No matter in metal mines or coal mines, an emulsion pump station has a wide range of application market and can play an important role. In this paper, the frequency conversion constant pressure control system of the mine emulsion pump station is taken as the research object. The two kinds of water-based drawing fluids used are dispersed drawing fluid and emulsion drawing fluid. After the intelligent level of the equipment reaches a very high level, an environmentally friendly, safe, and efficient Internet of Things technology system will be added. Combined with 3D laser scanning technology based on self-scanning of road contours, the blast method is input to the terminals of the emulsion pump station for automatic blast hole positioning and semiautomation of the emulsion pump station. Combined with 5 g communication and other intelligent key technologies, it realizes high-end functions such as fault self-diagnosis, remote operation, and remote monitoring of the emulsion pump station and rock drill, which can be called full intelligent stage. The results show that the initial friction coefficient of drawing fluid A lubrication is 0.21, and then, with the extension of time, the friction coefficient gradually decreases to 0.14. The initial friction coefficient of drawing fluid B is 0.22, then it decreases rapidly to 0.13, then it is stable at 0.17, and then it remains basically unchanged. When the temperature is 55°C, the initial friction coefficient is 0.16 and then decreases to 0.12. Therefore, the frequency conversion constant pressure control system of the mine emulsion pump station should be selected according to the environment and application scenarios.

The air compressor system is a time-varying, delay and nonlinear complex system, it has a very important sense to ensure that the supply pressure is stable in the compressor control system. According to the working characteristic of air compressor system, the fuzzy control theory, as one of the modern control theories, was applied into the constant pressure control system to design a fuzzy pressure controller. The simulation results show that the controller was more convenient and effective; it has certain directive significance and reference for the other parameter’s control of air compressor system.

Sewage pumping station is pumping station import at the sewage treatment plant. Its role is to collect the wastewater from the sewage pipe network to subsequent wastewater treatment process facilities. The water level is usually low in sewage collection pipe network. And many wastewater treatment facilities is based on elevation settings. So it is necessary to use lift pump to improve lift of the collected sewage, using high gravity sewage errands subsequent process in order to reduce energy consumption. The traditional way of pumping generally has the shortcomings: the waste of power resources, low efficiency, poor reliability, low degree of automation, which seriously affects the urban sewage treatment capacity. This paper, views pump station control system at the sewage treatment plant as the background, researches frequency control constant pressure control system based on PLC, realizes the energy efficient, automated and reliable direction of development of the sewage pumping station.

The emulsion pump station is the power source of the hydraulic support and the hydraulic props of fully-mechanized mining face. Providing work medium such as high pressure and big flow for the system used liquid such as hydraulic support are its responsibility. This paper put forward a system can control the pressure of the emulsion pump station based on electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve. After applying the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve technique, this system reconstructed the pipeline of pump station. In order to realize the control of pressure, this system used the PID controller in PLC technique to perform logical operations and finally controlled the unload action of overflow valve. This paper give a detailed design of the system, and then build a mathematical model based on the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure control system hardware and analysis the results of control using simulation software.

At cementing of casing of oil and gas wells during the process of injecting of cement slurry in the casing column the slurry can move with a higher speed than it’s linear injection speed. A break of continuity of fluid flow occurs, what can lead to poor quality isolation of producing formations and shorten the effective life of the well. We need to find some technical solution to stabilize the linear velocity of the cement slurry in the column. This task can be resolved with an automated control system.

This article introduces a measurement system based on LabVIEW used for optical interference fringe on micro-fluidic chips. This system mainly uses cameras to capture real-time images of wedge interference fringe on micro-fluidic chips, then the collected images will be binarized by LabVIEW. The processed images will be divided by zone , determine the flatness and gap thickness of the micro-fluidic chips by interference fringes with different directions of deflection and numbers. Finally, feedback from measured data will be used to adjust the flatness and gap thickness of micro-fluidic chips in order to meet the requirement of tests.
