As one of the key clinical imaging methods, the computed X-ray tomography can be further improved using new nanometer CMOS sensors. This will enhance the current technique's ability in terms of cancer detection size, position, and detection accuracy on the anatomical structures. The current paper reviewed designs of SOI-based CMOS sensors and their architectural design in mammography systems. Based on the existing experimental results, using the SOI technology can provide a low-noise (SNR around 87.8 db) and high-gain (30 v/v) CMOS imager. It is also expected that, together with the fast data acquisition designs, the new type of imagers may play important roles in the near-future high-dimensional images in additional to today's 2D imagers.

The present paper presents a fully differential 60 GHz four stages low-noise amplifier for wireless applications. The amplifier has been optimized for low-noise, high-gain, and low-power consumption, and implemented in a 90 nm low-power CMOS technology. Matching and common-mode rejection networks have been realized using shielded coplanar transmission lines. The amplifier achieves a peak small-signal gain of 21.3 dB and an average noise figure of 5.4 dB along with power consumption of 30 mW and occupying only 0.38 mm2pads included. The detailed design procedure and the achieved measurement results are presented in this work.

Abstract Cancer is uncontrolled cell growth in any part of the body. Early cancer detection aims to identify patients who exhibit symptoms early on in order to maximise their chances of a successful treatment. Cancer disease mortality is decreased through early detection and treatment. Numerous researchers proposed a variety of image processing and machine learning approaches for cancer detection. However, existing systems did not improve detection accuracy or efficiency. A Deep Convolutional Neural Learning Classifier Model based on the Least Mean Square Filterative Ricker Wavelet Transform (L-DCNLC) is proposed to address the aforementioned issues. The L-DCNLC Model's primary objective is to detect cancer earlier by utilising a fully connected max pooling deep convolutional network with increased accuracy and reduced time consumption. The fully connected max pooling deep convolutional network is composed of one input layer, three hidden layers, and one output layer. Initially, the input layer of the L-DCNLC Model considers the number of patient images in the database as input.

Abstract High-rise buildings in big cities are crucial for business, economic, educational, residential, and entertainment activities in recent times. The technology discoveries in various fields that support high-rise building construction such as structure, mechanical, electrical, and materials have opened up opportunities for comfortable and environmentally safe architectural work. The first milestone of high-rise building construction knowledge in Indonesia was the completion of the thirteen-floors Sarinah retail building in 1967. Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, then experienced rapid growth of high-rise buildings construction. However, there is limited research on the development of high-rise building designs in Indonesia, especially from an architectural design perspective. It leads to the lack of literature on high-rise building design in Indonesia. By utilizing a publicly accessible database from the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and recent literature called Designing Tall Building by Mark Sarkisian, this paper explores the design development of high-rise buildings in Jakarta from time to time in the aspects of architecture, structure and sustainability.
