This paper presents analyzed questions of the safety of the information transferred by the radio connection link of the Polish UAV project “Aircraft for monitoring” SAMONIT. This safety is especially important for the design and use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). This paper also presents the structure of the SAMONIT communication system, security threats to the radio connection system, and possible measures to ensure secure information. Santrauka Straipsnyje nagrinejami Lenkijos bepiločiu orlaiviu projekto SAMONIT (monitoringo lektuvas) radijo ryšiu perduodamos informacijos saugumo klausimai. Ypač svarbi yra radijo ryšiu perduodamos informacijos apsauga kuriant bepiločius orlaivius (BO) ir kitas nuotolinio valdymo transporto priemones. Straipsnyje pateikiama SAMONIT ryšiu sistemos struktūra, galimos gresmes informacijos perdavimui, saugumui bei integralumui; taip pat radijo ryšio sistemos apsaugos būdai bei priemones.

The technology of the fixed wing and the rotary wing unmanned aerial vehicles have been emerging and the applications have been focused widely to numerous regions. This paper focuses on some applications where we have tested our multicopter and in future the further improvement shall incorporate. Our main focus was to build an aerial Covid warrior considering mainly three different and useful applications particularly for remote village areas where many facilities are not always available. First application is the delivery of the medical supplies to the people in need. Second, use of the onboard speaker, which can relay valuable information during emergency or the valuable health related awareness remotely by respective department. And the third application is use of the sanitizer spray arrangement for the larger area disinfection. The prototype has been tested in a typical village area in different conditions and has provided required performance due to optimized design. This paper is to facilitate other users to explore the capabilities of the multicopters for any situations like we suggested with this project considering this pandemic.

Abstract The main aim of this article is to present the modern unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and the possibilities for real-time remote monitoring of flight parameters and payload data. In the introduction section of the paper we briefly present the characteristics of the UAVs and which are their major application areas. Later, the main parameters and the various data types for remote control and monitoring of the unmanned aerial vehicles are presented and discussed. The paper continues with the methods and the technologies for transmission of these parameters and then presents a general hardware model for data transmission and a software model of a communication system suitable for UAVs.

In this paper effort is made to track a maneuvering target using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) with range, bearing and elevation measurements. Extended Kalman filter is preferred to processmeasurements tampered with noise. Algorithm to detect the maneuver of target is developed in this paper. This information about range, bearing and elevation is communicated to weapon guidance station by means of personal communication system between UAV and weapon guidance station. Mathematical modeling in detail and simulation results is presented.
