The combustion process of CFBB is a system with time-varying, nonlinear, large inertia and time delay. Therefore the control effects of traditional PID control system in the CFBB plant are not satisfactory , especially the overshoot of the main steam pressure control system is very big, and the adjustment time is too long. To improve the performance of the main steam pressure control system, ADRC technology was used . The disturbed signal was added in the different operating conditions, the testing results indicated that the ADRC main steam pressure control system had more excellent performance than the convention PID method.

The main steam pressure control system in marine steam power plant has the characteristics of time-varying, nonlinear and strong coupling. In order to get satisfactory control effect, we propose a fuzzy immune PID controller with which we can make comprehensive utilization of advantages of artificial immune, PID and fuzzy controller. We build up mathematical model of main steam pressure control system, carry out simulation and comparison. The results prove that fuzzy immune PID controller can significantly reduce the overshoot and settling time of main steam pressure. It is more effective in main steam pressure control system than PID controller.

Industrial boiler steam pressure is an important measure of boiler normal operation. Since there is delay and inertial part, single-loop PID control is difficult to achieve good dynamic characteristics. By analyzing the characteristics of the steam pressure controlled object, this paper presents a fuzzy adaptive PID control based on the cascade control system. Finally, in order to analyze the effect of the control system, mathematical model was constructed by MATLAB simulation to compare fuzzy adaptive PID cascade control with conventional PID control. The results prove that the former has a good control effect.

In order to keep the balance of the inside and outside energy of steam power system, the main steam pressure must be effectively controlled under maneuvering condition or accident condition. A set of lumped parameter model of steam discharge system was established, its control system was designed based on the pressure control mode and the simulation of steam turbine trip accident condition was calculated. Result shows that the steam discharge control system could make the steam discharge valve open in time under accident condition. Some steam could be discharged into condenser directly through steam conditioning device. So the main steam pressure could be always maintained within normal range which improves the safety of steam turbine unit and the adaptability to steam load.

Boiler steam pressure control system is important because of affecting the turbine speed directly. In engineering, the steam pressure control system is mostly dominated by traditional PID control. But the traditional PID control strategy can’t obtain satisfied control effects with the changing of the fuel and give-wind flow. The use of intelligent control strategy has been studied in recent years in order to improve steam pressure control. In this paper steam pressure control system with adaptive fuzzy PID control is presented, and the simulation results based on MATLAB show that the proposed algorithm can largely improve the system response performance compared to the traditional PID control.

AbstractThe network-induced time-delay caused by the introduction of the communication network in a networked control system has a great negative impact on the stability and performance of the system. In order to compensate for the performance degradation of the networked control system caused by time-delay, a time-delay compensation method based on PI-based dynamic matrix control for networked control system is proposed. In this study, autoregressive integrated moving average model is used to predict the future time-delay. The predictive time-delay replaces the actual time-delay as a parameter of the controller. In order to improve the compensation effect of dynamic matrix control, the feedback structure of the PI control and the predictive ability of dynamic matrix control are combined. The new objective function of dynamic matrix control is combined with PI structure to obtain the optimal control increment value. The PI controller can correct the output of dynamic matrix control and reduce the deviation between the actual output and the predicted output. The effect of the model mismatch and interference on the system is reduced. The robustness and anti-interference performance of the system is improved. The controller can select the appropriate control value to transmit to the actuator to compensate for the effect of the random time-delay in the networked control system. The stability of the compensation method is proved. Through the simulation results, the effectiveness of the proposed time-delay compensation method is verified.
