The article examines the problem of advancing education, including pedagogical, from an interdisciplinary perspective. Its relevance during the humanitarian and technological revolution, its essence, goals and objectives are substantiated. The ways of formation of higher education as forward thinking one are proposed. The importance of forward thinking pedagogical education and social demand for the teacher of the future are substantiated. The experience of implementation of forward thinking pedagogical education at the Belarusian State University named after Maxim Tank is presented.

The statistical properties of letters frequencies in European literature texts are investigated. The determination of logarithmic dependence of letters sequence for one-languge and two-language texts are examined. The pare of languages are suggested for Voynich Manuscript. The internal structure of Manuscript is considered. The spectral portraits of two-letters distribution are constructed.

The problems of transition to a new world order are investigated. The post-industrial and post-capitalist scenarios of development are considered. It is shown that scientific and technological development is the basis of global transformations. The laws of scientific and technological development are outlined

As one of the most important factors determining the nature of the dynamic behavior of a social system, the article considers the competitive relationship of two alternative sociotypes, conventionally designated as molecular human and cosmic human. The molecular sociotype is understood as the personality of the average consumer, whose behavioral determinants are largely determined by the selfish gene. The cosmic human is a person who has realized the dependence on the selfish gene. Representatives of the cosmic sociotype consider the products of their own mind, their contribution to culture, as a more significant function than gene replication. This explains the different values of the coefficients of reproduction of the total resource of the system by molecular human and cosmic human. Three possible scenarios for the evolution of a social system have been identified for different values of the coefficients of reproduction of the total resource of the system by both sociotypes with a constant share of the population. In this case, the aggregate resource is understood as the entire intellectual, cultural and economic product produced by the social system during a certain conditional cycle of reproduction. The dynamics of a social system with a variable value of the share of a productive comic sociotype is considered in the work on the basis of a nonlinear two-dimensional model. The mathematical model demonstrates complex nonlinear quasicyclic behavior.

A computer project in the world and in Russia is now usually viewed as an economic, technological or military one. At the same time, it is a global social project. From the theory of the humanitarian and technological revolution, it follows that at the current point of bifurcation, its results can determine the path of humanity to the future. I show that the results of this project reflect the readiness of civilizations for socio-technological change. The COVID-19 pandemic turned out to be a test for social imperatives and had a huge impact on computer reality in the formation of a new sociality. Book by K. Schwab, T. Mallerert “COVID-19: The great reset” represents a variant of such sociality. The analysis presented in this work shows the unacceptability of the proposed changes for the world of Russia. A study of large-scale computer projects in Russia and Belarus shows the need to bring them to a new sociocultural level, much higher than the current one. The unsuccessful experience of mass e-education in the Union State confirmed the imperative of Norbert Wiener: “Render unto man the things which are man’s and unto the computer the things which are the computer’s”. This should, apparently, be a reasonable line of behavior in organizing joint actions of people and machines.

The paper differentiates two approaches to digitalization of the educational practice: the digital-algorithmic approach and the digital-cognitive approach. The digital-algorithmic approach puts in correspondence pupil’s answer with described and established rules and operations to achieve “correct” responses. Application of the first approach forces students to guess right operation sequence to find the right solution. The digital-cognitive approach provides a background for modeling, visualizing and making representation of thinking acts and action for school students and teacher. Realization of the second approach aims to organize the digital educational milieu of the new generation. This the digital educational milieu supports and stimulates student work to find types of operations, the operation set and the operation sequence according to student’s understanding of the problem and grasping the situation. The model of the thinking act that is elaborated by Vasiliy Davydov as the “cell” for the interdisciplinary theory of thought processes is considered to be the core for constructing a digital educational milieu of the new generation. Described forms of thinking act with increasing complexity provides organization of digital-cognitive systems in education.

The commercially successful application of neural network algorithms in artificial intelligence (AI) systems and devices after 2010 has significantly accelerated the process of achieving new successes in solving “intellectual problems. Further development of work on AI will affect not only the technological order, but also social relations in human society, and it is necessary to think about the possible consequences of such an influence right now.

Mathematics has entered a crisis of complexity. The main reason is the use of immutable concepts according to the law of identity of Aristotle's logic. The evidence has become super-long, unverifiable. Overcoming the crisis is possible in the transition from immutable concepts to "mobile" ones, in the generalization of the law of identity. In modern mathematics, there are prerequisites for such a transition – in qualitative theory, probability theory, algorithm theory, and foundations. The future of mathematics lies in the development of categories as transformative concepts.

The paper shows that the digital economy operates in accordance with fundamentally new laws that differ from the traditional laws of a market economy. The main goal of digital companies and start-ups is not to maximize profits and capitalization, but to achieve stakeholder benefits by ousting competitors from traditional markets.
