As a new social e-commerce model, community group purchase of fresh agricultural products has been gradually welcomed by the public. However, its development and operation still face homogeneous competition problems. In order to enhance competitive advantages of operators, this paper proposes a collaborative optimization mechanism, including a new pricing model and a new cold chain vehicle route planning model. It aims to ensure the quality of fresh products, reduce logistics costs, and improve enterprise profitability. The model takes into account not only the quality of fresh products and their impact on price and demand but also the impact of quality changes on total distribution costs. A two-layer programming method is applied to realize the collaborative optimization mechanism, and then the upper and lower models are solved by mathematical derivation, proof methods, and optimization procedures, respectively. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by combining with specific examples, and the following conclusions are obtained: price, delivery quality, and total profit increase with the increase of potential market demand rate. The lower the refrigeration temperature of the vehicle we choose within a certain range, the higher the quality can be obtained. In order to obtain the highest profit, community group purchase operators can choose a higher distribution temperature on the premise that they can guarantee that the quality of fresh agricultural products can be at an appropriate level.

Destructive and non-destructive testing of materials present a rapid expansion given by the increase in market demand caused by the desire to obtain an increasingly better quality of products. The continuous increase in quality demands leads directly to the need to implement and modernize the techniques, methods, and equipment used for quality control. Consequently, the need for product testing services has a rapid growth. This paper presents the strength and weaknesses of implementing IT tools for the estimation of the measurement uncertainty in testing laboratories and the impact of these tools on the economic part

With the development of e-commerce, online shopping for agricultural products has been more popular. And how to improve consumer's satisfaction has become more important. Literature review shows that few researches on online purchasing agricultural food focus on the consumers' satisfaction. This article designs a questionnaire, including 20 factors based on agricultural product characteristics, website quality and service quality to evaluate consumers' satisfaction. The evaluation shows that service quality, agricultural products' safety, brand and website quality significantly impact consumer satisfaction. Moreover, service quality is the most important factor. Finally, some recommendations are made in this article to develop cold chain logistics system, strictly control the agricultural products quality, build an agricultural products brand, improve the quality of agricultural product websites and strengthen policy control and guidance.

This work is a theoretical and empirical overview of the influence of IDS and social networks on the promotion, sales, and quality of hotel accommodation. The work outlines a theoretical-academic presentation and includes a case study, which was carried out through research in 4-star and 5-star hotels. The research identifies the usage and influence of IDS on promotion, sales, and quality of hotel accommodation, the key advantages of cooperation and areas where it is lacking, as well as the usage and importance of social networks in promotion and sales. The terms "IDS" and "social networks in hotel businesses", their definition and importance are presented in the theoretical part of this work. The focal point of this work is to prove the importance of applying IDS and social networks in promotion, sales, and quality of services, in addition to showing the advantages of cooperation and areas where it is lacking. Furthermore, this work emphasizes the importance of staying up to date and in agreement with the latest innovations and their usage in the hotel industry, as well as the significance of adjusting the offer and services to the market demand.

The quality of frozen foods can be negatively affected if improper storage and distribution temperatures are allowed. The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of freeze-thaw cycles, which may occur in the cold chain, on colour (Lab, Total Colour Differences (TCD), chroma and hue angle) and vitamin C (ascorbic and dehydroascorbic acids) content of frozen strawberries (Fragaria ×ananassa, Duschesne, cv. Selva). A plan of temperature abuses (TAs) was established, based on a real situation, and applied to frozen strawberries during a four month frozen storage period. The results showed that the lightness (L) was the only parameter that was not significantly affected by range of TAs studied. The colour showed some variation on the parameters a, b, TCD, chroma and hue angle. During TAs, ascorbic acid decreased about 75% and dehydroascorbic acid increased 73%. The non-abused strawberry samples showed better overall appearance than the abused samples. This work contributes to an understanding of the quality changes of frozen strawberries that might occur during frozen storage and cold chain distribution.

To ensure the required reliability of electronic regulators, a complex of tests is required, consisting of metrological studies and testing of the operation of control and monitoring algorithms. Metrological studies and calibration are carried out using standard and specialized measuring equipment. To test the control and monitoring algorithms a specialized gas turbine engine simulator with a built-in mathematical model is required. In addition, control and verification equipment and specialized software are needed. The increasing production rates caused by the large market demand in these regulators and the need to ensure reliability lead to a significant increase in labor costs and the time required for testing, which is especially important in batch production. One of the options for reducing labor costs and improving the quality of test scores is the automation of this process. Automation - the highest stage in the development of technology, which is characterized by the implementation of production management and other socially necessary processes without direct participation in them. Increasing the degree of automation of the enterprise leads to an increase in the stability of the technological process, reducing the impact of the human factor, improving the transparency of production, which ultimately positively affects the quality of finished products. The use of automation of the testing process excludes the influence of the human factor, allows for more extensive testing of the operation of the control and monitoring algorithms. When testing time is shortened, the quality and reliability indicators of Element electronic regulators produced by Element JSC are improved. As a result, the estimated effort required to test the operation of the algorithms of one electronic regulator will be reduced by 4-5 times. The main problems in testing modern electronic gas turbine engine (GTE) regulators are described. The possibility of test automation in the mass manufacturing of gas turbine regulators by the example of the electronic regulators of an engine of a family RDTs-450M. Future direction of testing development of had detected.

Abstract Background The study looks at a changed in consumer’s eating and purchasing habits during COVID-19 period. There are several modes of transmission but transmission through food as being speculated is one area that has not been confirmed through research. The study, therefore, looks at how speculations about COVID-19 spreading through food has affected consumers' eating and purchasing habits. This study through probit model analysed how consumers' eating and purchasing habits have been influenced. Results The result shows that age, gender and education have negatively influenced consumer’s eating and purchasing habits during the COVID-19 pandemic compared to pre-pandemic period. The preference for imported food items, preference for frozen food, been infected or knowing someone who has been infected by the virus, and been infected through agricultural source or knowing someone who has been infected by the COVID-19 through agricultural source have negatively affected consumers' eating and purchasing habits compared to pre-pandemic period. The result, however, suggests that consumers who trust in the cold-chain food systems ability to limit the spread of the COVID-19 still maintain a positive eating and purchasing habits. Conclusions The study provides evidence on the impact of COVID-19 on consumer’s eating and purchasing habits. Therefore, there is the need to institute proper sanitary measures, especially at cold-chain food systems to help curb the spread and also boost consumers’ confidence.
