SUMMARYUp to now, most people are still cooking in the kitchen, which makes them feel fatigued and also makes the air polluted. With the development of the numerical control technology, it becomes more and more urgent to apply the related technology to the automatic cooking field. In this paper, the cooking technique for the Chinese dishes is introduced and China's first cooking robot, named AI Cooking Robot (AIC), is presented. The robot mainly consists of four parts: the wok mechanism, the stirring-fry and dispersing mechanism, the feeding mechanism, and the mechanism of leaving the material in the middle process. In order to adjust the temperature, the fire control system is also given in this paper. Experiments show that the new robot will be a milestone in the cooking automation science because of its cooking technique.

Safe mining is the premise and guarantee of sustainable development of coal energy. Due to the combination of excellent properties of polymers and traditional soft matters, polymer-containing soft matters are playing an increasingly important role in mine disaster and hazard control. To summarize the valuable work in recent years and provide reference and inspiration for researchers in this field, this paper reviewed the recent research progress in polymer-containing soft matters with respect to mine dust control, mine fire control, mine gas control and mine roadway support. From the perspective role of polymers in a material system, we classify mine polymer-containing soft matters into two categories. The first is polymer additive materials, in which polymers are used as additives to modify fluid-like soft matters, such as dust-reducing agents (surfactant solution) and dust-suppressing foams. The second is polymer-based materials, in which polymers are used as a main component to form high performance solid-like soft matters, such as fire prevention gels, foam gels, gas hole sealing material and resin anchorage agent. The preparation principle, properties and application of these soft matters are comprehensively reviewed. Furthermore, future research directions are also suggested.

According to the principle of heat transfer, the temperature field equation in the leeward tunnel was set up and the experimental device with a ratio of 1:20 was built. When it happened to fire in roadway, the correctness of the temperature field equation can be verified by the experiment. In experiments, the armored thermocouple and color paperless recorder were used to record the temperature of each measuring point. The S-3-300 pitot tube and YJB-2500 compensation micro-manometer were used to determine the wind speed. When the mine roadway fired, the experiment determined the temperature field equation experiment coefficient of Kc. It showed that in the developing phase of the fire Kc= 15 ~ 20, in the stable phase of the fire Kc= 10 ~ 15, in the failing phase of the fire Kc= 20 ~ 25.

On the base of converting the X6170ZC diesel engine into a diesel-LNG Hybrid Diesel Engines, intelligent control technology was used to improve the precision of fuel injection. Through the experimental analysis of the replacement rate changes, the test results show that the engine comprehensive replacement rate is higher and more economic.

In order to determine the fire area resistance and its characteristics in the process of tunnel fire accurately,fire area resistance calculation equation is established according to the compressible wind energy balance equation, that fire area resistance mainly depends on the wind temperature and dynamic change through the fire areaand air volume as well.Experiment determined the total ventilation resistance and fire area resistance at various points in the process of coal combustion in the roadway with the help of a similar experiment device.Analysis obtained, fire area resistance will appear from zero to big, than from big to zero with the development, stable combustion and attenuation of the fire; fire area resistance can reach the maximum 71.5 Pa when the air temperature and volume increased to 351.6K and 0.419 m3/s.
