This research was conducted to determine the effect of aptitude-treatment interaction (ATI) instructional models with task and forced instructional strategy to mathematical reasoning abilities. Mathematical reasoning ability is an ability that belongs to the goals of national education, but its achievement is still fairly low. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a posttest-only research design. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The study sample consisted of 60 students divided into two classes (30 experimental classes and 30 control classes). This research was conducted in the school of SMK Perintis 1 Depok and SMK Fajar Depok. The experimental class uses aptitude-treatment interaction (ATI) learning model with task and forced learning strategies, while the control class uses conventional methods. The collected data is then analyzed using the calculation of chi-square test, Fisher test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the data analysis showed that the average value of students who learned using aptitude-treatment interaction (ATI) learning model with task and forced learning strategies was higher than the average value of students who learned using conventional methods. Based on the results of hypothesis testing shows that there is an influence of aptitude-treatment interaction (ATI) learning model with task learning strategies and forced on students' mathematical reasoning abilities.

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of science learning participation of fourth grade students of SD N 3 Sibang Kaja in the first semester of the academic year 2016/2017 after the implementation of the ATI learning model (Aptitude Treatment Interaction). The type of this research was classroom action research (CAR). The research subjects were 20 students of the fourth grade students. The learning participation data was collected by observation sheet. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) learning model can increase the students’ learning participation in science. This can be seen from the improvement of the average score. In the first cycle the average score of the students was 15.35 and it was become 21.30 in the second cycle. The classical completeness of students also increased from 55% in the first cycle to 95% in the second cycle.

This study aims to analyze: (1) the difference between the model of learning activities of students immediately ATI learning model, (2) differences in physical science students' generic capabilities between direct instructional model and learning model ATI. This study was a quasiexperimental study. The population was SMA Negeri 11 students. The sample selection is done at random to randomize the class. The instrument used consisted of: (1) observation sheet learning activity (2) tests the ability of generic science subject matter physics with dynamic power. The test is used to obtain the data is in the form essays. The data in this study were analyzed using a comparative analysis of two independent samples. The results showed that: (1) activity taught students with learning model ATI better than students who are taught using a direct instructional model (2) the ability of generic science physics students taught using learning model ATI better than students who are taught using direct instructional model.

The different character of student makes the teacher applies exact learning model in order to all of student can follow the learning well. Learning model which is taked im this study is aptitude treatment interaction (ATI) as experiment to increase student learning activity at learning IPS for matery geographic condition of asean countries in VII-C MTsN Mojoroto Kota Kediri. This study is devided to three cycles, the results of it are: (1) there is increase of student activity but the domination of teacher is still much (2) learning activity which involve student activity is increase such as small group discussion, etc (3) domination teacher activities are guidance and monitoring student. Therefore ATI learning model could make student learning activity increase, so that student learning achievment follows it.   Karakteristik siswa yang beragam membuat guru perlu menerapkan model pembelajaran yang tepat agar seluruh siswa dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik. Model pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) sebagai uji coba untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS  materi kondisi geografis negara-negara asean di kelas VIII-C MTsN Mojoroto Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini terbagi menjadi tiga siklus dengan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat peningkatan keaktifan siswa tetapi masih banyak dominasi guru, (2) kegiatan belajar yang melibatkan keaktifan siswa mengalami peningkatan seperti diskusi kelompok kecil, dan sebagainya, (3) aktifitas guru yang paling dominan adalah membimbing dan mengamati siswa. Dengan demikian model pembelajaran ATI telah mampu membuat aktifitas belajar siswa meningkat sehingga prestasi belajar siswa pun ikut meningkat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematika peserta didik yang memperoleh pembelajaran Aptitude Treatment Interaction dan ekspositori. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Indraprasta PGRI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran yaitu Aptitude Treatment Interaction dan ekspositori, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kemampuan komunikasi Matematika. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan uji beda 2 rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Aptitude Treatment Interaction mempengaruhi kemampuan komunikasi matematika. This research was conducted on student of Mathematics Education Study Programme at University of Indraprasta PGRI. The research method used was experiment with sample number of as many as 50 respondents. Independent variables in this study were models of learning, namely Aptitude Treatment Interaction and expository, while dependent variable is the ability of mathematical communication. Data processing techniques used was comparing the mean of two population. The results showed that the application of Aptitude Treatment Interaction learning model affects the ability of mathematical communication. This research was classroom action research, which aims at improving students' motivation of their poor performance through learning model Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) on VII.3 grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Parepare. Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) can serve individual student differences by adjusting treatment or learning method with students' abilities. The use of this model was emphasizing to create small groups of students that have achievement alike. Students with have low academic achievement based on test results and teacher interview will be grouped into one group and will be given preferential treatment by tutoring intensity rather than the group of high academic achievement. Subjects of this research were students of class VII.3 SMP Negeri 6 Parepare which is consist of 25 students. This research was conducted in two cycles. The procedure of this research involved four phases: (1) planning, (2) Implementation of action, (3) observation, (4) Reflection. The data collection was done by observation, tests, and questionnaires for each cycle after giving treatment through learning model Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI). Data collected were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of this research indicate that the Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) can be an alternative method to improve learning motivation of low achievement students. The results of this research also showed that the Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) can be an alternative to problem-solving in the classroom, especially for low achievement students.
