Packaging is a steadily growing industry that faces many challenges as well. Ever growing consumer expectations, though competition, technological advances don’t come even close to the huge issue of sustainability within the industry. Packaging for the beauty industry is dependable on the looks more than any other with massive changes in the recent years since extensive grooming became a part both genders lifestyle today and spreading those standards across the globe. The global cosmetic packaging market was valued at USD 25.9 billion in 2018 and is expected grow 4.8% in the next 5 years flying high on the innovative package designs, increasing demand for cosmetics focused on the middle class and youth as well as e-commerce. The first stepping stone is that more than half of the materials used for the massive cosmetic industry packaging are plastics. Finding alternatives and making a shift to a greener and circular way will be a challenge in the years to come.

Technological advances have developed rapidly nowadays. These technological advances are also in line with the development of ways of communicating both orally and in writing. In terms of writing, maintaining aspects of data security and confidentiality is very important. Many technologies can be used to secure data such as cryptography and steganography. This research will use the First of File and End of File Steganography Algorithms to secure data. Steganography is the science of hiding messages or data in the media. The First of File and End of File methods are one of the many methods commonly used in the Steganography Algorithm. Generally, the First of File and End of File methods are not much different. The First of File method inserts a message at the beginning of the file, while End Of File inserts a message at the end of the file. This technology can also be applied again for the years to come. This research produces an overview after a review study of the application of the FOF and EOF steganographic algorithms, the speed of steganography and the differences in the image after steganography in terms of image size and pixel. Umumnya, metodeFirst Of File dan End Of File tidak jauh berbeda. Metode First Of File akan menyisipkan pesan diawal file sedangkan End Of File akan menyisipkan pesan di akhir file.

Oil crops are an ideal component in the sustainable production system in Indian agriculture. But, the area under oilseeds has experienced a deceleration in general, due to their relative lower profitability against competing crops like maize, cotton, chickpea, etc. under the prevailing crop growing and marketing situations. Despite being the fifth largest oilseed crop producing country in the world, India is also one of the largest importers of vegetable oils today. The country now imports nearly 60 per cent of the annual consumption of 259.22 million tonnes. However, increasing demand for edible oils necessitated the imports in large quantities leading to a substantial drain on foreign exchange. Edible oil consumption in the country has been consistently rising faster than production due to growth in population, increasing income levels and the emerging dietary changes are driving increasing use of edible oils. An immediate action towards this sector is utmost required or the dependency on import will certainly increase in the days to come due to mushrooming population and increased per capita consumption. It is, therefore, necessary to exploit domestic resources to maximize production to ensure edible oil security for the country.

Contemporary organizations are characterized as complex and continually changing as a result of global competition, technological advances, and fluctuating consumer expectations. Flourishing within continually changing environments requires professionals with the capacity to thrive within a dynamic context. Developing the capacity to think and act quickly is important and doing so with competency and character is paramount. Becoming an effective organizational professional requires proficiency in improvisational self-direct learning. Improvisational self-directed learning describes people who can solve novel and surprising problems, create value from fortuitous events, and take action without preplanning. The exercise of human agency, bolstered by strong psychological capital, which includes self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience, is presented as the foundation for self-directed improvisational learning.

Technological advances have produced creative economies and enabled a more personal experience. Economic growth, demographic bonuses, mobile penetration, and the rising middle class make Indonesia a potential digital market. Now, Indonesia's position has a strong potential for the integer economy. Regrettably, many digital markets generously offer similar products and it's difficult to distinguish between attributes and benefits; consequently, consumers will tend to look for the cheapest. In this situation, the company can no longer expect loyalty based on satisfied customers because of the benefits of the function of the product. Companies must provide memorable experiences. Impressive experience will be a differentiation factor with competitors and another value for the company. Recognizing behaviour of the millennial middle class in the digital marketplace is a must for practitioners and academics interested in the digital market studies.

This chapter evaluates the causes of the French Revolution. The problem was not that Louis XVI was particularly wasteful, although he had a lavish lifestyle at Versailles. The issue was instead one of crushing military necessity. Before the revolution, France was dealing with invasion threats from Spain and England and was spending over twice as much as had been spent on the Seven Years' War. However, France was fiscally crippled by the fact that a substantial proportion of its financial base was exempt from paying taxes. The disputes within the elite about who was going to come up with the money to pay for extra military expenses led to revolution. The revolutionaries found divided conservative forces, as well as members of the elite willing to oppose the king if this would help them win their battles about future tax obligations. The result was the overthrow of the king and the entire noble class. But taxes were not the whole story: there was also a rising capitalist middle class resentful of the superior status of the aristocracy.

There is an increasing demand for the use of “green”-based materials as reinforcement and matrix materials in composites. However, the ability of these natural-based materials to perform as consistently and reliably as conventional materials is still relatively unknown. A key importance in the viability of these materials is the evaluation of the content of voids and imperfections, which may affect the properties of the entire composite. In this study, the microstructure of tubular-braided composites manufactured from cellulose fibers and a partially bio-derived resin was studied with the use of micro-computed tomography. These methods were used to determine the effect of modifying braid angle, resin type, and curing method on fiber volume fraction, void volume, and void distribution. It was determined that the void content increased with the increase in braid angle, and vacuum-bagging reduced the total void content. The sample with the smallest braid angle produced with vacuum-bagged curing contained a void fraction of 1.5%. The results of this study proved that the materials used could be viable for further testing and development and that micro-computed tomography imaging is valuable for identifying how to improve consistency and minimize imperfections to create more accurate and reliable natural fiber-braided composites.

There is an ever increasing demand for energy due to the growth of population across the world. This scenario necessitates alternative, efficient and sustainable energy sources to serve the current needs, without affecting abilities to meet future generations needs. Piezoelectricity is a widely researched sustainable energy source. Various forms of piezoelectric materials have been used to harvest the energy from vibration, repetitive strikes and bending of structures. This paper discusses different piezoelectric materials used in tires of commercial vehicles to harvest energy that can be used to charge batteries to power the vehicle and its electric sensors. Different techniques of energy harvesting are explored using the highly bendable piezoelectric elements including PVDF and PZT. The energy harvesting relies on the deformation of tires tread-walls and side-walls when the vehicles weight acts on it. The adopted methods are compared to analyse their effectiveness in terms of power production capacity.

<p>The <em>hijrah</em> campaign or massive movement that invites Muslims to become a better person by practicing religious teachings is more vigorously voiced in the digital era, including on social media, as we can find on ‘detiknews’ that the hastag #<em>hijrah</em> in the instagram search box more than 1,7 million posts. The <em>hijrah</em> account on facebook has also been followed by more than 300 thousand accounts. This phenomenon cannot be denied also by the artists, because this phenomenon is massive in the middle to upper class, who have the opportunity to consume issues trending or viral on social media. The trend in <em>hijrah</em> activities also influenced a series of celebrities who decided to <em>hijrah</em> with different processes. I assume that celebrities who do <em>hijrah</em> actually want not only to show their new religious expression by showing their peity to the public but also to be  a form of ‘accomodating protest’ that before they decide to <em>hijrah</em>, there is a kind of bullying that is the emergence of stigmas of a fear of a decline in their image in public when an artist <em>hijrah</em> with his new hijab style, but instead there is a kind of resistance that celebrities want to come out to public that they can still exist in even though wearing the hijab. There is also an political economic strategy played by the artists by making some innovations such as halal industry.
