In principle, everything on earth has own systems. Those systemsare required by all beings on this earth. There are various elements in the education system such as: goals, students, management, structure and schedule, materials, teachers, facilities and infrastructure, media, technology, quality control, education costs, and etc. All these elements are interrelated and supportive each one and another. If the system in education can be likened to a computer, then every component has the duties and functions that support each other. The National Education System in Indonesia is a very complex education system,because there are various elements and a series of input-process-output that affect each other internally. While externally, the National Education System influenced by politics, economic, socio-cultural, defense-security aspects as well as various stakeholders related to education.

Abstract: Expedient in progress the National Education Quality in a order to hoped that suitable with “UU No. 20 Th 2003” about the National Education system, need to do improving all at once to constructive. The control education quality system, that given with pass acridity. Acridity be held for constant the proper of program and school education unite in every ladder and kind of education. Acridity to program and education unite be held by national acridity board. Based above, is “what with have school acridity can guarantee education quality in the nine SDN in Lamongan regency?” The direction of observation is to give information about the popper of school or program that to do standard national education. If advantage that hoped from this result of PTS like statement for school at expedient improving quality and program of improving school. The observation be held at 9 SDN at July 2009 with use acridity instrument from BAN S/M. The observation file be analysis based penscoran technique and progress the result of acridity. This result of PTS is show there is improving value, from sickles 1 and sickles II. The finally result show if the value acridity of 9 SDN, it is about 71-85 with acridity average B. To headmaster, you must constant can improving result acridity four years later.

The article shows the processes of formation of the Soviet education system in the Bukhara People's Soviet Republic. Despite the fact that the Soviet state created schools, dorulmuallim, educational institutions and established a general education system, data on the existence of many problems and shortcomings in this regard were presented on the basis of examples. The Principles of Islam requirehuman to maintain  and improve their moral values BuT in fact, many  Moslems  face problems of moral deteriora tion, crisis of beliefs, and moral decadence that happenin all aspects of life. This moral deterioration is often associated by  the  experts  of  education  with the failure of educat ion. The failure of education relates to the education system that has various components that affect each other. The elements needed in the education system are the goal of education , educators, students, tool s,  and  natural  surroundings. The results of this study indicate that the essence of  spiritual  learning obligations according to Syaikh 'Abd al-Qadir al-Jilaniy is araising the total of  truth towards  Allah SWT's path.  The aims of the learning areto implement knowledge and clean  the heart (tazkiyyah al-nafs) from worldly characters and the lust of dirtiness to ma'rifatullah. Spiritual educators are  those who  practice  the law of Allah, clean the heart and  guide  students to the  safety of life  in the Hereafter . Learners constantly face Allah and obey Him, do not meet the call besides Allah, listen  to  the  call  of  Allah  and implement everything stated in the Qur ·an  and  the  Prophet tradition. Teaching method used is the method of mau'izhah, sima',  ahwal ,   and   muhasabah  fial-nafs (introspection). Educational materials are  based  on  the  basics  of  spiritual education in the Qur'an, the Prothet tradition. and the opinion of Muslim religious leaders who have noble characters and integrate science.  Moral education  is  the core of Islamic education. The implications of the spiritual educational thought of Syaikh 'Abd al-Qadir al-Jilaniy toward the reality of Islamic education in Indonesia is the emphasis of moral education that leads to a balance relationship  between  the  exoteric  and esoteric aspects of the learning process.
