An informatical innovation is essentially a private business in the life of a venture but the ability of evolution and adaptability of ventures is remarkable for the national economy too. This is why it is important to observe the economical effects of IT investments. The introduction of an information system – as in the cases of other investments – requires pre- and post-calculations for payback of fixed assest, thrift and profitability. The operation of an information system means not only one-off acquisition of instruments and intangible assets, but requires continuous development, version control and improvement of hardware in the sake of conservation. There is a high rate of depreciation of IT investments in Hungary, because such goods change too quickly, together with the economic environment. If the conservation of IT instrument value wanted one has to make new expansions continually. IT specialists have determined some indices, one of which is Total cost of Ownership, which is an important indicator for investment analysis. In practice, there are some other models and methods we can adopt in our analysis. In this paper, I collected several relevant and usable methods for pre analysis of IT projects. Management can adopt these models in his investment process to make sound decisions.

Metodologi prototype memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu, communication, quick planning, quick Modelling, construction hingga deployment.

Abstract

Management of company data is a major and crucial thing in entering today's industrial competition. The purpose of this research is to design a company management information system to support business activities and company data management. The management information system that will be built in this company includes computerization of all business processes, system design in each division, to designing company databases. Most leading companies worldwide are striving to achieve agile management. Agility is a company’s ability to cope promptly with internal and external changes, an ability indispensable for a company seeking to obtain a competitive edge. Since this ability consists in a company’s quick recognition of changes, quick decision on measures to respond to these changes and quick implementation of the measures adopted, then, it is indispensable for the company to make adequate use of IT (information technology). As we know, an MIS (management information system) brings utility only though its use process, so an MIS should be easily acceptable to the organization concerned, as witness the fact that currently recommended for MIS effectiveness evaluation are the following five criteria: “High levels of system use,” “User satisfaction with the system,” “Favorable attitudes about MIS functions,” “Achievement of objectives,” “Financial payoff” (Laudon & Laudon, 1994).
