Under the circumstances of the increasing energy consumption of buildings, the development and application of building energy efficiency technology have attracted the attention of many people. As one of the important building energy efficiency technologies, roof greening has played a positive role in building a low-carbon and energy-saving society. This paper analyzes the technological characteristics and the formation methods of the roof greening system. It also expounds on the role of roof greening in building energy conservation.

The building energy consumption is one of three in China's energy consumption, the detection and monitoring for energy consumption of building is the basis for the work of building energy efficiency. This article describes a perception, monitoring and management system of building energy consumption based on Internet of Things technology architecture, in the system, various energy instrumentation is installed inside the building and measurement all kinds of energy consumption data in the perception layer, collection daterminal data connected to the RS485 bus access gateway for data transmission via Ethernet or mobile communication network in the network layer and transport layer, deal with the statistical analysis of the energy consumption data in the application layer. The system has been successfully applied to more than 50 large-scale public building to implement energy consumption monitoring and management, and the support of the underlying data for building energy efficiency.

The objective of the article is the energy efficiency assessment of an energy-saving measures complex on the basis of calculation-and-experiment control of building energy-saving. An experimental determining of energy indices of multi-apartment residential building during heating period was carried out. The energy audit was carried out applying express method which allows reducing significantly the labour intensity as well as the duration of the field observation. The thermal energy consumption for heating and hot water supply as well as electrical energy consumption during heating period were determined on the basis of the energy audit results. The energy efficiency class of the building is С (normal). Thus it has been stated that the building inspected conforms to the normative requirement. The verification of the calculation method for building energy indices during heating period was conducted on the basis of experimental investigations results, which confirmed the method reliability. The method for calculating the building energy indicators during the heating period including the consumption of thermal energy for heating and hot water supply and the electrical energy consumption was developed. Based on the calculation results it is possible to show that decrease of building envelope air permeability allows to raise a class of building energy efficiency.

Energy efficient building is that consuming the least energy while providing comfort. The energy consumption of buildings, in general, as well as in Serbia, is among other things conditioned by the heating, cooling and lighting requirements with a goal of achieving of thermal and light comfort. Heating energy consumption is the result of heat loss and gain, and their values, in addition to other parameters, depend on town planning parameters. The paper focuses on the comparative analysis of impact of building different exposures to wind as well as on impact of the different prevailing orientations on energy efficiency of buildings.

Recently, revised certification of Building Energy Efficiency Rating System has been distendedly implemented in public buildings. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Korea is promoting a Green Remodeling pilot project and proceeding a variety of researches related to the method of Energy Efficiency improvement. The aim of this study was to compare the amount of building energy consumption by improving envelope systems such as curtain wall, window, and wall system of deteriorated public buildings. By improving the envelope system, heating energy consumption has been reduced about 37%.

With the development of economy, the progress of the times, the city continued to expand the scale of construction, building energy consumption is more and more serious, and the green energy-saving buildings are paid more and more attention in society. Building energy efficiency can fundamentally promote the savings and the rational use of energy and resources, Building energy efficiency is the needs to guarantee the sustainable development of national economy. With problems in building energy efficiency as the point of penetration, this paper analyses the present situations of building energy consumption and the major energy-saving issues in China. On the basis, in order to promote the green building of sustainable development, from thinking, evaluation system, design and other aspects some suggestions and measures are proposed .
