In order to design the soil-rock combination foundation pit more safely and effectively, this paper presents the investigations of the mechanical and deformational characteristics of end-suspended piles supporting the structures in Jinan CBD area. Based on the measured data, a finite element model was established through the two-dimensional numerical simulation method to study the deformational characteristics of the end-suspended piles, and the influences of the depth of socketed rock, the width of rock shoulder, and the prestress of anchor cables on the deformations and mechanical property of end-suspended piles were discussed. Some optimization methods are proposed based on these analyses. Results show the following: (1) Rock-socketed depths have boundary effect on end-suspended piles. Under the given geological conditions, the reasonable socketed ratio is within 0.158∼0.200. (2) The anchor cable prestress can effectively slow down the ground settlement, the force, and deformation of the pile body and can be set to 1P∼1.25P under the conditions of the site. (3) Rock-shoulder width has little influence on the ground settlement and horizontal displacement of piles. The reserved width of rock shoulder is suggested to be selected in the range of 1.0 m∼1.5 m.

Based on deformation of adjacent building with shallow foundation of foundation pit excavation, Midas GTS is adopted to establish the finite element model. Through the numerical simulation, the maximum horizontal and vertical displacement in different conditions, Influence of different SMW pile stiffness and influence of different anchor position are analyzed. The results show that (1) horizontal deformation of SMW pile is decreased at the anchor construction; (2) compared with maximum horizontal displacement of SMW pile with 25a25b28a, the maximum horizontal displacement of SMW pile with 28b is increased by 50.9, 43.3, 11.5% respectively; (3) compared with the second anchor at 1.5, 3.5m, the horizontal displacement of adjacent building is minimal by the second anchor at 2.5m.

Based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software simulation, the finite element model for dynamic analysis of rigid pile composite foundation and superstructure interaction system is established, which selects the two kinds of models, by simulating the soil dynamic constitutive model, selecting appropriate artificial boundary. The influence of rigid pile composite foundation on balance and imbalance of varying rigidity is analyzed under seismic loads. The result shows that the maximum bending moment and the horizontal displacement of the long pile is much greater than that of the short pile under seismic loads, the long pile of bending moment is larger in the position of stiffness change. By constrast, under the same economic condition, the aseismic performance of of rigid pile composite foundation on balance of varying rigidity is better than that of rigid pile composite foundation on imbalance of varying rigidity.

Based on the appearance of crack of enclosure piles on a foundation pit, Midas GTS is adopted to establish the finite element model. Through the numerical simulation, the influence of the direction of wind load, wind scale and prestress of anchor are analyzed, the worst wind load direction, unfavorable construction condition, maximum moment of enclosure piles are ensured, crack width in different disadvantageous factors are calculated, which provides a guide for continuous construction.

Double-row piles retaining structure has been widely used in the project now, but the stress mechanism of double-row pile is more complex; Its internal force and deformation are affected by many factors. Understanding and mastering its effects has an important significance for the design and the optimization of double-row pile supporting structure. According to the comparison of the measured data and theoretical calculation about original support scheme and optimized support plan and combined with the soil test data, this paper takes the Jinan Cultural Arts Center(Theatre) stage bin foundation pit as an example to analyse the main effects of optimization design about double-pile supporting structure. The results show that soil shear strength, soil arch effect, influence of CFG composite foundation, pile-beam synergy effect and space effect of foundation pit play an important role for optimization design about double-pile supporting structure.

Cause the deformation of soil around the foundation pit excavation, have a great impact on the surrounding environment. At the same time, the excavation is limited by surrounding environmental conditions. Relying on the Jinzhou underground mall excavation monitoring project, after monitoring the ground settlement and horizontal displacement of pile top and measurement during the construction period, we realize the real-time information construction ,safe and smooth construction in the process of construction. And we conclude some useful conclusions, which can be a reference for similar engineering and reference.

Introduce some basic knowledge, methods and theory of using the finite element software ANSYS to carry out contact analysis, and then establish the contact simulation analysis finite element model for CTP imaging drum and plate by using the software ANSYS. A numerical simulation analysis on the imaging drum and the plate indicates that the analysis results are consistent with the experimental results, so as to lay the foundation for the reliability and stability of dynamic design and optimization design of CTP imaging drum.

Based on the deep foundation pit project of Laoguancun station of Wuhan rail transit line 16 and according to the engineering characteristics of the construction conditions and the site surrounding the environment, the method of combining field monitoring and finite element numerical simulation is adopted to analyze the law of stress and deformation of the deep foundation pit during excavation and support construction; it includes the horizontal displacement of the underground diaphragm wall, supporting axial force, and the ground surface settlement, which can be compared with measured data. Finally, some suggestions for monitoring and construction of the deep foundation pit in the subway station have been put forward and have certain reference value and practical guiding significance for the design and construction of similar engineering projects. The deformation monitoring of the retaining structure at the middle of the long side of the foundation pit should be strengthened during the construction process.

Advancing urbanization in China requires large-scale high-rise construction and underground transportation projects. Consequently, there is an increasing number of deep foundation pits adjacent to water bodies, and accidents occur frequently. This study uses a numerical simulation method to study the stability of the deep foundation pit near water based on the Biot three-dimensional seepage-stress coupling model, with the open-cut section on the south bank of the Jinan Yellow River Tunnel Project as the engineering field test. This indicates the following: (1) the maximum horizontal displacement of the diaphragm wall occurred in the fifth excavation stage, and a horizontal brace effectively controlled the inward horizontal displacement of the foundation pit; (2) considering the effect of seepage in the soft soil foundation, the maximum vertical displacement of the ground surface at each excavation stage occurred adjacent to the underground continuous wall. As the depth of the foundation pit increased, the vertical surface settlement decreases gradually in the direction away from the excavation face; (3) considering the seepage conditions, within each interval of excavation of the foundation pit, the horizontal displacement of the continuous underground wall and ground settlement declined; and (4) the numerical simulation and field monitoring data were in good agreement. Under the conditions of accurate model simplification and parameter selection, numerical simulations can adequately forecast conditions of the actual project.
