Aceh Indonesian Broadcasting Commision is an independent institution and has authority according to the law to manage the running of broadcasting in Aceh. In performing it tasks and function, KPID has been assisted by a secretariat where the personnels are outsourcing staff. To evaluate the performance of staff, KPID carried out performance evaluation system.Performance evaluation system at KPID is in form of individual evaluation where a superior directly evaluate behaviour and performance of his/her subordinates. For behaviour evaluation, the results of evaluation is in form of good, middle, and less good behaviour. While for performance, the results is in form of the achievement of job volume. The results would then be base for the decision of the institution.According to evaluation been done and compared with the theory, it can be concluded that in the staff job performance evaluation within KPID, the system used has been complied with the regulation. It can be seen from the administration of staff job performance evaluation at KPID where the method used was the same as the theory.

Solenoid pump is widely used in the steam appliances. It is important to have a good understanding and research on the solenoid pump for its structural design and function design. The paper made a preliminary theoretical analysis to the problem of the flue attenuation of the solenoid pump and a preliminary verification through an experimental data. Through the understanding of the feature of the solenoid pump, it can make the design of the steam appliances more successfully.

The chemical industry is the focus of circular economy construction, and the construction of evaluation index system of circular economy is an important work. In this paper, a circular economy evaluation index system that may be used for quantized evaluation for the chemical industry is established based on the previous research results, where the weight value of the index system is obtained by the AHP method. The rationality of the evaluation index system is verified through the case studies.

To save manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing environment, a manufacturing resource deployment evaluation system in construction machinery was designed and applied. At first evaluation indexes of manufacturing resource deployment were analyzed. Then the architecture and function structure were designed, and the database were analyzed. And some technologies adopted in the system were introduced to ensure security, stability, and interoperability of the information. Feasibility and effectiveness of the system were verified by a enterprise application case.

Abstract Vascular endothelial dysfunction, arteriosclerosis and atherosclerotic plaque are well-known risk factors for cardiovascular disease (CVD). Studies on vascular health markers have been well-established, however, there is still a lack of related research on combined vascular structure and function indicators. Beijing vascular health stratification (BVHS) is an evaluation system aiming at vascular health, combined the endothelial function, arteriosclerosis, atherosclerotic plaque and vascular lumen stenosis to comprehensively assess the vascular health and grade it. This study will explore the predictive value of the combined evaluation of vascular structure and function for cardiovascular events and assess the predictive value of BVHS and compare it with the existing risk assessment systems. A total of 1,500 subjects will be enrolled into the prospective cohort study from a community and will be followed up for at least 3 years from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023. Subjects aged 40 or above, without coronary heart disease, stroke or peripheral artery disease, with written informed consent will be included; subjects with end-stage hepatorenal diseases (uremia, renal failure, cirrhosis, liver failure), mental disorders or cognitive disorders, with any other factors that the researcher thinks are not suitable for the study will be excluded. Traditional cardiovascular risk factors will be collected as adjusted confounders. BVHS is a potential and scientific vascular health evaluation system. The study will be the first to grade vascular health by combing various vascular indicators and explore the prediction value and compare with other risk prediction system in general Chinese population.
