Through deeply research and analysis the extruding technology of PVC crusting-foam plate, several main equipments of the production line system such as extruder power transmission system, machine barrel, screw, cooling stereotypes system and traction cutting system are designed. The drawings of all components and parts are drawn by using AutoCAD and Pro/E soft. After the production line assembled, some related experiments, measurement and analysis are completed, and the results show that the quality of PVC plates produced by our production line attained to technical level of imported products.

A Total of 379 pen shells Atrinapectinata were collected from February 2017 to January 2018 in the coastal waters of Maqueda Bay. Measurement and analysis of length and weight were done using FiSAT software. Population parameters were assessed to evaluate the stock status which includes the asymptotic length (L∞) and growth coefficient (K) to be 34.65 cm, 0.77 year−1 respectively. Specimens of A. pectinata reached a mean length of 20.98 cm. Length-weight relationship resulted to “negative allometric” 0.0462L2.6533 R2 = 0.7823; signifying pen shells growth was faster in length than on weight. The recruitment pattern was continuous over the year with one major peak during rainy season (July). In addition, the highest catch based on collected sampling date catch was during summer, which suggest as the peak season of the species in the area. Furthermore, the average catch annually of hookah diver was 17.69208. Higher condition index was recorded from April to May, September and January, indicating the high quality of pen shell meat and is recommended as the best period to harvest pen shell whereas June to August and October to December can be concluded as the spawning period of the pen shell and the ideal period to institute close season. Further analysis revealed that the pen shell was nearly facing overexploitation with the exploitation rate (E = 0.46) mainly due to lack of a minimum limit size and also due to an increase in the harvesting effort. The estimated total mortality (Z), natural mortality (M) and fishing mortality (F); 1.36 year−1, 1.01year−1 and 0.62 year−1, respectively. Using the mentioned (Z), (M), (F) and (E), the total population resulted to 84725.7 suggesting that half of the population has been exploited due to overfishing

Delay related metrics are significant quality of service criteria for the performance evaluation of networks. Almost all delay related measurement and analysis studies take into consideration the reachable sources of Internet. However, unreachable sources might also shed light upon some problems such as worm propagation. In this study, we carry out a delay measurement study of unreachable destinations and analyse the delay dynamics of unreachable nodes. 2. Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) destination unreachable Internet Control Message Protocol-Destination Unreachable (ICMP T3) packets are considered for the delay measurement according to their code types which shows network un reach ability, host un reach ability, port un reach ability, etc. Measurement results show that unreachable sources exhibit totally different delay behaviour compared to reachable IP hosts. A significant part of the unreachable hosts experiences extra 3 seconds Round Trip Time (RTT) delay compared to accessible hosts mostly due to host un reach ability. It is also seen that, approximately 79% of destination un reach ability causes from host un reach ability. Obtained Hurst parameter estimation results reveal that unreachable host RTTs show lower Hurst degree compared to reachable hosts which is approximately a random behaviour. Unreachable sources exhibit totally different distributional characteristic compared to accessible ones which is best fitted with Phased Bi-Exponential distribution.

AbstractIn order to analyze the beam quality of laser sources wavefront measurements using a Shack–Hartmann sensor became an established way. With the detection of the wavefront deflection a change of the modal composition of the laser beam can be recorded directly. While this method is well known for nearly Gaussian laser beams, the wavefront analysis of broadarea semiconductor lasers is an open field of current research. Detailed analysis of the wavefront gives an additional path to get an insight into the transverse modal composition of semiconductor lasers, which have a dominant impact on the output parameters of the devices. For the presented investigations lasers emitting light in the near infrared (

The technological process of materials grinding, especially biological material with high oil content, is quite complex. There are several parameters that impact the performance and quality of the process (e.g. temperature, rotational speed). One of them is the air velocity at pneumatic conveying of grinding particles. The phenomena of pneumatic transport of seeds and its impact on product’s quality and grinding capacity is not methodologically recognized so far. The paper presents the construction details of measurement and control system and results of the research obtained during the laboratory tests. The results of the tests and their analysis will be used for design of a commercial precise grinder, which allowed to reach the optimum product’s capacity and quality, constituting the basis for biological diet supplements.

Owing to more and more sensitive loads installed in modern ships, ship owners and builders have been faced with rising numbers of complaints about the quality of power. However, the existing power monitoring facilities installed onboard for recording deviations of power parameters is only over steady-state conditions due to limited capacity of measurement equipment and ignores short-duration phenomena. To understand the true supply quality in ships, a power quality (PQ) monitoring technique is employed in this paper. The PQ parameters including short-duration and long-duration voltage and frequency variations in a practical commercial vessel power system under different operating conditions are analyzed and their statistic data are reported. Through PQ measurement and analysis, the quality of supply can be quantified and assessed according to classification society standards. Analysis model developed in this paper can assist them in understanding true supply quality in ships for further determining proper PQ mitigation options.
