In this article, the authors consider the modern principles and features of maintaining the oil and gas company equipment database in the ERP system for the growth of the efficient use of property assets in oil and gas companies with a view to establishing common methodological principles and approaches thereto, and the formation of management reporting in these companies and their subsidiaries. The proposed methodology establishes the unified requirements to the management accounting and the formation of a system of effective use of assets of an oil and gas company in modern conditions, allowing to modernize and repair each technological process of the oil and gas companies both in a staged manner and, in general, and to timely receive management information for each technological process or for each business unit regarding the use of property assets of an oil and gas company. The article describes the prototype model for the classification and grouping of the company property, which can be implemented in modules on SAP or Oracle platforms in order to visualize methodology of the future system implemented on directories of a unified budget classifier. It was argued that the primary goal of the ERP system implementation was the creation of an understandable and functional system of the company asset management that would allow a much more efficient budget planning to optimize stock balances, costs for repairs, investment costs, in other words, would improve the efficiency and transparency of the entire workflow.

Goal. The purpose of this work is to analyze the norms of the current labor legislation regarding the regulation of the relations between the employee and the employer in the introduction of any restrictions and anti-epidemic measures in the conditions of national quarantine and prevention in such conditions of violations of labor rights of employees. It is important that during the course of the COVID-19 coronary pandemic measures, they were not only effective but also violated human rights, including work. Method. The methodology includes a comprehensive analysis and generalization of available scientific and theoretical material, experience of foreign countries and formulation of relevant conclusions and recommendations. During the research the following methods of scientific knowledge were used: terminological, comparative, functional, system-structural, logical-normative. Results. During the research it was found that the Ukrainian legislature, including foreign experience, was able to respond promptly to the quarantine situation by adopting anti-crisis laws, which did not neglect labor legislation. This is understandable, because in connection with the announcement of quarantine in the whole territory of Ukraine, employers had to make personnel decisions, and the current legislative framework did not clearly regulate the issues that arose. Scientific novelty. The study found that the updating of labor legislation in the area of labor relations regulation during the national quarantine period allows the employer to use certain forms of labor organization, in which the basic labor rights and guarantees of employees can be preserved. Practical importance. The results of the study can be used in law-making and law enforcement activities, as well as by employers in regulating labor relations with employees during the quarantine period.

The article describes the developed radiometer for Express measurement of alpha radiation of radioactive elements based on a large-diameter silicon detector. The main element of the PPD detector is made using computer mathematical modeling of all stages of the technological process of manufacturing detectors, taking into account at each stage the degree of influence of the properties of the initial silicon on the electrophysical and radiometric characteristics of the detector. Detectors are manufactured for certain types of devices. The developed radiometer is designed to measure alpha radiation of natural isotopes (238U, 234U, 232Th, 226Ra, 222Rn, 218Po, 214Bi, etc.) in various environments. It also shows the principle of operation of the device, provides a block diagram of the measuring complex, describes the electronic components of the radiometer, as well as the block diagram. Signal transformations (spectrum transfer, filtering, accumulation) are implemented programmatically on the basis of a digital processing module. The device can detect the presence of specific elements in various environments, as well as protect people from the harmful effects of adverse radiation and can be used both in the field and stationary.

Today, sugar production is actively being modernized, shifting most of its processes to the path of avomatization and optimization to improve the quality of products. This article describes one of the main ways to obtain information about the concentration of sucrose in syrup in the production of sugar.

The design features of the universal module are given, its technological process is considered and the main qualitative indicators of work are given.

The results of a study of the effect of wet ultrasonic lamb meat salting on the muscle tissue microstructure are presented, and the technical parameters of the ultrasonic device are justified. It has been established that significant destruction and swelling of muscle fibers, local destruction of the sarcolemma with its pronounced rugosity are observed at ultrasonic salting with a frequency of 35 kHz, the cross-striation is poorly expressed, the tissue structure is disturbed. An ultrasonic salting with a frequency of 26 kHz was accompanied an increase in the number of transverse microcracks and crevices, loosening of muscle fibers, the formation of cavities between them while retention of the tissue structure, which contributes to the appearance of a brine between muscle fibers and accelerates its penetration into the fiber. It allows us to recommend ultrasound at a frequency of 26 kHz for cavitation activation of the brine to intensify the technological process of lamb meat salting.
