With PID as its control center, this system overcomes the uncontrol of temperature, lower efficiency, difficult operation and other drawbacks occurring in precious microphone high-temperature test system. Characterized by excellent adaptability, automatic heating and constant temperature function, and simple operation, the high-temperature test system can meet the special requirements during microphone high temperature operation, evaluate the phase, frequency response, background noise and other product indexes in a high temperature ambient, and possess a very high marketing application value.

The traditional measuring instrument of temperature mainly consists of different types of hardware, whose cost and scale are quite big, and whose operation is inconvenient. In many practical applications, describing the measured objects only by accurate values is not enough. Aiming at these problems, the design of sea temperature test system based on Virtual Instrument has been introduced in this paper. The temperature test system combines high performance PCI-6014 data acquisition card with sensor elements and amplifying circuit. On the basis of LabVIEW software platform, an application software for temperature measurement has been designed, whose functions include real-time acquisition of test signal, data processing and data display.

A temperature test apparatus has been designed to measure the temperature rise of the planetary gear train. The experimental platform integrated the temperature test system, siemens operating system and industrial personal computer (IPC). The temperatures of various locations have been investigated under rated condition and the oil temperature-rise time under different speed was estimated. The experimental results indicated that the temperatures of the super-speed planetary gear train (PGT) of the earth pressure balance shield machine (EPBM) rise quickly than the low-speed PGT and the speed has significant influence on the temperature of the PGT. Through comparison the oil temperatures under reverse direction and forward direction, the direction of the motor has little influence on the temperature of the PGT.

With the mass production of Electric Vehicles, end of line test of Electric Vehiles has become an important research topic.In this paper, a scheme of the system with a portable computer is establish for thepractical application to the end of line test based on CAN bus, and then design and research of the testing system software are followed. To develop establish the system scheme, we study in depth and explore test methods and management, and design two test modes in view of the practicality and re-usability of the test system. In the process of system software development, we program in LabVIEW, manage the test items in NI TestStand, make a research and optimization of Microsoft Office Access database connection for both software, and design user interface program of database maintenance and management finally. Commissioning not only verifies practical performance of the test system in the aspects of testing, data processing and others, but also feedbacks the reference information to enhance and improve the stability and re-usability of the system based on CAN bus.

According to the engineering requirements of multiple sets of Flight control unit in high and low temperature test, a new test system based on CPCI bus with a signal switching and distribution unit is designed to increase test efficiency. This test system can switch serial test under programming control for multiple sets of flight control unit in a certain temperature gradient, saving the time of temperature change and staying warm, eliminating a lot of tedious manual operations. Theoretical analysis and engineering practice has proved that this test system significantly reduces the testing time in high and low temperature test up to thirty hours (five sets of DUT), namely that relative time efficiency is up to 75.4% (five sets of DUT). It also has some other advantages such as saving hardware resources and flexible use.

The badminton wind tunnel experiment quality classification was influenced by a lot of factors, such as the size of the wind tunnel wind speed Settings, the selection of the wind hole diameter size, Experiment parameter Settings of the test system software used standard and experimental error and so on. Therefore, a factorys wind tunnel experimental facility would be used by this paper, in order to make the quality of badminton, wind tunnel wind speed and wind hole diameter are researched further. Through the experiment testing, and combined with badminton wind tunnel experiment of theory knowledge, get the impact of these factors on the quality of badminton classification rule. Theoretical analysis is the same as the result of experiment, which this conclusion is indicated by the experiment that what we do. So as to choose the right wind tunnel device and system software of the test parameters Settings provide certain reference. Also the Badminton the judgment of the quality grade classification standard was provided the important reference frame by it.
