The library serves as a supporting university tridharma in education and teaching, research, cooperative extention. Therefore, the college library in charge of collecting, processing, providing and disseminating information in accordance with the curriculum in the college concerned. In addition, the library should also try to enrich the knowledge of teaching staff / lecturers to improve the quality of student achievement. The purpose of this study to determine and explain the extent of influence the quality of library services to the level of student satisfaction as users of AMIK Kosgoro Solok library. Viewed from 5 determinations of service quality: 1) tangibles, 2) reliable services, 3) responsive service, 4) assurance services, 5) empathetic services (emphaty ). The population is the student who visited the library. The sample of the study was taken from some population with incidental sample (accidental sample) technique. The sample size is 150 students. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Data were collected through questionnaire given to the students, then the data were analyzed by simple regression and multiple regression with the help of SPSS program. The result of research about library services is viewed from 5 service quality determinant that is tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance and emphaty affect student's satisfaction level. The conclusion of this research is library service as a whole is quite satisfactory / influential equal to 68,1% with significance 0,00 to level of student satisfaction as user of AMIK Kosgoro Solok library. 31.9% is influenced by other factors. Advice to librarians to further improve services for the future so as to achieve maximum student satisfaction level.Keywords: library, service, level of satisfaction

Peneltian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh kualitas produk,kualitas pelayanan dan tingkat kepuasan  kepuasaan  dalam mempengaruh keputusan masyarakat menjadi nasabah di bank BNI syariah kota Bengkulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kualitas produk terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah, untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah, untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan terhdap keputsan menjadi nasabah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei,yaitu penelitian yang mengumpulkan data langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan kuisoner dan item-item dari kuisoner biasanya berhubungan langsung dengan skala perilaku atau pendapat seseorang. Lokasi penelitian di Bank BNI Syariah Cabang kota Bengkulu yang beralamat di jalan jendral sudirman No. 41-43, Pintu Batu, Teluk Segara, kota Bengkulu.  Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan  data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari nasabah yang memakai produk pada Bank BNI Syariah kota Bengkulu melalui penyebaran kuisoner. Sekunder adalah data yang dikumpulkan dari sumber-sumber dan literatur-literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian,dan menunjang data-data primer. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di bank BNI syariah . Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai tsig0.002 ≤ 0,05. Ini berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di bank BNI syariah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai tsig0.000 ≤ 0,05. Ini berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Tingkat kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di bank BNI Syariah pada calon nasabah pengguna produk bank BNI Syariah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai tsig sebesar 0.008 ≤ 0.05. Ini berarti Ha diterima Ho ditolak.Dengan demikian, hipotesis penelitian yang telah dilakukan terbukti dinyatakan dengan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kualita sproduk, kualitas pelayaan, tingkat kepuasan  terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah di bank BNI Syariah kota Bengkulu. Kata Kunci : kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan   ANALYSIS OF QUALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF SHARIA BANKING PRODUCTS IN AFFECTING COMMUNITY DECISION TO BECOME A CUSTOMER AT BNI SYARIAH BANK BENGKULU CITY  ABSTRACT This study examines the effect of product quality, service quality and satisfaction level of satisfaction in influencing the community's decision to become a customer at the BNI Syariah Bank of Bengkulu. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of the product to the decision to become a customer, to analyze the quality of service to the decision to become a customer, to analyze the level of satisfaction with the decision to become a customer. This type of research is survey research, namely research that collects data directly from respondents using questionnaires and items from questionnaires are usually directly related to the scale of a person's behavior or opinion. As for the research location on Jalan Sudirman No. 41-43, Pintu Batu, Teluk Segara, City of Bengkulu. data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. Primary data, namely data obtained directly from customers who use products at Bank BNI Syariah Kota Bengkulu through questionnaire distribution. Secondary data is collected from sources and literature relevant to the research topic, and supports primary data. the results of this study indicate, product quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer at BNI syariah bank. This is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of tsig0.002 ≤ 0.05. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer at BNI syariah bank. This is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of tsig0,000 ≤ 0.05. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The level of satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer at BNI Syariah bank for prospective customers using BNI Syariah bank products. This is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the tsig value of 0.008 ≤ 0.05. This means that Ha is accepted by Ho.Thus, the research hypothesis that has been carried out is proven to be stated by the positive and significant influence between product quality variables, quality of service, level of satisfaction with the decision to become a customer in the BNI Syariah bank in Bengkulu city. Aims: Across the globe, outsourcing services has become more complex and sophisticated. The aim of this study is to establish the level of satisfaction of Nigerian construction firms on outsourced services at construction phase of building with a view to assisting construction firms in their decision on whether to outsourced a particular work section or not. Study Design: Survey Research Design. Place and Duration of Study: The study took place in Ogun State, Nigeria, between June 2019 and December 2019. Methodology: The study focused on outsourcing and targeted at outsourcing services offered during construction phase of building. The research combined a wide-ranging literature review and questionnaire survey. A well-structured questionnaire was designed and distributed to construction firms in Ogun state. A total of 73 of the survey questionnaires were administered out of which 47 representing 64.4% were adequately filled and returned. Data obtained were analysed using frequency, percentage, mean, relative importance index and ranking. Results: Findings from the study revealed that piling is the most often outsourced work during construction phase of building, followed by electrical installation, cladding and mechanical installation. The results of the study revealed major reasons for outsourcing to include specialization, technology advancement and core competences. Ability to meet changing needs, service-level contract agreement with outsourcer and excessive dependence on vendor reliability were revealed to be the major challenges that affect the ability of the Nigerian construction firms to successfully outsource services. It was also established that Nigerian construction firms have high level of satisfaction on the outsourced services during the construction phase of building. Conclusion: The study suggested that Nigerian construction firms should give consideration to piling, cladding, basement and mechanical installation in outsourcing and concreting, formwork, plumbing installation and roofing in in-house.

If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.

Jalan Temanggung Tilung is a 2/2 UD type road (two undirected two-way lanes) with a road width of 5.5 meters, which is a connecting road between two major roads, namely the RTA road. Milono and the path of G. Obos. Over time, the volume of traffic through these roads increases every year, plus roadside activities that also increase cause congestion at several points of the way. To overcome this problem, the local government carried out road widening to increase the capacity and level of road services. The study was conducted to determine the amount of traffic volume, performance, service level of the Temanggung Tilung road section at peak traffic hours before and after road widening. Data retrieval is done by the direct survey to the field to obtain primary data in the form of geometric road data, two-way traffic volume data, and side obstacle data. Performance analysis refers to the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) for urban roads. From the results of data processing, before increasing the road (Type 2/2 UD), the traffic volume that passes through the path is 842 pcs/hour and after road widening (Type 4/2 UD) the traffic volume for two directions is 973 pcs/hour, with route A equaling 528 pcs/hour and direction B equaling 445 pcs/hour. Based on the analysis of road performance before road enhancement, the capacity = 2551 pcs/hour, saturation degree = 0.331, and the service level of the two-way road are level B. Based on the analysis of the performance of the way after increasing the way, the direction capacity A = 2686 pcs/hour and direction B = 2674 pcs /hour, saturation degree for direction A = 0.196 and direction B = 0.166, service level for road direction A and direction B increase to level A

The present study was conducted on 160 teachers of different subjects (Hindi, English, Mathematics, and Science) of secondary level under public sector schools to assess their job satisfaction. Results suggested that job satisfaction level was found maximum in mathematics subject teachers and minimum in Hindi. The key findings of this study was lack of better opportunity, low salary and the work that an individual find boring are certain issues which affect teacher's responsibility. Low level of satisfaction was a significant cause to move out from their objectives and it proportionally affects learning methodology of students.
