This paper conducts an in-depth analysis and research on the optimization of the labor resource management information platform through the Internet of Things (IoT) technology; through the collection, classification, and data search functions of this application system, it meets the supply and demand of professional talents within a certain enterprise. At the same time, it also realizes the curriculum training application on improving the skills and literacy of the employees of a certain enterprise, and it can learn the enterprise curriculum training from the comments of the employees on the enterprise curriculum. The effect of the enterprise course training can be learned from the comments of the employees on the enterprise course, providing an important reference basis for the future revision of the enterprise course training content. The performance of the participants in the training also has objective data for reference, so that the situation will not be disconnected from reality, and the interaction between enterprise management and employees can achieve a balanced effect. The goal of this workforce resource management system is to create a systematic workforce resource management platform for professional talents and help enterprises achieve the goal of speeding up and increasing efficiency. The system interface provided by the third party is used for horizontal data expansion to realize the sharing of basic information or video data as well as system expansion to realize real-time monitoring and management of project works. The cloud platform realizes efficient management and scientific application of construction site projects by construction management departments, which better solves the current problem of lack of supervision at construction sites.

The technology of Internet of things would realize information transfer and sharing of global cargos and represent the development trend of future network, which at the same time will become the important foundation of economic development, social progress and scientific and technological innovation. Combined with the characteristics of the logistics industry of dangerous chemical cargoes this paper analyzes the key requirements of the transportation process and on this basis, it also tries to apply the technology of Internet of things on monitoring the process of logistics of dangerous chemical cargoes. In this reason, the paper designs the corresponding framework and its safety monitoring management information platform on its transportation process in order to give some hinder for safety and work efficiency of the logistics of dangerous chemical cargoes.

The SEC teaching management platform provides a good support for school-enterprise cooperation. This paper conducts research on the SEC management information platform based on the B/S architecture. On the basis of the analysis of the relevant functional needs of the system, the overall functional framework of the system includes the college management platform, enterprise management platform, resource-sharing platform, and user login platform, then the B/S architecture is used to develop the SEC teaching management platform, and the test experiments of the SEC teaching management platform are carried out. The maximum number of concurrent tests shows that the maximum number of concurrencies of the platform is 989. Through the system response time test, the system response time is between 0.2 and 0.45, which meets the system response time requirements. In the CPU use test, the CPU share of the system was between 25% and 31%, meeting the needs of the system. From the above experimental results, the system is relatively high.

Edge computing exhibits the advantages of real-time operation, low latency, and low network cost. It has become a key technology for realizing smart Internet of Things applications. Microservices are being used by an increasing number of edge computing networks because of their sufficiently small code, reduced program complexity, and flexible deployment. However, edge computing has more limited resources than cloud computing, and thus edge computing networks have higher requirements for the overall resource scheduling of running microservices. Accordingly, the resource management of microservice applications in edge computing networks is a crucial issue. In this study, we developed and implemented a microservice resource management platform for edge computing networks. We designed a fuzzy-based microservice computing resource scaling (FMCRS) algorithm that can dynamically control the resource expansion scale of microservices. We proposed and implemented two microservice resource expansion methods based on the resource usage of edge network computing nodes. We conducted the experimental analysis in six scenarios and the experimental results proved that the designed microservice resource management platform can reduce the response time for microservice resource adjustments and dynamically expand microservices horizontally and vertically. Compared with other state-of-the-art microservice resource management methods, FMCRS can reduce sudden surges in overall network resource allocation, and thus, it is more suitable for the edge computing microservice management environment.

AbstractInformation security has become a hot topic in Internet of Things (IoT), and traditional centralized access control models are faced with threats such as single point failure, internal attack, and central leak. In this paper, we propose a model to improve the access control security of the IoT, which is based on zero-knowledge proof and smart contract technology in the blockchain. Firstly, we deploy attribute information of access control in the blockchain, which relieves the pressure and credibility problem brought by the third-party information concentration. Secondly, encrypted access control token is used to gain the access permission of the resources, which makes the user's identity invisible and effectively avoids attribute ownership exposure problem. Besides, the use of smart contracts solves the problem of low computing efficiency of IoT devices and the waste of blockchain computing power resources. Finally, a prototype of IoT access control system based on blockchain and zero-knowledge proof technology is implemented. The test analysis results show that the model achieves effective attribute privacy protection, compared with the Attribute-Based Access Control model of the same security level, the access efficiency increases linearly with the increase of access scale.

Although the position of the party on the ground has been weakened by cartelization, grassroots activists remain an important recruitment pool for political professionals. Based on unique survey data collected among the staff of 14 Belgian and Dutch parties (N = 1009), this article offers an in-depth analysis of party activism among this under-researched population. Introducing a new supply and demand framework, I argue that staff recruitment is shaped by candidate preferences (supply) and party preferences (demand). The findings demonstrate that most political staffers are high-intensity activists with a strong commitment to their party. Moreover, the theoretical model accurately predicts that non-activists are more common among policy and communication experts, ministerial staff, and those working for ideologically moderate parties. These findings show that paid staffers do not necessarily widen the gap between parties and activists. They also raise normative questions about internal congruence within parties in coalition governments.
