Recommendations for external inspection and control of their elements are given. The features of disassembly and Assembly of various types of valves and filters are shown. With examples from ship practice typical defects of the specified elements, ways of their definition and elimination are considered. This article is a review of the Russian Scientific and Practical Conference’s materials with International participation on Pedagogical design, which was held at the Bryansk State Technical University on February 25, 2021. The review presents reports and presentations made online by representatives of nine higher educational institutions and two institutions of secondary vocational education, which are structured on three grounds: pedagogical design as a field of scientific knowledge and as a process of designing the learning environment; training in a virtual information environment and the development of digital educational materials; ergonomic support for the pedagogical design of network learning technologies. Conclusions are drawn based on the results of the conference, related to the prospects of the scientific direction of pedagogical design’s ergonomic support in digital didactics, which is the basis of advanced educational technologies in higher and secondary vocational education.

Considered the experience of federal educational and methodological associations in the system of secondary vocational education for enlarged groups of professions, specialties created in 2015 by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation The main objects of their activity are federal state educational standards, sample programs, quality assurance and development of the content of secondary vocational education, professional improvement of the activities of scientific and pedagogical workers. They showed the formation of a new project team. It is important to collect all railway specialties in one group to ensure the unity of approaches in the development of the content of federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education of secondary vocational education, exemplary educational programs and examination of their content, as well as to improve the quality of educational content and continuity with higher education. The corresponding specialties of higher education are included in one group 23.00.00 “Engineering and technology of ground transport”. Federal educational and methodological associations in the system of secondary vocational education provide expert services in the field of their activities. For this, an Expert Council has been created. The composition of the Expert Council is formed from the number of teachers of educational institutions of open source education. In total, during the work of the Expert Council, more than 130 examinations of educational publications on road and rail transport have been carried out.

We show the possibility of optimizing the psychological and pedagogical support of social and pedagogical adaptation process of students with hearing impairment to educational process in vocational educational institutions of secondary vocational education through the use of an innovative author’s course of group psychological prophylaxis and correction adapted to audibly deprived students. We reveal the subject and the main content of the classes. We pay attention to the need for dead graduates of vocational educational institutions of secondary vocational education to master flexible, highly adaptive methods and techniques aimed at improving their social and psychological competence. The effectiveness of the proposed and conducted activities is confirmed by the results of monitoring the psychological sphere of deaf students’ personalities of vocational educational institutions of secondary vocational education. The analysis of the average group data showed an improvement in psychological indicators of psychological and pedagogical adaptation: a significant increase in the neuropsychological stability level, against the decrease in personal anxiety level, an increase of the personal adaptation potential value and its components, increased the communicative qualities and the behavioral regulation level, with virtually unchanged values of moral standards. The results indicate the positive dynamics presence of psychological indicators of social and pedagogical adaptation of surveyed sample after the course of group psychological prophylaxis and correction.
