This paper put forward a design and implementation method for the electric power production and organization management system based on three layer B/S structure. The system runs on the Microsoft.NET platform, using SQL Server2000 as the back-end database server, and use ADO.NET of ASP.NET component to access database, realize the online electric power system automation in production organization management, reduce staff workload, improve work efficiency and information exchange which has played an important role. The system results show that the system can run effectively after a number of functional testing, and achieve the desired objectives.

Smart grids with interoperability improve grid reliability by collecting system information and transferring it to an energy management system and associated applications through a seamless end-to-end connection. To achieve interoperability, it is required to exchange the semantic information within the different domains. The international electrotechnical commission has established the Common Information Model (CIM) tool, which is a standard application programming interface for the exchange of semantic information in power systems. CIM provides a robust framework for accurate data sharing, merging, and transformation into reusable information. However, as CIM provides a basic framework for information exchange, various practical issues arise in establishing an energy management system capable of exchanging information using CIM. This paper aims to offer a comprehensive understanding by summarizing and categorizing the research on the practical use of CIM for interoperability in smart grids. Many papers are analyzed and the issues are classified into CIM extension, harmonization, and validation to address the issues that arise when establishing an integrated information exchange system.

The article considers development of staff’s engagement of OJSC “Gladen’kaya” that improves the performance of employees, increase the number of satisfied clients and increase their loyalty to the organization. The most negative facts that exacerbate the condition of moral-psychological climate in the organization are considered. Activities for improving engagement are proposed. The implementation schedule of the project is developed. Social and economic efficiency of the project implementation is designed. The approbation of the project «Improving the efficiency of the process of employee engagement» is carried out. As a result of efficient use of labor resources, economic development will occur, profit will increase.

The article shows that when designing an organizational control system, it is most natural to use a systematic integrated approach and well-developed methods of system theory. The article continues the series of works of one of the authors devoted to the adaptation of the methods of control theory to economic objects. This paper deals with the mathematical description of the control system error. The block diagram of the organization management system is given. The system playback error is represented as the difference of the output signals of the ideal and desired systems. An equivalent and calculated system schema for error determination is presented. The mean square of the random system error is determined.
