With the increasing pressure on the ecological environment, the continuous progress of science and technology and the government’s policy support for the new energy industry, the development momentum of China’s new energy automobile industry is strong. However, the emerging industry still faces major obstacles in terms of technological innovation, standard-setting and marketization. In the face of these obstacles, industrial alliances, as an organizational form, have been widely used in the new energy vehicle industry in order to seek the risk sharing and cooperation effect of alliances. In this paper, on the basis of identifying the members of China’s new energy automobile industry alliance and based on the classification theory of industrial alliance, China’s new energy automobile industry alliance is divided into horizontal alliance and vertical alliance. In addition, this paper adopts the method of case study to put forward reasonable suggestions for the shortcomings existing in the development status of China’s new energy vehicle industry alliance, so as to promote the technological innovation of the industry alliance.

Under the dual pressure of global energy crisis and environmental problems, the exploration and application of new energy is an inevitable trend of economic development. Therefore, the development and research on equity financing efficiency of new energy vehicle listed companies appear to be of great value. From the perspective of equity financing efficiency, this paper explores the development status of new energy vehicle listed companies in the current era. Different from previous literature studies, we select China and the United States for comparative analysis and attempts to put forward strategic suggestions. Our paper adopts the DEA model, which is an equity financing efficiency evaluation model, to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of new energy listed enterprises, and then compares the equity financing efficiency of Chinese and American enterprises. Later, suggestions are provided on how to optimize the equity financing efficiency and development of new energy vehicle listed enterprises in China according to the found problems and conclusions.

Entering the promotion catalogue is the basis for China’s new energy vehicle (NEV) enterprises to obtain promotion subsidies. Using a multistage difference-in-differences (DID) model with a sample of listed NEV enterprises in China from 2008 to 2017, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of entering the promotion catalogue on the innovation of NEV enterprises. The results indicate that entering the promotion catalogue can significantly promote innovation of NEV enterprises from the perspective of radical innovation, incremental innovation, and external technology introduction of NEV enterprises. In the mediation mechanism examination, this study finds that entering the promotion catalogue promotes innovation in NEV enterprises by increasing corporate profits and easing financing constraints. Based on the conclusions above, this paper recommends to strengthen core technology breakthrough of NEVs, cultivate market demand of NEVs industry, and improve subsidy supervision system of NEVs.

New energy vehicles(NEV) as a new thing for sustainable development, in China, on the one hand has faced the rapid expansion of the market; the other hand, for the new NEV users, the current NEVs cannot keep up with the degree of innovation. This paper demonstrates the reasons for the existence of this systematic challenge, and puts forward the method of UX research which is different from the traditional petrol vehicles research in the early stage of development, which studies from the user's essence level, to form the innovative product programs which meet the needs of users and being real attractive.

Exhaust pollution and energy crises are worsening worldwide. China has become the largest motor vehicle producer; thus, promoting the use of new energy vehicles (NEVs) in China has important practical significance. In this paper, considering the limited rationality of governments, NEV enterprises and consumers, we study the subsidy policy of the China NEV market using the evolutionary game and system dynamics (SD) methods. First, a tripartite evolutionary game model is developed and the replicator dynamics equations and Jacobian matrix are obtained. A SD simulation of the model was conducted to further clarify the impact of the initial market proportion and three variables used in the model. The results show that the initial market proportion affects the evolution speed but does not affect the evolution result when the three group players all choose a mixed strategy. For governments, they should not hastily cancel price subsidies provided to consumers; rather, they should dynamically adjust the rate of the subsidy decrease and increase the consumers’ extra cost for purchasing fuel vehicles (FVs). NEV enterprises should appropriately increase their investments in the research and development (R&D) of NEVs.
