VxWorks operating system provides the technical foundation for the products development of DC protective measurement and control device for mass transit. According to technical requirements of products of DC protective measurement and control device for mass transit, this paper set up software and hardware implementation scheme and deeply analyzed the key technology such as task function division, message management, interrupt management and protection task realization.The successful application experience of this technology scheme has the guide meaning for the development of the similar products.

Currently, the measurement of electrical and non-electrical quantities is performed using analog-to-digital conversion channels, which consist of analog signal conditioning circuits and analog-to-digital converters (ADC) of electrical quantities into a digital code. The paper considers the case when the defining errors of the measurement and control channel are systematic errors of the ADC. The reliability of measurements is assessed by their errors, and the reliability of control - by the likelihood of correct operation of the control device. In our opinion, evaluating the reliability of such similar processes as measurement and control using different criteria seems illogical. The aim of the work is to study the effect of systematic errors of an analog-to-digital converter on the errors of parameter control depending on the type of conformity functions and the width of the control window, as well as the choice of the resolution of the ADC for various control tasks. The paper analyzes the transfer functions of measurement and control. It is shown that they are formed using step functions. It is proposed to use not a step function as a control transfer function, but other functions of conformity to the norm, for example, a linear function or functions of higher orders. In this case, the control result is assessed not according to the criterion of the probability of correct operation, but using the control error. Analyzed from the point of view of reconfiguring the errors of the line, parabolic and state parabolic functions of the norms for the development of changes windows in control. A recommendation has been given for the selection of functions for the conformity of standards and for the distribution of analog-to-digital conversions for industrial control enterprises.

Natural gas heaters are widely used in gas-fired power plants to meet the combustion needs and to improve the combustion efficiency. For the control features and technical requirements of the natural gas heater, the computer automatic control system for natural gas heater has been designed,and realizes the temperature and liquid level real time measurement and control. The system increases significantly the control accuracy of natural gas temperature, eliminates potential unsafety and improves production efficiency.

The deviation often appears in the feeding device of machine because of the screw spindle geometry torsional moment and the wear. The automatic compensation of the changes was proposed by means of a ball screw pretightening device by using adjustable force measurement and control. The detail design and simulation were conducted for the specific device. A case study was presented for the CNC lathe’s application. Testing results have shown that the device can be easily operated with an acceptable precision for positioning.

According to the construction situation of intelligent greenhouse in Agriculture Internet of Things in China, designed a measurement and control system of facilities vegetables based on Internet of Things. This design used JN5148 module as the core and applied JenNet stack to set up a wireless network. The environment factors, including temperature and humidity, light intensity, CO2 concentration and so on can be monitored in real-time, at the same time, shutter and water pump were also remote controlled through the GPRS gateway. The test result shows that this system operates stable, measures and controls precisionly, cost low electric quantity and better meet greenhouse environment monitoring and control system applications demand. Mechanical properties of MEMS materials is one of MEMS important basic theory research, including hardness, elastic modulus, yield strength, tensile strength, fatigue strength and other performance indicators. For the acquisition and processing of weak signal can meet the system, this paper designs a measurement and control system which has a common set of software and hardware of high speed, high accuracy, high reliability in one. This tester is mainly composed of four parts: precision positioning subsystem, specimen clamping subsystem, load/displacement measurement subsystem and measuring and controlling subsystem, which provides a solid foundation in higher positioning accuracy of measuring MEMS materials and benefits more for further research.
