The school’s main objective is to provide broad and comprehensive development of a pupil considering both educational (teaching) and protective aspects. Not only a pupil– teacher but also a parent-teacher vital cooperation is needed in order to achieve school’s goals and objectives. The dialogue between pupils, teachers and parents is indeed extremely important and should be kept going systematically throughout pupil’s education. Without the cooperation between teachers and parents, accordingly to the assumption: “We (teachers) teach-parents help, parents raise – we (teachers) help. Nothing about us, without us”, the effective school improvement cannot be realized. Ultimately, the communication between school and home is necessary to determine child’s best interests. The school-home cooperation and the increasing knowledge and awareness in this area is significantly important for the future analysis in carrying out educational researches.

The paper is devoted to the analysis of a political discourse. Its purposefulness and pragmatic setting are considered to be the main constitu- ents. These ingredients change in the synchronic and diachronic development of the format. The leading ontological feature of a political discourse is “pow- er” – the power that a properly organized content acquires over those who read or listen to this content, the reign over the will and the people’s minds. Any political debate presupposes that there might be losers. The reason is in the ignorance of the goals and objectives of public speaking and also of the future electorate. The research revealed that the power of a political discourse lies in the eloquence of language constructions as well as in the simplicity of the narrative. Colourful designs of a political text abounding in bright expressive means tend to change for plain but capacious lexical and stylistic constructions congenial to an average potential voter.

The article examines the prospect of mankind's expansion into deep space. The cosmogenesis of terrestrial civilization will inevitably face a number of physical and technical limitations, and it does not seem to be really feasible without machines endowed with psyche and consciousness. In common the development of synergetics, chaos theory and mathematics gives grounds to assume that in principle the creation of such machines is possible. The motivation for cosmogenesis is essential. Different sociotypes of a person can see its goals and objectives in different ways. At present, humanity is at a bifurcation point, when two basic sociotypes coexist. This is a molecular person, dependent on the egoistic gene, a person of a consumer and post-consumer society, and a space person who has realized the intrinsic value of reason and is striving to free himself from the power of the gene. Their images of the future and goals are different, therefore, the nature and goals of their space exploration will be different.
