Leadership is a broader definition than power because leadership is an effort to influence people, not just doing what the leader wants, but to achieve the government or organization's goals or objectives. Thus, Nawa Natya and servant leadership concepts are used as guidelines to become a good and exemplary leader. The concept of Nawa Natya and servant leadership aims to improve the quality of a leader who excels in leading a government or organization to survive and compete in the future. Based on several leadership types, the type of leadership that is autocratic and democratic is beneficial in being applied in government and organizations. The type of leadership works hard and thoroughly and can work together to advance the government and organization according to the expected goals and objectives. Nawa Natya concept is very relevant to apply when governing the kingdom. The concept of servant leadership is relevant to managing government, organization, or company. Everyone who serves is not always a subordinate or servant, but with the concept of Nawa Natya and servant leadership, everyone must have a service spirit. Moreover, being a leader, having a firm and wise attitude, and having a leadership spirit to serve to get sympathy and support from subordinates and the community. Servant leadership realizes that he is in charge of serving to bring a group to grow better than before.

Purpose – Developing countries like India, accounts for about 40 percent of undernourished children in the World and it is largely due to the result of dietary inadequacy in relation to their needs. The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the changes in the nutritional status of the children, from their preschool days to the present primary school days. Design/methodology/approach – The present investigation was conducted at 20 Integrated Child Development Service (ICDS) centers (Center-A) and 15 primary schools (Center-B) in Bali Gram Panchayat, Arambag, Hooghly District of West Bengal, India, at an interval of three to four years. A total of 1,012 children (boys=498; girls=514) aged two to six years old enrolled in these ICDS centers and a total of 603 children (boys=300, girls=303), aged five to ten years were studied from the 15 primary schools who were the beneficiaries of ICDS centers. Underweight (weight-for-age Z-score (WAZ)) and wasting (weight-for height Z-score (WHZ)) were used to assess the nutritional status. Findings – The nutritional situation (both in case of underweight and wasting) was better in Center B as compared with Center A. In general, the nutritional condition of boys was better than girls. Center had a very significant effect on both WAZ as well as WHZ, irrespective of age and sex. Sex has a significant impact only on WAZ. Interestingly, there was no significant sex-center interaction for both WAZ as well as WHZ. The children of the area were getting Mid Day Meal supplied through the school authorities which was comparatively better than the ICDS centers’ food supplementation. Better monitoring of nutritional supplementation at primary schools may be an important factor. Practical implications – In ICDS centers, only the Anganwari worker is responsible in running and implementing the programs offered by the Government. However, at primary schools, the active involvement of all the teachers to run the program may have effectively led to have better results. Furthermore, the Government's focus should not be only on the increase the area covered by the ICDS program, but focus should be to increase the quality of food supplied, proper monitoring of the implementation and increase the allocation of funds. Appropriate measures may be taken by the authorities regarding this. Originality/value – The results of the study will help in policy making in reducing the prevalence of undernutrition.

Abstract Session centered recommender systems has emerged as an interesting and challenging topic amid researchers during the past few years. In order to make a prediction in the sequential data, prevailing approaches utilize either left to right design autoregressive or data augmentation methods. As these approaches are used to utilize the sequential information pertaining to user conduct, the information about the future context of an objective interaction is totally ignored while making prediction. As a matter of fact, we claim that during the course of training, the future data after the objective interaction are present and this supplies indispensable signal on preferences of users and if utilized can increase the quality of recommendation. It is a subtle task to incorporate future contexts into the process of training, as the rules of machine learning are not followed and can result in loss of data. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, we suggest a novel encoder decoder prototype termed as space filling centered Recommender (SRec), which is used to train the encoder and decoder utilizing space filling approach. Particularly, an incomplete sequence is taken into consideration by the encoder as input (few items are absent) and then decoder is used to predict these items which are absent initially based on the encoded interpretation. The general SRec prototype is instantiated by us employing convolutional neural network (CNN) by giving emphasis on both e ciency and accuracy. The empirical studies and investigation on two real world datasets are conducted by us including short, medium and long sequences, which exhibits that SRec performs better than traditional sequential recommendation approaches.

Electronic-based Government System (SPBE) is the government's effort in developing an electronic-based government organization, so that there is an increase in the quality of public services. The system that runs in Sukabungah which is still manual and the lack of providing information to the community related to village services is an obstacle in improving the quality of the organization. Therefore the use of organizational development strategy analysis is very necessary for the Sukabungah village office  to achieve maximum organizational strategy. In this study the method used in improving the quality of service is the SWOT analysis, which is used to develop the potential of the organization and to find out internal and external factors of the organization. In the SWOT analysis that has been carried out on Sukabungah village office it can be seen that Sukabungah village office is included in the quadrant I strategy which means supporting an aggressive strategy, therefore in developing an organization that will be achieved has a huge opportunity, so this can be a good development for Sukabungah sub-district. Implementation in the development of this SWOT analysis is by designing a village service information system where this system will assist the government in improving the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) as well as assisting the urban village in improving the quality of the organization and facilitating the existing service system.

In its development, madrasas have undergone various changes, namely from the pesantren learning system to the madrasa system; from traditional to classical methods; from halaqah system to benches, desks and blackboards; from traditional to modern curricula; from classical education to modern educational reform. the change indicates the existence of process or efforts of development of madrasah education in the direction of more advanced, qualified and competitive from time to time. Conceptually, one way to improve the quality of education and competitiveness of madrasah in the era of globalization competition is to implement strategic management which includes 4 stages such as environmental analysis, formulating, implementing and evaluating strategic decisions between functions that enable an organization to achieve its goals in the future. Strategic Management is based on the entire scope of the work. Thus it can be utilized well for makronya environment for example in government management and also can be utilized also for in mikronya environment for example in company management or organization or pengeloalan Madrasah. However, it should be understood only here that in the use of macro and micro scope there are a number of fundamental differences such as the following exposures.

Written communication is becoming a problem issue in many firms and organisations. Hierarchical networks and communication structures are getting more complicated every day. Employees with a technical, juridical or commercial background have to perform complicated communication tasks as part of their job. Linguists can help structure business writing by developing textframes that are customized to the needs of a specific type of firm or organization. To do this, they can employ a method for structuring information in texts. In this method, the so-called 'central question' (the question to which the text is the answer) is connected to certain stock frames. The first step for a linguist working for a specific firm is to discover whether there are recurring 'central questions' behind a set of texts. Next he has to find a suitable stock frame that is connected with these central questions. The last and most difficult step is adapting the stock frame to the needs and wishes of the future users. In this article the steps that are mentioned above are described and illustrated. The example that is given is of a large Dutch semi-government organization, the "Sociale Verzekeringsraad" (Social Security Council).
