In order to solve the problem of health evaluation of CNC machine tools, an evaluation method based on grey clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed. The health status grade of in-service CNC machine tools was divided, and the performance indicator system of CNC machine tools was constructed. On the above basis, the relative importance of each performance and its indicators were combined, and grey clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was utilized to evaluate the health status of in-service CNC machine tools to determine their health grade. The proposed health status evaluation method was applied to evaluate the health level of an in-service gantry CNC machine that can be used for the machining propellers, and the results shown that the health status of the whole gantry CNC machine tool is healthy. The proposed evaluation method provides useful references for further in-depth research on the health status analysis and optimization of CNC machine tools.

Firstly, this paper introduces the development of amorphous alloy transformer. According to the technical characteristics of amorphous alloy transformer and the application of Jiangsu power, the comprehensive evaluation about amorphous alloy transformer from the safety performance, the economic performance and the environmental impact are studied comparing with S11 type, S13 type and S15 type transformer. In the safety performance, overload capacity and over-excitation ability of amorphous alloy transformer is insufficient; in the economic performance, low no-load loss, high efficiency, energy saving effect of amorphous alloy transformer is obvious; in terms of environmental impact, the audible noise level of amorphous alloy transformer is higher than that of conventional transformer, and manufacturers need to study to reduce the noise level. Finally, the application recommends of amorphous alloy transformer is presented based on comprehensive evaluation.

Taking the development plans of an offshore oilfield as an example, a new comprehensive evaluation method, the improved Grey Clustering Analysis based on the cloud model (GCAC), is presented in this paper, which takes the ambiguity, randomness, and uncertainty of data into account and overcomes the limits of the general methods, such as subjective prejudice and objective randomness. GCAC converts the data of the oilfield development plans into a cloud, which considers the data of fuzziness, randomness, and the relationship between them. The grey membership degree of each development plan is calculated by this cloud model and an improved grey whitened function is presented in this paper. Then the plans are reordered by their grey membership degrees. In order to make more reasonable consideration of the artificial or unartificial uncertainties, GCAC combines the Grey Entropy Weighting method, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Expert Assessment method to determine the weights of each level of indexes, which makes the weights more reasonable and reduces the randomness and the fuzziness of data. GCAC can help obtain a better comparison between the development plans. The reliability of this method is verified by the calculation results.

This paper first analyzes domestic and foreign literature related to artificial reef evaluation, and then summarizes the ecological effects of artificial reefs. Accordingly, a comprehensive evaluation system on ecological effects of artificial reef is established. Further, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on grey clustering analysis is derived and presented. The model takes the artificial reef project in East China Sea as an example. An empirical study is conducted to obtain fuzzy evaluation matrix and grade evaluation result. Finally, the result of model shows consistency with the actual ecological environment which verifies the correctness of the model.

Evaluating energy-saving effect plays an important role during the transformation on existing residential buildings for energy saving in cold area of north China. A relative index evaluation system of the energy efficiency in residential buildings is formed according to relevant energy-saving standards of the Ministry of Construction of China and the present situation in this area . Then a comprehensive evaluation model is built based on entropy and Unascertained Measure theory, and through an example to verify the applicability and feasibility of the model.

With the development and application of frequency conversion technology, the types of frequency conversion equipment are becoming more and more diverse, and the corresponding energy efficiency testing and evaluation methods are different, which leads to inconsistencies in the selection of equipment and the operation analysis and evaluation of the frequency conversion system. It is urgent to find an effective solution. By analyzing the problems of the current energy-saving test and evaluation methods of the frequency conversion system, the energy-saving evaluation index system and calculation method based on the total harmonic components are proposed. Establish a harmonic evaluation index system covering 9 indicators. On this basis, 6 core harmonic indicators are selected, and the comprehensive harmonic influence coefficient and weight matrix are introduced to establish a comprehensive evaluation method for energy-saving effects based on harmonic total components and weighted matrix model. On this basis, 15 different working conditions of the energy-saving test and analysis evaluation experiments for of frequency conversion system have been carried out. The results show that the total harmonic components analysis method proposed in this paper can reflect the energy efficiency level of the frequency conversion system and its equipments more realistically on the premise of meeting the analysis and actual operation requirements on site. At the same time, the established comprehensive evaluation method of energy saving effect can comprehensively and reasonably analyze the impact of harmonics on the performance of the frequency conversion system. In addition, it provides theoretical guidance for reasonably determining the optimal operating conditions of the system and equipment, and taking corresponding harmonic prevention measures to effectively improve the quality of power transmission and the actual energy-saving effects of frequency conversion technology.
