The objective of this research is automatic generation of buildings in the interest areas. This research was developed by using high resolution vertical aerial photographs and the LIDAR point cloud through radiometric and geometric digital processes. The research methodology usesknown building heights and various segmentation algorithms and spectral band combination. The overall effectiveness of the algorithm is 97.2% with the test data.

Various pharmaceuticals used for topical and systemic therapy are capable of exerting significant impact on morphological and physiological characteristics of human epidermis, as well as its barrier properties. This may affect the course of dermatologic diseases and the efficacy of their treatment. In this literature review, the author analyzes the impact of various pharmaceutical classes on the morphofunctional characteristics of the epidermal barrier and formulates recommendations for skin disease treatment.

Topical photodynamic therapy is a therapeutic modality in development, thus arises grate interest among dermatologists worldwide. It is an effective therapy for actinic keratosis, superficial BCC and Bowenos disease. Treatment efficacy, good cosmetics, low risk of skin cancer, low invasiveness, low rate of adverse events, facility for treating multiple or large lesions, especially in poor healing sites and, for penile, digital and facial involvement, low general toxicity and possibility of repeating the treatments with the same efficiency, enable topical photodynamic therapy to become increasingly practiced treatment modality. Researching aimed topical photodynamic therapy to prove as a treatment modality for clinical use in other dermatoses, is in experimental phase. To answer the question when dermatologist should consider using topical photodynamic therapy treatment modatility, we are present available date.

This paper introduces the development course of cryosurgery, mechanism, advantages and disadvantages, application scope, the analysis of the current world advanced the development of cryogenic surgical instruments and its principle and performance, found that at present, the development of the cryoablation equipment mainly for the treatment of diseases such as cancer such heavy research, thus ignore the crowd larger quantity of the treatment of skin disease research. cryopen are introduced in this paper to solve small pathological tissues such as skin disease treatment. we study a new type of freezing and melting equipment, named cryopen. at the same time, the simulation of treating abnormal skin is completed effectively. The results show that cryopen is very good for the treatment of abnormal skin. The future development of small cryoablation equipment is also put forward.

This manuscript contains vital ethnobotanical information and facts about Ricinus communis and Azadirachta indica, generated through extensive interviews and statistical analysis of data from studied site. Collection and documentation of the information was accomplished by surveying of selected area. The data was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, using statistical indices. Number of informants for Ricinus communis and Azadirachta indica were found to be 85 and 111 respectively. Number of ailments being treated by these plants have been recorded carefully. Quantitative analysis has revealed that seeds of Ricinus communis are frequently used to treat arthritis while leaves of Azadirachta indica are used for skin disease treatment. Documentation of such ethnobotanical data will help in conservation of studied plants and sustainability of indigenous knowledge which can be instrumental for strengthening health care system.

AbstractUtilization of satellite data by means of remote sensing practices creates a wider window of opportunities to conduct robust outcomes Landsat OLI-8 data acquired over the peninsula of Halkidiki in Greece for the summer period of 2013, were analyzed to determine their utility to classify natural resources categories based on the determination of spectral bands combination. Consequently, spectral bands combination can be used to classify various categories based on their higher overall accuracy assessment. Spectral information contained in each of the utilized channels of Landsat OLI-8, statistics defining 12 cover type classes of interest were calculated and used as a basis for classification of the designated study area. Spectral bands combinations (4-5-6/ 3-4-5/ 3-4-5-6/ 4-5-6-7) fulfill the required accuracy for forest purpose as they conducted overall accuracies ranging between 7.85% and 96.29%. The spectral band combination 3-4-5-6-7 conducted the highest overall accuracy (98.15%). The poorest results were obtained by the analysis of spectral bands combination 4-6 (68.52%). Single spectral band 6 conducted the best overall results; however, spectral bands 5 and 6 seemed to be the most useful spectral bands combination for each category.
