five-step process of scoping review. We first searched for the keywords Noncommunicable Diseases, NCD, WHO PEN, PEN and other synonyms for these words to find the suitable analytical studies in databases including PubMed / MEDLINE, Scopus Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Google Scholar. The articles were then selected based on the PRISMA 2009 Flow Diagram. Finally, to analyze the content from the results section of the selected articles, we used the framework analysis method to extract the study implementation outcome and the factors affecting it. Results A total of 26 articles were included. Most articles are from 2016 to 2018. Most of the articles were cross-sectional and most studies evaluated the outcomes of Appropriateness and Feasibility. Identified effective factors include target population coverage, staff training, patient motivation, patient follow-up, and observance of PEN protocols. Conclusion Using this study, policymakers and managers of the health system will be able to implement this package (WHO PEN) more successfully.

Background: The number of elderly people is growing continuously. These people are more vulnerable to social harm, such as loneliness, depression, etc, on the eve of aging. Therefore, it is important to promote their social health indicators as factors influencing social development. Generally, the interactions of various factors affect social health. Thus, this study aimed to identify, prioritize, and assess the extent of the interactions between the factors affecting the elderly’s social health. Methods: The present study applied a combinatory research method, including two sections of qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative section, factors that affected the elderly’s social health were identified through the evaluation of 14 factors. In the quantitative section, the interpretive structural modeling and evaluation technique and decision-making test were used to evaluate factors and quantitatively analyze the relationships between factors, respectively. Besides, 12 experienced experts in the field of elderly health from the Deputy of Health of Khorasan Razavi province participated in this section. Results: The results showed that among the factors studied, socioeconomic status, social capital, residence (home shelter), social support, and environmental factors were effective factors on the social health of the elderly. Also, leisure time, lifestyle, and social vitality were identified as affected factors or effects. Conclusion: The researchers suggest that policymakers and specialists should consider prioritizing the causes and effects in the area of elderly’s social health and pay particular attention and focus on the effective factors. Proper planning will create the ideal conditions for older people, reduce the economic burden of old age, and enhance social development and advancement in different fields.

Most of the counties of world’s experiences show that existence in universal markets and taking other benefits of foreign trade, in few recent decades, opening of economical developmental way for many countries are in growth. In this reason of affiliation of country to the extreme import in past few decades and also having no fair strategy for realizing the effective factors of import, properly these days, on importing of consumed clothes of the country, the country is changed to a consumed. Therefore, realizing and analyzing of the effective factors on the import of Afghanistan’s consumed clothes is paid in this research that with the attention of the Cointegration, from the econometric analysis self-method Auto- regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL), is used. In this research, so from complete study related to consumed clothes import basic theory and review the studies of Afghanistan and universe. Afghanistan’s foreign trade structure (from 2008-2016) was analyzed and according to these studies, kind and measurement of the effect of the factor such as consumer price index, Gross domestic products, currency reserves and export earnings from this section from function of import is studied. The results of this research have that variable with lag (previous import period) and earnings of export for related view was not meaningful and had no considerable effect on import of consumed clothes. Importing elasticity of demand for this kind of clothes have less quantity. Foreign variable currency reserves also have meaningful grade and make considerable effects to this function. Finally, gross domestic products also was as a subject of the effective factor to this function. Similarly, the fairer replace for the import consumed clothes is realized. Also, existence of the co-integration of variations is confirmed, long relations and error correction model (ECM) for mentioned function is summed. .
