<p>In this era of internet, e-commerce is growing by leaps and bounds keeping the growth of brick-and-mortar businesses in the dust. In many cases, brick-and-mortar businesses are resorting to having a counterpart which is internet or e-commerce driven. People in the developed world and a growing number of people in the developing world now use ecommerce websites on a daily basis to make their everyday purchases. Still the proliferation of e-commerce in the underdeveloped world is not that great and there is a lot to desire for It consists of the planning process, which starts with determining the use case, domain modeling and architectural pattern of the web application. The entire development process is primarily divided into two parts: the front-end development and the back end development. The database design is also discussed with an emphasis on its relational connectivity.</p>

The students consider learning Javanese script to be difficult particularly in distinguishing and memorizing Carakan, and memorizing Sandangan and Pasangan with its writing rules. This work intends to develop a supporting medium for learning Javanese script. The development process is started by defining the game functionalities by using the use-case diagrams, and then, the activity diagram is created to describe the workflow of the game algorithm. The database to support the game is also created and displayed by using the physical data model. Afterward, the game algorithm script is created using JavaScript so that the game can be played through a web browser. There are 27 respondents requested to test the game and to fill in questionnaires about the web application. The results suggest that 100%of respondents agree that the web application is necessary and useful to learn Javanese script. The application provides positive benefit to the users such as students who still need to learn Javanese script in schools with 97% average success rate to run the game

There are several JavaScript technologies intended to assist in theconstruction of web systems user interfaces. Choose the most suitablefor a new project can be a difficult task. Three of these technologieshave gained prominence: Angular, Vue and React. All focusedon the front-end development of web applications. In order to facilitatethe process of decision making about which technology is themost suitable in a new project, this work establishes a comparativestudy of the three most used JavaScript technologies currently andto highlight the advantages and disadvantages of each one. Thiswork adopted performance, size and support for different browsersto carry out an experimental comparative study. An applicationwas developed as a use case and replicated in each of the technologies,in order to analyze the development process and the resultsunder the same set of tests. A software to perform the tests in anautomated way was implemented to collect the performance resultsusing the Google Chrome browser. It was possible to identify whichtechnology is most suitable in each test scenario. For example, theAngular framework performed better in 8 out of 10 scenarios evaluated,despite having a longer startup time and build size of theapplication compared to React and Vue. It is estimated that Angularloads more information in the initialization process to make thestate of the application “more prepared” for user interactions

SummaryTask modelling has entered the development process of web applications, strengthening the usage-centred view within the early steps in Web-Engineering (WE). In current approaches, however, this view is not kept up during subsequent activities to the same degree as this is the case in the field of Human-Computer-Interaction (HCI). The modelling approach presented in this contribution combines models as known from WE with models used in HCI to change this situation. Basically the WE-HCI-integration is supported by combining task and object models as known from HCI with conceptual modelling known from WE. In this paper, the main focus is on the WebTaskModel, a task model adapted to web application concerns, and its contribution towards a task-related web user interface. The main difference to existing task models is the build-time and run-time usage of a generic task lifecycle. Hereby the description of exceptions and erroneous situations during task performance (caused by, e.g., the stateless protocol or Browser interaction) is enabled and at the same time clearly separated from the flow of correct action.

Automatic functional tests are a long-standing issue in software development projects, and they are still carried out manually. The Selenium testing framework has gained popularity as an active community and standard environment for automated assessment of web applications. As a result, the trend setting of web services is evolving on a daily basis, and there is a need to improve automatic testing. The study involves to make the system to understand the experiences of previous test cases and apply new cases to predict the status of test case using Tanh activated Clustering and Classification model (TACC). The primary goal is to improve the model's clustering and classification output. The outcomes show that the TACC model has increased performance and demonstrated that automated testing results can be predicted, which is cost effective and reduces manual effort to a greater extent.

The article is devoted to the technique of automated testing of NSUts – automatic assessment system for programming tasks developed at NSU. The main priority for this technique is to test both the old and the new versions of the application, so that the same or minimally modified tests could be executed on two versions of the system with different architectures. This could be useful while organizing the development process for other applications with a long life cycle. To test not only the server but also the client side of the web application, we suggest using tools like Selenium WebDriver to simulate user actions by sending commands to real browsers. We use the well-known Page Object design pattern to handle differences in HTML layout and functionality, and describe a number of ways to make developed tests less fragile and easily adapt those to work with the new version of the system. The article also describes the use of this technique to organize automated testing of the NSUts system and analyzes its effectiveness. The analysis shows that the estimated code coverage by these tests is quite high, and therefore the technique can be considered effective and applied to other similar web applications.

The growth of online shopping channels gradually forces brick and mortar retailers to explore the importance of online shopping trends and online customer behavior. While maintaining customer satisfaction has been recognized as one of the essential factors for business survival and growth, this has not been sufficiently explored for online shopping platforms. Understanding what online constructs appeal to generation-X consumers is critical for organization that would want to pursue virtual business platforms. From a brief literature review in this study, it could be said that online customer satisfaction and its influences on online repurchase intentions in the South African retailing environment remain sparsely researched. Therefore, this study seeks to analyze the dimensions of online customer satisfaction and regress the online satisfaction dimensions on repurchase intentions of generation-X consumers. An attempt is made to apply the theory of planned behavior and social exchange in the adapted conceptual of the study. These theories are deemed to provide an appropriate theoretical grounding to this study. The target population was South African generation-X online consumers in Gauteng. A total of 377 questionnaires were received for data analysis. Implications of the research findings are discussed and limitations and future research directions are provided. Countries in the developing world, as well as the developed world, are now exploring different ways of facilitating their development process through deployment and exploitation of ICTs within their economies to gain optimum output. More and more facilities are being offered by banks to facilitate their costumers with ease as well as convenience regarding e-banking. Digital enterprise transformation facilitates financial services organizations via enabling them to be more secure, compliant, as well as being digital. It modifies the experience of employees, partners, customers, and stakeholders. But, in Pakistan, this is not the case. As, people still refrain from using ICTs and e-banking in Pakistan, because of various issues. In spite of the fact that the literature encompassing remittances and criminal offenses is limited. Remittances sent by relatives from overseas are an imperative source of domestic income in the South Asian region. But unfortunately, its influence on crime has mainly been unexplored.

This paper describes the research and development process of an in-vehicle user experience using Skyline, an automotive prototyping platform created in Intel Labs to empower interaction designers and user experience researches to rapidly and iteratively develop and test in-vehicle user experience concepts. The paper describes the hardware and software components of Skyline in depth and how to configure them to suit individual researcher needs. The paper also presents a case study to exemplify the design making process that Skyline enables. From ideation to use-case creation, prototyping and validation through user assessment, the paper showcases the benefits of capturing early qualitative user feedback as support for rapid prototyping walking through a study titled Agency vs. Control and the associated interactions inside the cockpit. Ten defined use-cases are developed and integrated into a hero scenario in Skyline. High fidelity HMI concepts are tested and validated over the course of six months with feedback from a total of fifty users.
