The article deals with the approach to developing an advertising multimedia product for the promotion or sale of goods or services. Under the advertising product is an advertising video, an interactive commercial, 3-D advertising, virtual and augmented reality, an online store. Based on the analogy method, a diagram of the process of perceiving the advertising multimedia product by the user is presented. The use of the hybrid approach of customer development for updating the multimedia product and taking into account the virtual values of users is substantiated. Developed scenarios for the development of a multimedia product, depending on the results of achieving the planned goals. The sequence of multimedia product development is proposed based on the convergence of face-to-face and screen-to-screen approaches.

A new optimal method is presented by combining the weight coefficient with the theory of force analogy method. Firstly, a new mathematical model of location index is proposed, which deals with the determination of a reasonable number of dampers according to values of the location index. Secondly, the optimal locations of dampers are given. It can be specific from stories to spans. Numerical examples are illustrated to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed mathematical model and optimal method. At last, several significant conclusions are given based on numerical results.

As an advanced cooling scheme to meet increasingly stringent combustor cooling requirements, multihole film cooling has received considerable attention. Experimental data of this cooling scheme are limited in the open literature in terms of different hole patterns and blowing ratios. The heat-mass transfer analogy method was employed to measure adiabatic film cooling effectiveness of three multihole patterns. Three hole patterns differed in streamwise row spacing (S), spanwise hole pitch (P), and hole inclination angle (α), with the first pattern S∕P=2 and α=30°, the second S∕P=1 and α=30°, and the third S∕P=2 and α=150°. Measurements were performed at different blow ratios (M=1-4). Streamwise coolant injection offers high cooling protection for downstream rows. Reverse coolant injection provides superior cooling protection for initial rows. The effect of blowing ratio on cooling effectiveness is small for streamwise injection but significant for reversion injection.

In the modeling forecast field, we are usually faced with the more difficult problems of forecasting market demand for a new service or product. A new service or product is defined as that there is absence of historical data in this new market. We hardly use models to execute the forecasting work directly. In the Taiwan telecommunication industry, after liberalization in 1996, there are many new services opened continually. For optimal investment, it is necessary that the operators, who have been granted the concessions and licenses, forecast this new service within their planning process. Though there are some methods to solve or avoid this predicament, in this paper, we will propose one forecasting procedure that integrates the concept of analogy method and the idea of combined forecast to generate new service forecast. In view of the above, the first half of this paper describes the procedure of analogy method and the approach of combined forecast, and the second half provides the case of forecasting low-tier phone demand in Taiwan to illustrate this procedure's feasibility.

This paper discusses heat and mass transfer in cooling tower fill. In this research, dry bulb temperature at the bottom fill, ambient relative humidity, air stream velocity entering fill, dry bulb temperature leaving the fill, relative humidity of air leaving the fill, inlet and outlet water temperature of cooling tower were measured. Those data used in heat and mass transfer calculation in cooling tower fill. Then, do the heat and mass transfer calculation based on proposed approch. The results are compared with design data. The design and analogy method showed different  result. The parameter which influence the heat transfer at cooling tower are represented by coefficient of heat transfer hl and coefficient of mass transfer k­l. The differencies result between design and analogy method shows that there is important parameter which different. Deeply study needed for it.

Abstract A variation and extension of Goland and Reissner’s (1) method of approach is presented for determining the stresses in cemented lap joints by assuming that the two lap-joint plates act like simple beams and the more elastic cement layer is an infinite number of shear and tension springs. Differential equations are set up which describe the transfer of the load in one beam through the springs to the other beam. From the solution of these differential equations a fairly complete analysis of the stresses in the lap joint is obtained. The spring-beam analogy method is applied to a particular type of lap joint, and an analysis of the stresses at the discontinuity, stress distributions, and the effects of variables on these stresses are presented. In order to check the analytical results, they are compared to photoelastic and brittle lacquer experimental results. The spring-beam analogy solution was found to give a fairly accurate presentation of the stresses in the lap joint investigated and should be useful in analyzing other cemented lap-joint structures.
