The purpose of this research is: 1. To know performance employees at of big hall education and training social welfare (BBPPKS) regional IV of Kalimantan. 2. To know problems of performance often occurs in big hall education and training social welfare (BBPPKS) regional IV of Kalimantan. This study used a descriptive research design with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used through interviews, observation and documentation. Informants were taken from origin policy makers and stakeholders. Analysis using interactive data analysis which consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results show that the employee performance research big hall education and training social welfare (BBPPKS) regional IV of Kalimantan seen the purpose the employee performance, the employee performance standards and motives have not reached the level the employee performance levels while the accountability the employee performance has begun to reach this optimal. The distribution of work in education and training of big hall social welfare (BBPPKS) regional IV of Kalimantan formally have refer to the regulations concerning the formulation of the, however sometimes the allocation of work to personnel less consistent with his position. Here it can be seen that responsibility the performance of on officer at of big hall for training and education of people with social welfare (BBPPKS) regional IV of Kalimantan as part of the has not yet been it is said the implementation of the activity aligned with the government of a prescribed procedure.

To analyze the factors that influence the performance of accounting information systems is a goal that researchers want to achieve. Retrieval of data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, then analyzing the data that has been obtained and then draw conclusions. The results of respondents' answers by using several tests such as validation tests and so on to support more valid results and the results can be justified. The results show that the Capability of Personnel Techniques, Management Support, User Engagement and User Education and Training affect the performance of the accounting information system

Abstract : Health information system is an information management at all levels of government systematically for service delivery to the public. Legislation that mentions the health information system is Kepmenkes No. 004/Menkes/SK/I/2003 on the policy and strategy of decentralization in health and Kepmenkes No. 932/Menkes/SK/VIII/2002 on the implementation of the instructions of health information reporting system development district / the city. It's just the two of contents Kepmenkes contains weaknesses which are both just looked at the health information system from the point of the field of health management, do not utilize state of the art technology and no information relating to the national information system. Information and communication technology are also not yet elaborated so that the data presented are not appropriate and not timely. Based on the background of the problem, it can be argued formulation of the problem "How Ability Health Workers In SIK in PHC Sulamadaha Management District of Ternate Island" viewed from the aspect of education and training, motivation, and work experience. General Purpose To determine the ability of health professionals in the management of health information in health centers Sulamadaha District of Ternate Island. Education and training not only play the key role to promote the sustainable ability of employees, but in the establishment of employees’ work attitudes as well. Moreover, leaders play an important role in promoting the effectiveness of education and training. The objectives of this study were to explore the effect of the police department’s annual subject training on the work attitudes of harbor police. This study also examined the moderating effect of supervisor attitudes on the association between police training effectiveness and police’s work attitudes in expectation to more concretely understand the role of supervisor attitudes in the harbor police’s annual subject training, to consolidate the good work attitude of the police for sustainability. The frontline police officers of Taiwan’s harbor police agency were chosen as the study population. This study adopted the convenience sampling method to conduct the questionnaire survey in August 2019. It requested for the respondents who replied to the questionnaire within 15 days after receiving the questionnaire to be considered as the first respondents. For those who replied to the questionnaire no later than one month were considered as the second respondents. This paper collected a total of 584 questionnaires and 492 were valid. The result of this study showed that education and training had a highly positive effect on the work attitudes of police officers. Moreover, the overall attitudes of supervisors toward police education and training were found to have a significantly positive moderating effect on the association between education and training effectiveness and the police’s work attitudes. The results of this study prove the linkage between the effectiveness of education and training and the supervisor attitudes.
