This paper addresses risk assessment issues while conceiving complex systems. Indeed, project stakeholders have to share the same problems understanding allowing to undertake rational and optimal decisions. We propose an approach based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to improve systems quality requirements such as consistency and completeness. We assess the relevancy of our approaches through experimentations and highlighted feedbacks from project stakeholders and players.

Networking of city tunnel monitoring systems is an application instance of Internet of Things. Situation awareness of city tunnel traffic is a method of analyzing the traffic safety of city tunnel. This paper studies the ontology model for monitoring tunnel traffic situation. The model reflects the basic concepts and semantic meanings of an integrated traffic network. The situation of the integrated traffic network can be described in standard formats. The use and management of the integrated traffic network is improved. Therefore this model can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of intelligent transportation service.

VANET is branch of networking that is used for communication in intelligent transportation system. In this process of VANET various nodes are interconnected to each other and road side units. R2R, V2V and V2R communication has been done in VANET. Due to variouscommunications under VANET routing protocols have overhead for computation of shortest path and transmission of information with minimum delay. Delay in the network cause minimum safety. In this paper an approach has been proposed that can be used for transmission of safety message over the network with minimum delay. On the basis of proposed approach safety message can be transmitted in shortest interval of time so that safety can be achieved in the network.

Subject. The article considers functioning and development of process flows of transportation and logistics system of a smart city. Objectives. The study identifies factors and dependencies of the quality of human life on the organization and management of stream processes. Methods. I perform a comparative analysis of previous studies, taking into account the uniquely designed results, and the econometric analysis. Results. The study builds multiple regression models that are associated with stream processes, highlights interdependent indicators of temporary traffic and pollution that affect the indicator of life quality. However, the identified congestion indicator enables to predict the time spent in traffic jams per year for all participants of stream processes. Conclusions. The introduction of modern intelligent transportation systems as a component of the transportation and logistics system of a smart city does not fully solve the problems of congestion in cities at the current rate of urbanization and motorization. A viable solution is to develop cooperative and autonomous intelligent transportation systems based on the logistics approach. This will ensure control over congestion, the reduction of which will contribute to improving the life quality of people in urban areas.

The goals of the research are to divulge the implementation of promotion mix strategy and its impact on the purchase decision towards the Go-jek online transportation service. The research-er uses a quantitative approach, descriptive and verified design, and survey method. As much as 100 respondents have been drawn using the purposive approach from the population of the Go-jek consumers. The data collection employs questionnaire and the path analysis procedure has been used as the data analysis technique. The findings of this research are as follows: the varia-bles of advertising, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship fall into moderate – good category; moreover both partially and simultaneously the variables of advertis-ing, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship, as well as direct mar-keting affect the purchase decision.

This study aims to compare financial performance through profitability generated by two market participants in the witness transportation service industry in Jakarta, namely PT. BB compared to PT. ETU, this assessment is measured not limited to the profit generated but more than that by measuring financial added value through the concept of Eonomic Value Added produced by the two companies. The population in this study were all taxi transportation service companies in Jakarta. The sampling method selected two taxi companies that have the largest market share in DKI Jakarta, namely BB Taxi and ETU Taxi. The test analysis used in this study is ratio analysis through profit calculation and economic added value from the annual income statement. This study shows that there are (a) determination of the ratio of profit levels, (b) Determination of the comparison of economic value added of the two companies. Keywords :  Financial performance, Economic Value Added (EVA)
