The application of constructive geometric modeling to pedagogical models of teaching graphic disciplines today is a promising direction for using computer technology in the educational process of educational institutions. The essence of the method of constructive geometric modeling is to represent any operation performed on geometric objects in the form of a transformation, as a result of which some constructive connection is established, and the transformation itself can be considered as a result of the action of an abstract cybernetic device. Constructive geometric modeling is a popular information tool for information processing in various applied areas, however, this tool cannot be appreciated without the presence of appropriate software systems and developed design techniques. Traditionally, constructive geometric modeling is used in the design of mechanical engineering, energy, aircraft and shipbuilding facilities, in architectural and design engineering. The need to study descriptive geometry at the university in recent years has something in common with the issues of mastering graphic packages of computer programs in the framework of the new discipline "Engineering and Computer Graphics". The well-known KOMPAS software product is considered the simplest and most attractive for training. It should be noted the important role of graphic packages in the teaching of geometric disciplines that require a figurative perception of the material by students. Against the background of a reduction in classroom hours, computer graphics packages are practically the only productive teaching methodology, successfully replacing traditional tools - chalk and blackboard.

This work considers the use of digital traces in the educational environment and the specifics of their collection and analysis at the university. One way or another, all participants in the educational process, as well as those who can potentially become them, for example, applicants, leave digital traces in the digital environments of the university and the Global Network in general, and these traces can be analyzed. At the same time, even the university itself as an organization leaves a certain digital footprint on the Internet. At the moment, most researchers are very optimistic, contemplating on what positive changes can be brought by the analysis of digital traces of applicants, students and teachers for the development of the university itself, the educa-tional process, and the formation of individual learning paths. In contrast to this, the author identifies a number of possible prospects for the analysis of Big Data and the use of Artificial Intelligence for education at the university of the future. Attention is focused on how this can affect the safety of the environment and conflict with ethical standards. Participants in the educational process, falling under the analysis of their digital traces, can both suffer because of them, even if their activities have not been in any way connected with the university, and begin to hide their true digital identity, creating «false» digital traces and becoming anon-ymous. The author assumes that an increase in such control covering actions, thoughts and emotions naturally results in the emergence of the concept of a «Dark» University, which distances itself as much as possible from such methods of analyzing personal data.

The article provides an overview of foreign and national research on the possibilities of using cognitive management in the educational environment of higher education institution. The authors emphasize the potential of cognitive management principles application in the educational organization, the direct correlation between cognitive management tasks and the general purposes of educational process. The possible approaches to knowledge management in educational organization are described. The authors dwell on the general methodological, economic and functional aspects of cognitive management at the university, argue that the value-communicative essence of university education enables to manage the knowledge base of the university. On the example of Ukhta State Technical University the article considers the possibilities of students’ project activity and project self-government. Firstly, it ensures the increment and intensification of the value-communicative flow of knowledge within the University and in its interaction with the external environment. Secondly, it fosters students to master the role of a cognitive manager. Thirdly, it encourages students to develop their meta-abilities which can be viewed as a form of cognitive management outcomes in higher educational institution.

The planning preparation of an activity is highly recommended in Islamic perspective. The completion of university’s study program does not make the university complete its planning task. The existence of alumni as a necessity of the educational process has an important position and role in Islamic civilization and requires seriousness in planning its development. Currently, exploring concepts from an Islamic perspective is still limited, especially in terms of alumni development. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of alumni in an Islamic perspective and to explain the planning of alumni development in the university. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research. The results of this study are (1) the term ‘alumni’ in the Islamic perspective refers to a monumental event and (2) alumni development planning can use the POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) concept by George Robert Terry where the stages of the flow start from planning, then organizing, then mobilizing and finally monitoring. After knowing the role of alumni is very strategic, it is hoped that alumni development planning in the future will be managed properly and seriously.

Abstrak

Penyusunan suatu perencanaan kegiatan sangatlah dianjurkan dalam perspektif Islam. A problem of the dual role of information technologies’ introduction to the educational process and its institutionalization in the higher education system are analyzed in the article. From sociological perspective the authors distinguish the factors of the influence of globalization and commercialization on structure of higher education, as well as to its implementation approaches. Such crucial social problems as social inequality and "digital divide", "managerialism" of the university structure with lack of creative selforganization, and the strengthening of ethical concerns of academic integrity standards in education are highlighted.

Upon entering in each relatively unknown and new context, such as new course, students enter with certain expectations which they may not always be fully aware of. Like the students, the teachers and assistants also generate certain expectations, mostly based on psychological aggregation of past experience. The fact is that especially the implicit expectation of both will somehow shape their behaviour and attitudes about this course. The expectations from both parties usually represent a range of very specific, mostly implicit, expectations that form the basis of the psychological contract. This contract is often defined as a „tacit”agreement between the parties (students and teachers/assistants) on the nature of their exchanges and the way they realize their relationship in the process of teaching. This paper attempts to examine the content of the normative psychological contract that defines the common expectations of students and assistants related to the rights and obligations that implies the role of the student, as wells as the rights and obligations that implies the role of assistants in relation to the student – assistant relationship in one of the teaching courses. The study was conducted on a sample of N = 38 students in the fifth academic year of the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo. The modified nominal group technique was used to collect individual data and achieve a group consensus on the content of the normative psychological contract. In particular, the attention was drawn to the efficient way of collecting and using information about students’ expectations, which can be considered when defining and clarifying mutual expectation on the role of students and teachers/assistants in the educational process. An effort was made to point out on the example of concrete steps the acceptability and applicability of the method in defining the normative psychological contract of any educational group. Finally, the study resulted in a proposal of a Scale for the evaluation of the fulfilment of psychological contract. This scale would be useful to the adult educators in creating of individualized Scale for the evaluation of the fulfilment of psychological contract in a specific educational context.

The current research aims to analyze the role of job ethics in knowledge management in its dimensions (finding and building knowledge, knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge organization) in the opinion of a sample of faculty members at the university. The research presented a theoretical conceptual framework for the main and secondary variables. The humanitarian faculties at the University of Salahaddin-Erbil were selected as field fields. The research was based on an analytical approach, and a set of hypotheses was identified as "guessing" answers to the problem of the research, which were tested using multiple statistical tools. The questionnaire was distributed to 112 teachers in 6 humanitarian colleges at Salahuddin University. The research concluded that there is a good level of both work ethic and knowledge management in the faculties that are being investigated. This confirms the keenness of these colleges to practice the work ethic of the university teaching job and to create the appropriate climate for knowledge management. The research recommended the necessity of forming a committee in each faculty composed of heads of scientific departments and some experienced teachers And the skill to supervise the application of the principle of job ethics in those colleges

study aims to examine education and the challenges of globalization in light of Corona pandemic. The examination involves surveying a randomly selected sample from the University of Baghdad’s professors, particularly from the colleges of Education for Women, Arts, and Sciences. The purpose of this examination is to learn about the dimensions of globalization, its effects on the educational process, and the importance of distance education during the spread of Corona virus quarantine. To achieve this, the researcher followed a descriptive and analytical approach by applying a questionnaire to a sample of 70 teachers who were randomly selected electronically. Results have shown that 78.6% emphasized the contribution of globalization during Corona pandemic to develop teachers’ ability to employ modern technology and informatics. Besides, 65.7% pinpointed the role of globalization in activating the dialogue between teachers and learners during the discontinuation of the traditional means of teaching. This further allowed for continuity and non-stop education. Besides, there are differences between the effects of globalization and the learning of violent behavior for students attributed to gender and for the benefit of males. In addition, there are no statistically significant differences between globalization and academic achievement of students during corona pandemic at the freedom degree (1) and level of significant (0.05). Accordingly, the study recommended the need to review the educational system and reformulate its goals, objectives, goals and curricula in light of the globalization of knowledge that has become a reality. This can only be achieved by developing the capabilities of the teachers and the learners to face the challenges of globalization and get adapted to them.
