Based on the domestic comprehensive evaluation methods for water conservancy scenic spots, water environment, and water resources, this paper constructs a comprehensive benefits evaluation index system for water conservancy scenic from both ecological and social benefits. Then, it takes the Qingpu District of Shanghai as the research object, using the entropy method to calculate the comprehensive benefits index of the two major subsystems of ecology and society from 2009 to 2019. Based on that, it concludes that the overall coupling and coordination level of the ecological and social benefits of water conservancy scenic slowly rises at this stage but remains the low-level coupling coordination stage. Finally, from the perspective of improving the comprehensive benefits of water conservancy scenic, it puts forwards the development of Qingpu District towards the beautiful prospect of the harmonious co-existence between human and nature.

Scientific and practical crane evaluation index system is expected to obtain by screening of indices in this paper. The initial comprehensive evaluation indices are selected by stratification. Then the quantitative indices are screened by entropy method and Pearson correlation coefficient method, and the qualitative indices are screened by Delphi method and Spearman correlation coefficient method. The little effect indices on the evaluation result are deleted and the redundant information between the indices are got rid of. The index system simplified is comprehensiveness and representative, which is convenient to compare and evaluate cranes.

According to the current water construction features and requirements, 11 indexes on three aspects which involve in water environment protection, the flood management and disaster mitigation and effective utilization of water resources are selected to establish a set of objective and scientific evaluation index system of local water conservancy development. Based on its hierarchy characteristics, a fuzzy clustering iterative model is established to determine the index weights. Finally, the model is used to evaluate water conservancy development situation in 14 cities of Liaoning province. The rank scoring of water development of each city in Liaoning province is analyzed, and the key factor is found.

Through identifying the exploitation and utilization of water resources system, this paper establishes an improved fuzzy pattern recognition model by combining fuzzy matter-element model with the improved entropy evaluation method and sets up the comprehensive evaluation index system which includes 3 layers and 10 indicators from two aspects: water utilization efficiency and water ecological environment. The proposed model and evaluation index system are applied to evaluate the comprehensive exploitation-utilization grade in Shandong Province. Results show that the exploitation-utilization of water resources and water ecological environment are not balanced in Shandong province, this indicates that the growth of ecological benefits and the protection of water ecological environment are ignored in the process of water resources exploitation-utilization.

Water resources is an important basic energy. The determination of weights is one of the important indexes in water resources evaluation system and reasonable allocation of weights is the key to quantitative evaluation. In order to establish a scientific evaluation index system of the influence of mining disturbance on water resources for purpose of a more reliable and effective evaluation result and realizing the protection of water resources system, a comprehensive evaluation system of water resources based on PSO-AHP model is proposed in the paper. Combined with the specific geological environment characteristics of mines, this paper establishes a four-level evaluation index system after identifying the factors affecting water resources and ecological environment. By applying the particle swarm optimization (PSO) to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a PSO-AHP model and then a fitness function are constructed to solve and optimize the weight values in the evaluation index system, and the calculated weight values are checked by consistency checking method. The evaluation results suggest that the index system can accurately reflect the impact of mining on water resources and water ecological environment and etc., providing certain reference value for sewage resourcing and reducing the harmful effect on environment by sewage discharge.

Based on the situation of Guiyang’s water resources, society, economy, ecology, etc., a comprehensive evaluation index system of Guiyang’s water resources carrying capacity is established by selecting appropriate indexes. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the entropy method, an evaluation model of Guiyang’s water resources carrying capacity is constructed. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of water resources carrying capacity in Guiyang City increased by nearly 53% from 2009 to 2018, and the regulation and control force of water resources carrying capacity and water resources carrying pressure showed an upward trend. Within ten years, the total comprehensive evaluation value of Guiyang is 0.4503—close to H2 level—and the membership degree of evaluation results over the years to H2 is greater than that of H1 and H3.H1, H2, and H3 are the three standard grades of water resources carrying capacity index, and the degree of carrying capacity represented is decreasing in turn. This indicated that at this stage, water resources can maintain the rapid development of the social economy, and that there is still some development potential. The research results have certain reference value for Guiyang’s development and utilization of water resources.

Scientific and rational class-based storage can effectively improve the management level of flood control materials, providing assurance for the material support that is essential in flood control. Based on an analysis of the three key factors—importance, cost, and reserve—of flood control materials and combined with the correlations of different classes of materials, a comprehensive evaluation index system and a class-based model for these materials are developed using the grey clustering method. An empirical analysis is also conducted based on the realistic requirements of a warehouse of the Jiangsu provincial water conservancy and flood control materials reserve centre, which results in the proposal of a class-based materials storage strategy for this warehouse.

Abstract Water ecological civilization is an important component and basic guarantee of ecological civilization. With the comprehensive development of ecological civilization in China, the practice of water ecological civilization village construction has been carried out one after another. The establishment of an evaluation index system of rural water ecological civilization is an important step in the construction of rural water ecological civilization from the theoretical stage to the practical application stage. Based on China's rural water conditions, this study constructed an evaluation index system, including 21 evaluation indicators of seven subsystems: water security, water environment, water ecology, water management, water landscape, water culture, and regional characteristic indicators. The indicator weights are determined by the analytic hierarchy process, a set-pair analysis model is established, and typical rural were selected for instance verification. The results show that the evaluation index system of rural water ecological civilization is reasonable, and the comprehensive evaluation model is also feasible.

According to the factors involved in safety management process of high-rise construction lift platform, an evaluation index system was established in the paper, which covering five respects such as the management of security preparedness, security use, security monitoring, security organization and security environment. Entropy method was used for weight calculation and grey system theory was used to carry on grey comprehensive evaluation for each evaluation index in this index system, so built safety management model based on entropy method and grey theory. The model could comprehensively reflect the safety management performance of high-rise construction lift platform. Finally, an example of high-rise building construction project was given to evaluate the safety of construction lift platform in the project and put forward the reasonable suggestions according to the evaluation result.

Based on the theory of sustainable regional water resources, the basis theory of comprehensive evaluation about the beneficial cycle of urban water use was constructed and the evaluation index system about the beneficial cycle of urban water use was established. Using the improved AHP to comprehensive assessment water using conditions of Nanchang City, the evaluation result is middle. So we must analyze the reasons and the main factors of the evaluation results for better water utilization in Nanchang City.

Water resource is basic to human life and productive activities. This paper established an evaluation index system with 4 press indexes, 4 state indexes and 6 response indexes (PSR Model) about water resource of Baotou, used the data from 2002 to 2013 of each index, and made a comprehensive evaluation to the utilization of water resource and the influences to each trade and environment. At the same time of analyzing the result, this paper provides some advice for water resource sustainable development in Baotou City.
