To counter the current situation that undergraduate course teaching separates from the real enterprise producing, and the terrible capacity for work in the undergraduates trained by university, the paper is to explore the "Case-run through type" Teaching Model of Machinery Manufacturing. The model depends on a certain mechanical product, according to the production task to decompose and build a practice teaching system, then to design practice teaching content by the production technology process and sequence. By use of the model, the students can well understand the theoretical knowledge. And it further can help students stimulate the learning interest. Therefore, the students' operation skills and comprehensive ability were greatly improved. In the meantime, the teaching abilities of teachers were also improved.

The association between the concept of dialogue and the expansion of digital media in public relations started as a theoretical ‘promise’ and was later followed by a feeling of disappointment. This article argues that the dialogic promise of new media was in great measure a consequence of a well-established belief according to which the field was rapidly moving from a ‘functional’ to a ‘cocreational’ approach, whereas in fact both cocreational and functional imperatives persist and coexist in complex manners that need to be disentangled. This idea is explored through a critical analysis of highly cited literature about dialogue and digital technology in public relations. Implications for future theory-building, research and practice are discussed.

The educational circles propose that we should attach importance to experimental teaching. As mentioned, we should fundamentally change the orthodox concept of experimental teaching depending on theoretical teaching, fully understand and implement the status of experimental teaching in school talent cultivating and form the idea and atmosphere overall coordination between theoretical teaching. The author attempts to optimize the course of English major translation so that the teaching content can be integrated into the whole practical teaching. Meanwhile, the practical teaching system should be reformed to break through the conventional teaching framework of practical teaching. What' more,we should vigorously carry out the second class activities and combine the practical teaching in translation and innovative practice implemented by the school with the tutor' studio. Also, in this process, we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' innovation ability so as to combine the practical teaching system with the translation theory course, which can enhance students' ability to combine the theory with practice.

Mindomo (www.mindomo.com) is a web-based tool designed to aid in the creation of digital concept maps. This article provides an overview of concept mapping and Mindomo followed by reflections on implementing Mindomo in a digital technology course for pre-service teachers. A SWOT analysis of Mindomo is presented in concept map format, with the goals being to provide information helpful to anyone considering using Mindomo and to encourage instructors to consider how concept mapping might facilitate higher-order thinking in their classes.

Technology-mediated change management (TMCM) refers to an organization's use of digital technologies to facilitate change implementation. The use of digital technology is deeply penetrating change practice. However, alarmingly, few have theorized about or empirically investigated TMCM. A rich body of research informs change management, however, less is known about how technologies are changing the nature of managing the change itself. We stimulate new conversations on this topic by discussing how TMCM provides both valuable benefits and creates new risks in terms of the (a) adaptiveness, (b) personalization, and (c) openness of the change process. TMCM requires urgent attention as it has the potential to help shape the future of change research and practice. We call for scholarship that is reflexive about both the benefits and risks associated with TMCM and we offer directions for research in this relatively new area that may very well determine the future of our field.
