Based on open NC system architecture, embedded condition monitoring and diagnosis units were studied with the characteristics of modularization and reconfigurable. The intelligent measurement and control unit can be used to on-line monitoring, fault early warming, intelligent diagnosis and remote maintenance, it provied a solution for group integration monitoring system construction of high-grade NC machine. In this paper, the implementation and function of the intelligent measurement and control unit were introduced from 4 aspects including whole framework, hardware, software and XPE OS. An example of cutting force on-line monitoring were given, which operate well for alarming in unstable cutting condition.

The measurement-Control-Processing integration is the important embodiment of intelligent NC machining, and also is a sign of NC machining technology from digital to intelligent development. This paper introduces the structure, the characteristics and the engineering application of adaptive intelligent measurement and control processing system based on the 3D scanning technology. It has shown that the system has the important meaning for the process optimization the product quality control.

It is of great significance to implement automatic demand response (ADR) in the energy Internet based on accurate measurement and control of electricity utilization devices using intelligent terminals. Current intelligent terminals lack flexibility and possess weak data collection and processing capabilities. On this basis, this paper developed an intelligent split-type electricity utilization measurement and control terminal for local household energy management and optimization. This intelligent terminal has capabilities of digital signal processing and infrared-based precision control, which is composed of two separate parts: the device body and the infrared controller. Among them, the device body includes DSP chip, electrical sampling circuit, ADC chip, WiFi module, ZigBee module, etc. The infrared controller contains single-chip microcomputer, ZigBee module, infrared encoding and transmit-receiving module, and lithium-ion battery. The device body is able to provide commands to the infrared controller according to the collected electricity utilization information, environmental information and comprehensive demand response requirements, thereby accurately adjusting the operating status of the loads, namely the electrical household appliances. Due to the split-type and rechargeable design, this intelligent terminal is able to adapt to a complex home environment, laying the hardware foundation for effective home energy management and optimization and facilitating household loads participating in demand response, especially automatic demand response.

In order to ensure the safe operation of the distribution network and to understand the operation of the distribution network, it is necessary to monitor the various operating parameters of the distribution network in real time and to send the various measurement parameters to the dispatching and monitoring center in time. So the low-voltage distribution network integrated parameter measurement and control has been widely used. This paper introduces a design method of combining two sets of reactive power compensator and distribution network measuring and controlling device into one part. The distribution network measurement and control, power factor correction and reactive power compensation are realized. In a word, the system has simple structure, high precision, and strong anti-interference ability, among other advantages, with great market potential.

To analyze the intelligent measurement and control system in real world theoretically and overcome the disadvantages, where the high-general and abstract models are lacking for the analysis, guidance and description, a structure model was proposed based on personification theory. In this model, several major functional units of system were extracted using human body system as the analysis prototype. And three aspects of U(structural unit set), S(service set) and R(the relationship set) were discussed. The theory analysis suggests that this model has general, abstract, analyzable and guidable characteristic for analyzing intelligent measurement and control system.

Mechanical properties of MEMS materials is one of MEMS important basic theory research, including hardness, elastic modulus, yield strength, tensile strength, fatigue strength and other performance indicators. For the acquisition and processing of weak signal can meet the system, this paper designs a measurement and control system which has a common set of software and hardware of high speed, high accuracy, high reliability in one. This tester is mainly composed of four parts: precision positioning subsystem, specimen clamping subsystem, load/displacement measurement subsystem and measuring and controlling subsystem, which provides a solid foundation in higher positioning accuracy of measuring MEMS materials and benefits more for further research.
