The “agricultural superdocking” mode which has been strong supported by the government has become the main way for fresh agricultural products to enter the market in China. Based on the analysis of fresh agricultural products supply chain inventory management under the “agricultural superdocking” mode, this paper constructs an integrated inventory model for fresh agricultural products of “farmers’ professional cooperatives + distribution centers + supermarkets.” Considering multiple members at each echelon of a supply chain, a model that maximizes the overall profit of the supply chain is proposed. The model assumes that the market demand of fresh agricultural products is affected by freshness and sales prices, and the distribution center is responsible for not only storage, processing, and distribution but also coordinating the production and supply information of farmers’ professional cooperatives and the order sales information of supermarkets. An improved genetic algorithm is developed to solve the nonlinear optimization problem. Results of a case study show that the optimal supply and replenishment strategy under the given supply chain distribution process are obtained.

Food is the most basic material conditions of survival and development of human society, its security situation is relation to the health and safety of consumer directly. This paper analyze the reasons of causing problems of food quality and safety in the agricultural products supply chain from the perspective of the game theory as well as the government incentive and regulatory mechanisms affect the decision-making of farmers and food producers respectively. In the game between crop growers - farmers and food producers, the government play the outsider role and should give farmers subsidies to encourage them to grow high-quality green crops, as far as possible to ensure food safety from the source. In the game between producers and regulators, the government, as the game participant, should be asked to improve the supervision efficiency and the control ability to prevent unqualified food products entering the market.

Green product design is a vital measure to support sustainable development in a circular economy era. This paper studies the multi-product pricing and green product design strategies under different supply chain structures and government subsidy strategies. Considering different channel leadership, we establish the centralized (C), manufacturer-led (MS), and retailer-led (RS) supply chain models, respectively. By applying a game-theoretical approach, corresponding equilibrium pricing, green product design, and government subsidy decisions under different supply chain structures are obtained. Through comparison and numerical analysis, we find that: (1) the different subsidy strategies of the government have an important impact on green product development. When the government provides a uniform subsidy strategy, a RS supply chain can bring greener product, more market demands, more profit, and more social welfare; (2) when the government provides a differentiated subsidy strategy, MS and RS supply chain structures can bring greener product and more market demand than the centralized supply chain. They can also bring the same social welfare and the same product to the green design level. However, the MS supply chain structure can bring more profit for the firm; (3) the consumers’ green awareness positively impacts the design and development of green product. Therefore, it is beneficial for the firm to adopt reasonable measures to boost the environmental awareness of consumers in order to realize the sustainable development of our society.

The study determines the correlation between the application of advanced models and methods of inventory optimisation in the supply chain in relation to the satisfaction of employees who are responsible for managing the inventory optimisation processes. The previous studies confirm that the optimisation of inventory management in the supply chain insures competitive advantages on the market. There is space for further research of impact of the achieved inventory optimisation in the supply chain on the change of the employees’ satisfaction. The paper establishes the interrelation of the interdependence of the achieved inventory optimisations on the satisfaction of the employees and the related synergy effects of acquiring added value of the companies on the market oriented to the satisfaction of the buyers and service users. The research has defined new knowledge in interdependence of inventory management optimisation on the change of indicators of employees’ satisfaction. Based on the performed research an assumption has been created for the design of an application package (so-called XaaS-based services) for the management of interaction processes of inventory optimization in the supply chain, satisfaction of service users and employees.

With the continuous development of China's agricultural economy, the concept of green production has begun to penetrate into the hearts of the people. Exploring a new circulation mode adapted to China's green supply chain of agricultural products is an important way to promote green production in China, and also an important condition to promote the successful transformation and development of China's rural economy. But in the process of building a green supply chain of agricultural products and exploring circulation mode, there are many problems that hinder the development of green industry economy. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to play a guiding role and actively guide farmers to explore green development ways and new circulation mode to meet their own development needs, which provides reference for better optimizing the new circulation mode of agricultural products supply chain in China.

Since the 1960s, the competition between enterprises has been replaced by the competition between supply chains because of rapid economic development. For the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of supply chain by improving the level of supply chain management, the resources of enterprises in supply chain should be integrated and optimized, and then managed uniformly. Inventory management is the most important part of supply chain management. The inventory models what we are using have many limitations. The effectiveness of implementation often depends on the accuracy of the accuracy of “market demand forecast”. In order to reduce the reliance on “market demand forecast” accuracy to improve the efficiency of supply chain inventory management, we need to have further research on this theory by used of Internet of things to explore right model.

Supply chain processes involved in this like sourcing, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, replenishment, cold chain management. Warehousing is the segment of enterprise logistic functions responsible for the storage space and managing of the inventories beginning with suppliers receipt and ending with the consumption point. Warehouse operations cover a number of significant areas, from the receiving, organization, fulfillment, and supply processes and areas including Receiving of goods, integrating and maintaining tracking software. Goal of warehouse operations is to satisfy customer’s desires and necessities whereas utilizing house, equipment, and labor effectively. The current trends and pressures on provide chain and logistics-forever increasing client examine levels, inventory optimization, time solidity and cost minimization have predictably changed the structure of supply chains and the location site and working of warehouses within the supply chains network .Supply Chain Management encompasses scheduling and organization of all activities involved in sourcing, procurement, conversion, and logistics managing activities. The business contains each variety of warehouses and the trendy multi-purpose supply centers furthermore because the ancient storage facilities called godowns.

The supply chain finance (SCF) solutions are becoming increasingly diversified with the continuous perfection of the economic system. However, financing for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) is still a difficult issue waiting to be solved by enterprises and the government in China. SCF solutions based on e-commerce platforms have developed rapidly in China that provide an alternative for SMEs when few studies have been conducted on e-commerce SCF solutions which focus on fresh agricultural products. Therefore, this research focuses on the SCF solutions applicable to e commerce enterprises of fresh agricultural products.

From 21st century, enterprises combine supply chain management with big data to improve their products and services level. In China healthcare industry, supply chain decisions are made based on experience, due to the environment complexities, such as changing policies and license delay. A flexible and dynamic big data driven analysis approach for supply chain decisions is urgently required. This report demonstrates a case study on CRT forecasting model of inventory data to predict the market demand based on pervious transaction data. First a basic statistic approach has been applied to represent the superficial patterns and suggest some decisions. After that a CRT model has been built based on the several independent variables. And there is also a comparison between CRT and CHAID models to choose a better one to further build an improved model. Finally some limitations and future work have been proposed.

When manufacturers construct a dual-channel distribution system, which includes online and offline sales channels, they need to solve the inventory management problem to ensure supply and reduce inventory costs of the supply chain system. The dual-channel supply chain is the research object, and the inventory decision model is designed to achieve optimal profit when market demand is divided into online and offline demands. The results of the numerical analysis and simulations, conducted using MATLAB, indicate that both the manufacturer and the retailer increase their inventories and that their profits decrease when demand uncertainty increases. Besides, the increase in the online demand ratio causes the increase in the manufacturer’s inventory and reduces the profits of the retailer and the entire supply chain.

Disaster supply chain management is different from the supply chain management of commercial organization because of the high level of uncertainty. The high level of uncertainty significantly affects the availability of logistic supplies that are  needed  by the victims of the disaster. This study discovers the key success factors of the disaster supply chain management based on the perspective of the government. The re- search specifically study the Government of the D.I. Yogyakarta that are represented by Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD). Due the fact that Yogyakarta as one of the regions that have the high risk of catastrophic nature in Indonesia. The study will be carried out in a qualitative methodology by conducting deep interview with the Representative of Logistics Department in BPBD. The results of in-depth interviews with four representative of BPBD found that there are six key success factors of disasater management supply chain management which are : (1) Quality of the TRC Team Assessment Results; (2) BPBD Coordination with Government and Non-Government; (3) Effective Rules and Regulations; (4) Character and Attitude of the Community in Dealing with Disasters; (5) BPBD Warehouse Inventory Management; (6) Management Information Systems and Data Updates.
