Background: Carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1A deficiency is a rare genetic disorder with autosomal recessive inheritance pattern of fatty acid metabolism secondary to CPT1A mutation. Several dozen infants and children have been described with a deficiency of the liver and kidney CPT1 isoenzyme (CPT1-A). Clinical manifestation includes fasting-induced hypoketotic hypoglycemia, occasionally with extremely abnormal liver function test (LFT) and rarely with renal tubular acidosis. Acyl carnitine analysis has been the main method for the diagnosis of CPT1A deficiency.  Prompt treatment of hypoglycemia includes intravenous fluid containing 10% dextrose. To prevent hypoglycemia, infants should eat frequently during the day and have cornstarch continuously at night. Fasting should not last more than 12 hours during illness, surgery, or medical procedures. Case Presentation: We reported three patients with CPT1A deficiency presented with hypoglycemia and Reye like syndrome in early childhood that with early diagnosis and treatment they are well in follow-up. Conclusion: Prognosis of this genetic disorder will be good with appropriate treatment.

Fractional order research has interdisciplinary characteristics and has been widely used in the field of natural sciences. Therefore, fractional order research has become an important area of concern for scholars. This paper used 2854 literatures collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database from 2001 to 2020 as the data source and used bibliometrics and two visualization methods to conduct bibliometric analysis and visualization research on China’s fractional order research. To begin with, this paper analyzed the time series distribution of publications, the distribution of research institutions, the author cooccurrence network, the distribution of important journals, and the distribution of important literature, which explained the research status of the fractional order. Furthermore, this paper used VOSviewer software to analyze the clustering and density distribution of the fractional order research keywords, which revealed the hotspots of the fractional order research. Finally, with the help of CiteSpace software, the burst keywords were analyzed to further explore the frontiers of fractional order research. This paper systematically reveals the research status, research hotspots, and research frontiers of China’s fractional order research, which can provide certain theoretical and practical references for related follow-up researchers.

Abstract Background: Heterotopic ossification has become a common disease after CDA, which has attracted much attention. Understanding the law of its occurrence and development can provide theoretical basis for the formulation of HO prevention strategies. To acquire the objective data and the change rule of HO incidence, a meta-analysis of all available evidence was performed. Methods: A search of the literature was conducted on Pubmed/MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Web of Science. Relevant studies including incidence-relative data of HO were selected according to eligibility criteria. Results: 52 studies were eligible and finally included and the quality assessment showed a relative high score of them. The results of the analysis reminded us that the incidence of HO increased with the extension of follow-up time, both based on the number of cases and the number of segments, and the increase mainly occurred after 6 years. Grade III-IV HO showed us a positive correlation with follow-up time (R2=0.218), while Grade I-II HO did not change a lot in different follow-up time points. Conclusions: The follow-up time after CDA should be long enough, so as to ensure the true clinical results. HO occurs all the postoperative time and Grade I-II HO will gradually develop into Grade III-IV, while continuous new HO keeps the number of Grade I-II in a dynamic balance. Through this study, we can preliminarily define the relatively objective incidence and change rule of HO, which provides data basis and theoretical basis for the future research of HO prevention strategy.

Purpose An optimal solution method based on 2-norm is proposed in this study to solve the inverse kinematics multiple-solution problem caused by a high redundancy. The current research also presents a motion optimization based on the 2-Norm of high-redundant mobile humanoid robots, in which a kinematic model is designed through the entire modeling. Design/methodology/approach The current study designs a highly redundant humanoid mobile robot with a differential mobile platform. The high-redundancy mobile humanoid robot consists of three modular parts (differential driving platform with two degrees of freedom (DOF), namely, left and right arms with seven DOF, respectively) and has total of 14 DOFs. Given the high redundancy of humanoid mobile robot, a kinematic model is designed through the entire modeling and an optimal solution extraction method based on 2-norm is proposed to solve the inverse kinematics multiple solutions problem. That is, the 2-norm of the angle difference before and after rotation is used as the shortest stroke index to select the optimal solution. The optimal solution of the inverse kinematics equation in the step is obtained by solving the minimum value of the objective function of a step. Through the step-by-step cycle in the entire tracking process, the kinematic optimization of the highly redundant humanoid robot in the entire tracking process is realized. Findings Compared with the before and after motion optimizations based on the 2-norm algorithm of the robot, its motion after optimization shows minimal fluctuation, improved smoothness, limited energy consumption and short path during the entire mobile tracking and operating process. Research limitations/implications In this paper, the whole kinematics model of the highly redundant humanoid mobile robot is established and its motion is optimized based on 2-norm, which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research of the service robot. Practical implications In this paper, the whole kinematics model of the highly redundant humanoid mobile robot is established and its motion is optimized based on 2-norm, which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research of the service robot. Social implications In this paper, the whole kinematics model of the highly redundant humanoid mobile robot is established and its motion is optimized based on 2-norm, which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research of the service robot. Originality/value Motion optimization based on the 2-norm of a highly redundant humanoid mobile robot with the entire modeling is performed on the basis of the entire modeling. This motion optimization can make the highly redundant humanoid mobile robot’s motion path considerably short, minimize energy loss and shorten time. These researches provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up research of the service robot, including tracking and operating target, etc. Finally, the motion optimization algorithm is verified by the tracking and operating behaviors of the robot and an example.

The question of value, in relation to law, manifests itself in two distinct but equally relevant moments: the first, when the norm is produced (nomogenesis); The second, when it is applied (subsumption). The problem question also arises from two different angles: that of justice, supreme value in the legal sphere and that of legitimacy. The results obtained point to the realization that the social forces and all the immanent power of the people impels the Legislative Power, generating the necessity of effecting the nomogenesis, that corresponds to the social needs. And that, at a later moment, the ideology of the judge, conditioned by cultural data in the processes of socialization, guides the subsumption. In order to follow up and theoretical basis of the present research, the search for bibliographical material, more specifically written books, and the digital format, emphasizing the prestigious doctrines and authors was used as the main mechanism of investigation.

Objective This study evaluated a special category of arteriovenous fistula outflow stenosis caused by venous valve hyperplasia and explored the effectiveness of surgical repair in dealing with this kind of stenosis. Study design This retrospective cohort study was conducted from February 2016 to January 2020 in our center. Patients with arteriovenous fistula dysfunction, including flow rate insufficiency, venous hypertension, thrombosis, and aneurysm dilation enlargement, were selected. Stenosis lesions presenting with venous valve hyperplasia were selected after ultrasound screening. All patients underwent surgical repair and were followed up every 6 months after surgery. Results Forty-three patients (median age, 54.5 ± 11.2 years; 65.1% men) were included. All procedures were technically successful. Based on intraoperative exploration, 56.5% were reconstructed via autologous vein patch, 17.4% of patients were reconstructed with end-to-end reconstruction after cutting the stenotic segment, 13.0% of cases simply had the valve resected, and 13.0% of cases involved a longitudinal incision and transverse suture. All patients returned to routine dialysis the following day and avoided catheter insertion. The mean follow-up time was 22.5 ± 14.0 (range, 1.3–49.8) months. The patency rates at 2 and 4 years were 92.2% and 79.0%, respectively. Valves harvested from patients were analyzed via Masson staining and immunohistochemical staining, indicating collagen fiber and myofibroblast hyperplasia in outflow venous valve hyperplasia (OVVH). Conclusions Outflow venous valve hyperplasia can lead to fistula dysfunction. Ultrasound is the main method to diagnosis OVVH. Special surgical repair can preserve valuable vascular resources and relieve stenosis, is safe and effective, and has a high patency rate.

This study attempts to offer the first ever analysis of Austrian aviation cartography from its origins in 1908 to 1938. The thematic focus is on Austria's contribution to the debate on the standardisation of aeronautical charts on an international scale, on the continuities and changes characterising the aeronautical charts produced in Austria, and on a comparison of these maps with similar ones from other countries. The paper aims to expound on the thesis that, while the theoretical basis for aeronautical charts had principally been in place internationally and in Austria during the 1910s, there had been almost no practical follow-up on this know-how in Austria between 1915 and 1922. After 1923 novel aeronautical charts were produced, but the Austrian output sometimes fell below international standards regarding both quantity and, in part, also quality. The international agreed rules were interpreted in keeping with Austria's own requirements. It appears, however, that this development was not limited to Austria, as the new rules took hold in other countries somewhat belatedly as well.
