Several data samples from a Belle II experiment will be available to the public as a part of the experiment outreach activities. A Belle2Lab tool is designed as an interactive graphical user interface to reconstructed particles, offering users basic particle selection tools. The tool is based on a Blockly JavaScript graphical code generator and can be run in an HTML5 capable browser. It allows a description of different particle decays by selecting and combining particles from the data file, easy histogramming tools and a display of the results by using the JSROOT library. During the analysis, the user has the possibility to apply cuts to the selected variables. A pseudo-code generated by the user interface is sent to the execution server which returns the histograms, that can also be interactively fitted. The Belle2Lab is accessible in two ways: hosted on a single public web server or as a part of the virtual appliance which consists of an Ubuntu 16.04 LTS operating system, a data sample, an analysis framework, and a private web server. The public web server can be used for a single access while the virtual appliance is more suited for a use in a classroom.

Modern society is witnessing a data revolution which necessarily entails changes to the overall behavior of citizens, governments and companies. This is a big challenge and an opportunity for National Statistics Offices (NSOs). Especially after the outbreak of COVID-19, when the public debate about the number of mortalities and tested and infected persons escalated, trusted data is required more than ever. Which data can modern society trust? Are modern societies being subjected to opinion rather than fact? This paper introduces a new statistical tool to facilitate policy-making based on trusted statistics. Using economic indicators to illustrate implementation, the new statistical tool is shown to be a flexible instrument for analysis, monitoring and evaluation of the economic situation in the Republic of Serbia. By taking a role in public policy management, the tool can be used to transform the NSO’s role in the statistical system into an active participant in public debate in contrast to the previous traditional, usually passive role of collecting, processing and publishing data. The tool supports the integration of statistics into public policies and connects the knowledge and expertise of official statisticians on one side with political decision makers on the other.

The monograph presents a scientific analysis of the medical personnel of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation on the example of the Irkutsk region. The analysis covers various aspects characterizing the current state and development of human resources in the public sector of the regional health care system. A comparative analysis of the training of doctors and paramedical workers is presented in relation to educational organizations that train doctors and paramedical workers on the scale of the Siberian Federal District. On the territory of the Irkutsk region the movement of medical personnel, their turnover, as well as educational and professional trajectories of medical personnel in the region are analyzed in depth. The data on the movement of medical personnel are supplemented by the results of a sociological study of its causes.

ABSTRACTThis article is a contribution to comparative research between specific urban markets trajectories in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries and it aims to juxtapose southern European food market experiences, particularly the Barcelona case, with west European ones. Like other big cities in southern and central Europe, Barcelona consolidated a sturdy polycentric system of district markets between 1876 and 1936, just when such markets were beginning to decline in ‘first comers’ cities of Britain and France. In the inter-war period, the market halls of southern European cities played a prominent role in the everyday food trade and as functional and socializing centres in neighbourhoods. They were poles of dense residential and kinship relations for stall vendors, especially women vendors, and foci of a large part of the food retailing business in many neighbourhoods. Barcelona's particular historical circumstances made the public covered market system a fundamental element of neighbourhood commerce and a long-term urban asset.

Abstract Objective Healthcare workers (HCWs) are a high priority group for COVID-19 vaccination and serve as sources for information for the public. This analysis assessed vaccine intentions, factors associated with intentions, and change in uptake over time in HCWs. Methods A prospective cohort study of COVID-19 seroprevalence was conducted with HCWs in a large healthcare system in the Chicago area. Participants completed surveys (November 25, 2020-January 9, 2021 and April 24-July 12, 2021) on COVID-19 exposures, diagnosis and symptoms, demographics, and vaccination status. Results Of 4,180 HCWs who responded to a survey, 77.1% indicated they intended to get the vaccine; in this group, 23.2% had already received at least one dose of the vaccine (23.2%), 17.4% were unsure, and 5.5% reported that they would not get the vaccine. Factors associated with intention or vaccination were being exposed to clinical procedures (vs no procedures) and having a negative serology test for COVID-19 (vs no test) (adjusted odds ratio (AOR)=1.39, 95% Confidence Interval (CI) 1.16-1.65, AOR=1.46, 95% CI 1.24-1.73, respectively). Nurses (vs physicians, AOR=0.24 95% CI 0.17-0.33), non-Hispanic Black (vs Asians, AOR=0.35, 95% CI 0.21-0.59), and women (vs men, AOR=0.38, 95% CI 0.30-0.50) had lower odds of intention to get vaccinated. By 6-months follow-up, over 90% of those who had previously been unsure were vaccinated, while 59.7% of those who previously reported no intention of getting vaccinated, were vaccinated. Conclusions COVID-19 vaccination in HCWs was high, but variability in vaccination intention exists. Targeted messaging coupled with vaccine mandates can support uptake.

This study aims to determine the impact of smartphone users among the community. Smartphones also have the ability in each of its features that can help or meet the needs of its users. Smartphones have become a part of everyone's lifestyle, ranging from children, adolescents, and adults. Many people do not realize that using a smartphone has an impact on users both internally and externally. In determining the impact of smartphone users among the public, there needs to be a support system, a support system used is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method, in the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method the writer uses 4 variables namely distance, user, time and impact to determine the impact of smartphone users.Keywords : Smartphone, Fuzzy

The article analyzes certain provisions of the Law of the Russian Federation on the amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation of March 14, 2020 No. 1-FKZ “On improving the regulation of certain issues of the organization and functioning of public power” in terms of regulatory regulation of local self-government. According to the analysis the author comes to the conclusion that with the entry into effect of the mentioned legal act the content of individual elements of the constitutional-legal bases of local self-government will change, but the nature and scope of modifications in many respects will depend on the provisions of the rules of sectoral legislation aimed at implementing the relevant provisions of the Constitution. In this regard, the Federal legislator has a huge responsibility to create an “updated” legal framework for the implementation of the constitutional foundations of local self-government, taking into account the already established law enforcement practice, the positions of the constitutional court of the Russian Federation, as well as the state's international obligations under the European Charter on local self-government.


The frequency of the forest fires that have occurred in the different parts of the world, In recent decades significant population problems and causing the death if the wild animals as the impact of these fires extend beyond the destruction of the natural habitats. The proliferation of the Internet of Things industry, resolutions for initial fire detection should be developed. The valuation of the fire risk of an area and communication of this realities to the population could reduce the amount of fires originated by accident or due to carelessness of the public user. This paper proposes a low-cost network based on NXP Rapid IOT kit and Long Range (Lora) technology to autonomously estimate the level of fire risk in the forest. The system comprises of NXP Rapid IOT kit which humidity, air quality and detection of the tree fall. The data from each node stored and processed in a in a web server or the mobile application that sendsthe recorded data to a web server for graphical conception of collected data.
