The first aim of this work is the definition and the study of a suitable sampling method for the measurement of landfill gas (LFG) emissions from landfill surfaces, since, up to now, there are no codified nor universally accepted sampling methods for this specific task. The studied sampling method is based on the use of a static hood. The research work involves a preliminary theoretical study for the hood design, experimental tests for the definition of the optimal sampling procedures, and simulations of the hood fluid-dynamics for the system validation. The second aim of this study is the investigation of the correlations between LFG emissions and meteorological conditions, whose identification would be very useful in terms of effective landfill management and pollution control. This involved a wide literature study for the selection of those parameters that seem to have an influence on LFG emission, and the collection of a great number of experimental data on a target site, which led to the conclusion that atmospheric pressure and soil humidity are the parameters that mostly affect LFG emissions.

Introduction. When evaluating mudflow danger level and developing hydroengineering anti-mudflow measures, a great meaning is obtained by mudflow basin cadastres that are widely used as reference sources by water-economic project establishments, scientists, specialists of federal and local authorities. The cadastres influence the made decisions on development of the anti-mudflow measures and protective hydroengineering facilities, since the cadastres include basic dedicated data on mudflow basin locations, geophysical (geomorphometric, hydrological) characteristic and expected mudflow parameters. Materials and methods. The article uses known and proven methods of analysis of mudflow basin cadastres. The analytical methods are based on a comparative assessment of the presented results with basic geophysical data of primary sources (cadastres published earlier) and on-site investigations as well as compliance of the suggested empirical formulae on determination of mudflow carrying out volumes and indicators of territorial mudflow striking with mathematical and physical conditions of development of the real mudflow phenomena. Results. Critical analysis of the contents of the Cadastre of Mudflow Danger of the South of the European Part of Russia published in 2015 allows revealing multiple distortions and substitutions of basic geophysical data of mudflow basins. There is an inaccuracy (up to 3,000 to 4,000 % and even higher) of the empirical formulae used in the cadastre for determination of volumes of modflow carrying out. The analysis reveals a hydrogeographical error connected with unfounded substitution of the concept “river length” with the value of the “total length of the main course and all its inflows” that multiply overrates the calculated riverbed length and multiply underrates value of a riverbed bias. Also the study emphasizes unacceptability of definition of the mudflow danger territory by the principle “the water-collecting area of the mudflow course is totally mudflow-threatened" owing to which the absolutely safe natural landscapes are unreasonably declared mudflow-threatened territories. Conclusions. The stated analysis shows a discrepancy of the considered cadastre to the status of scientific and research work. In this connection, the cadastre cannot be recommended for use both in scientific researches and in practical ones. Recommendations on improvement of the mudflow basin cadastres are provided.

<p>In Hindu, someone who is born to coincide with wuku wayang is a child who falls into the category of "cemer", because it has the same birthday as Bhatara Kala. Bhatara Kala will eat every child who has the same birth day as him, so to avoid the pursuit of Bhatara Kala every child is required to carry out the Sapuh Leger Ceremony. This study aims to address several issues including: (1) The procession of the Sapuh Leger Ceremony, (2) Application of the teachings of Manusa Yadnya, (3) the meaning of symbols in the Sapuh Leger Ceremony in the Padang Griya Environment, Padangsambian Village, West Depasar.</p><p>This type of research is qualitative, with the determination of informants using the purposive sampling method. As well as collecting data using non-participant observation, structured interviews with recording techniques, recording and shooting, and literature study methods. Data analysis conducted in this study used a descriptive qualitative method.</p><p>The results of the study showed that the procession of the Sapuh Leger Ceremony in the Padang Griya Environment Padangsambian Village, West Denpasar was carried out from morning to noon, starting from offering offerings to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi as a manifestation of Oton God, licking to cleanse themselves in beji and in the Lord Shiva Buddhist temple. The application of the teachings of Manusa Yadnya in the Sapuh Leger Ceremony lies in the procession of the implementation of the Natab Banten Oton procession. Meaning of symbols in the Sapuh Leger Ceremony is found in the Facilities used in the ceremony and staging of the Sapuh Leger Puppet. So that through each symbol used in the ceremony to form a communication to deliver a message so that children born in wuku wayang always find prosperity in their lives.</p>

Measurement of human capital is not an easy to do because it is dynamic and always changing in accordance with the changing circumstances. Determination of dimensions and indicators of measurement needs to consider various factors such as situations and also the research scopes. This article has objectives to review the concepts, dimensions and measurement models of human capital. The research method used was literature study with a major reference source from current journal articles that discuss the measurement of human capital. Results of the study showed that basically the definition set forth in any dimension containing either explicitly or implicitly. In addition, the result indicated that there are three main categories of equality among researchers regarding the definition of human capital which emphasizes on: economic value/productivity, education, and abilities/competencies. The results also showed that the use of definitions, dimensions, and indicators for measurement of human capital depends on the situation, the scope of research, and the size of the organization. The conclusion of the study indicated that the measurement model and determination of dimensions and indicators of human capital measurement will determine the effectiveness of the measurement, and will have an impact on organizational performance.

The concept of failed state came to the fore with the end of the Cold War, the collapse of the USSR and the disintegration of Yugoslavia. Political violence is central in these discussions on the definition of the concept or the determination of its dimensions (indicators). Specifically, the level of political violence, the type of political violence and intensity of political violence has been broached in the literature. An effective classification of political violence can lead us to a better understanding of state failure phenomenon. By using Tilly’s classification of collective violence which is based on extent of coordination among violent actors and salience of short-run damage, the role played by political violence in state failure can be understood clearly. In order to do this, two recent cases, Iraq and Syria will be examined.

The paper purpose is the effectiveness estimation in the technological equipment use, taking into account its reliability and productivity for defective transmission units of buses. The problem consists in the determination of time to be spent on repair of bus transmission units taking into account technological equipment reliability. In the paper there is used a probabilistic method for the prediction bus transmission units, and also a method of the dynamics of averages which allow ensuring minimum of costs for units downtime during repair and equipment cost. The need for repair of transmission units (gear box) arises on an average after 650 hours, the average productivity of the bench makes 4.2 bus / hour. The bench fails on the average after 4600 hours of work, the average time of the bench makes 2 hours. In such a way the solution of the problem specified allows analyzing the necessity of time decrease for transmission unit repair to avoid long downtimes of buses in repair areas without negative impact upon high repair quality and safety during the further operation.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kajian pustaka yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji sifat-sifat submodul prima dan submodul prima lemah serta hubungan antara keduanya. Kajian dimulai dari definisi submodul prima dan submodul prima lemah, selanjutnya dikaji mengenai sifat-sifat dari keduanya. Pada penelitian ini, semua ring yang diberikan adalah ring komutatif dengan unsur kesatuan dan modul yang diberikan adalah modul uniter. Selain itu, didapatkan pula hubungan antara keduanya, yaitu setiap submodul prima merupakan submodul prima lemah.Kata Kunci: Submodul Prima, Submodul Prima Lemah, Ideal Prima. This research is literature study that aims to examine the properties of prime submodules and weakly prime submodules and the relationship between  both of them. The study starts from the definition of prime submodules and weakly prime submodules, then reviewed about the properties both of them. Throughout this paper all rings are commutative with identity and all modules are unitary. As the result of this research, obtained several equivalent statements, let  be a -module,  be a proper submodule of  and  ideal of , then the following three statetments are equivalent, (1)  is a prime submodule, (2) Every nonzero submodule of   -module has the same annihilator, (3) For any submodule  of , subring  of , if  then  or . In other case, for weakly prime submodules, if given  is a unitary -module,  be a proper submodule of , then the following statements are equivalent, (1)  is a weakly prime submodule, (2) For any , if  then . This study aims to determine the determination of the cost of production for products produced by PT. DWA. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing industry specialized in automotive components. Its activity is carried out through a series of production processes, so that expenses spent in the production will be calculated into the cost of the production sold. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies in Jakarta. Convenience sampling method selected one of the companies that get the confidence to assemble three national car project in Indonesia, namely Timor, Bakrie and Maleo. Test analysis used in this study is to test the calculation of full costing with job order costing. This study shows that (a) determination of the cost elements associated with the cost of production and (b) determining the cost of production on a product-based job costing with full costing approach.
