This article is a review of the Russian Scientific and Practical Conference’s materials with International participation on Pedagogical design, which was held at the Bryansk State Technical University on February 25, 2021. The review presents reports and presentations made online by representatives of nine higher educational institutions and two institutions of secondary vocational education, which are structured on three grounds: pedagogical design as a field of scientific knowledge and as a process of designing the learning environment; training in a virtual information environment and the development of digital educational materials; ergonomic support for the pedagogical design of network learning technologies. Conclusions are drawn based on the results of the conference, related to the prospects of the scientific direction of pedagogical design’s ergonomic support in digital didactics, which is the basis of advanced educational technologies in higher and secondary vocational education.

The article deals with the problems of development of agricultural vocational education in Russia and the possibility of its improvement based on the development of the process of interaction of agricultural educational institutions with processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the country. The article discusses the possibility of creating a strategic partnership between the subjects of agricultural vocational education, which can become a reliable basis for the introduction of practice-oriented training. The study of the concept of «principle», presented in the dictionaries of Russian scientific literature, as well as the analysis of the principles of inte-raction of subjects of professional education, proposed by different authors. The possibility of using the proposed principles in the process of organizing interaction between agricultural edu-cational institutions and processing enterprises of the agro-industrial complex is investigated.

The experience of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport (Roszheldor) conducting annual training courses for the heads of educational institutions of secondary vocational education and heads of state universities of railways supervising their work, organized by the Training and Methodological Center for Education in Railway Transport, considered. Considered the experience of federal educational and methodological associations in the system of secondary vocational education for enlarged groups of professions, specialties created in 2015 by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation The main objects of their activity are federal state educational standards, sample programs, quality assurance and development of the content of secondary vocational education, professional improvement of the activities of scientific and pedagogical workers. They showed the formation of a new project team. It is important to collect all railway specialties in one group to ensure the unity of approaches in the development of the content of federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education of secondary vocational education, exemplary educational programs and examination of their content, as well as to improve the quality of educational content and continuity with higher education. The corresponding specialties of higher education are included in one group 23.00.00 “Engineering and technology of ground transport”. Federal educational and methodological associations in the system of secondary vocational education provide expert services in the field of their activities. For this, an Expert Council has been created. The composition of the Expert Council is formed from the number of teachers of educational institutions of open source education. In total, during the work of the Expert Council, more than 130 examinations of educational publications on road and rail transport have been carried out.

We show the possibility of optimizing the psychological and pedagogical support of social and pedagogical adaptation process of students with hearing impairment to educational process in vocational educational institutions of secondary vocational education through the use of an innovative author’s course of group psychological prophylaxis and correction adapted to audibly deprived students. We reveal the subject and the main content of the classes. We pay attention to the need for dead graduates of vocational educational institutions of secondary vocational education to master flexible, highly adaptive methods and techniques aimed at improving their social and psychological competence. The effectiveness of the proposed and conducted activities is confirmed by the results of monitoring the psychological sphere of deaf students’ personalities of vocational educational institutions of secondary vocational education. The analysis of the average group data showed an improvement in psychological indicators of psychological and pedagogical adaptation: a significant increase in the neuropsychological stability level, against the decrease in personal anxiety level, an increase of the personal adaptation potential value and its components, increased the communicative qualities and the behavioral regulation level, with virtually unchanged values of moral standards. The results indicate the positive dynamics presence of psychological indicators of social and pedagogical adaptation of surveyed sample after the course of group psychological prophylaxis and correction.

The tutorial shows the design features of ship pipelines, valves and filters that affect the conditions of their operation and methods of maintenance and repair. Recommendations for external inspection and control of their elements are given. The features of disassembly and Assembly of various types of valves and filters are shown. With examples from ship practice typical defects of the specified elements, ways of their definition and elimination are considered. It is intended for students of higher educational institutions (specialization in the specialty "Operation of ship power plants") and University teachers. The article discusses the possibilities of the formation of system design and organization of educational activities in educational institutions of the system of secondary vocational education. The substantiation of a systematic approach to the design activity of a pedagogical worker is proposed, a procedural scheme for the system design of the educational process in the context of modern changes in production requirements is proposed. The conducted studies allow us to conclude that it is necessary to divide the design process into three stages, which differ in priority determining goals. The structure of the system design of educational and methodological activities in the system of secondary vocational education is given. The purpose of the article is to identification and formation of the theory of system design, which is the need for the formation of teachers’ understanding of the essence of system design educational and methodological activities, its features, development prospects in the context of the renewing system of secondary vocational education. Methodology. The research is carried out on the basis of practical methodology, focuses on solving practical problems and purposefully solving the issues of organizing educational activities in professional educational institutions of the region. The article discusses the issue of the formation of the theory of system design and the organization of educational and methodological activities, in the conditions of timely, advanced updating and changes in curricula, which guarantee the training of a specialist with the necessary set of competencies. Results The results are in the significance of theoretical research: identifying the links between the educational activities of students with the stages of educational and methodological activities of pedagogical workers; the introduction of an educationally developed system of principles for system design of educational and methodological activities; formation of the system design structure; determining the level of readiness of open source software for the implementation of system design of educational and methodological activities to achieve goals to improve the quality of education. The drawbacks of the existing theory and practice of systemic pedagogical design are revealed in relation to the developed theory of systemic design of educational and methodological activities in the system of secondary vocational education, the elimination of which will ensure an increase in the effectiveness of the educational process. In conclusion, the demand for system design is noted as a necessary element of the activity of a pedagogical worker, who, within the framework of this project, should act as a creator of everything necessary to ensure the educational process aimed at achieving a predictable and predictable result. The work is an analysis of the potential for improving the quality of training students of secondary vocational education, as a priority task of modern society.

The article presents the stages of implementation of complex automation of colleges in the Chuvash Republic. The regulatory framework for the use of information technologies and automation processes in educational institutions is described, in particular, the “Concept of regional automation”, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on December 29, 2014, which sets the main goals and areas of activity for the use of information and communication technologies in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The article provides information on the inclusion of the Chuvash Republic in the all-Russian process of automation of organizations of secondary vocational education, which was determined by the order of the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of Chuvashia “On the implementation of a set of measures for the development and implementation of an automated information system in state professional educational organizations of the Chuvash Republic” dated September 11, 2014. The process of automation of the educational process in the system of secondary vocational education of the Chuvash Republic based on 1C is traced. Provides information on the implementation of the software 1C:College in educational institutions of the republic; creation of an information and analytical system of secondary vocational education of the Ministry of Education and Youth Policy of the Chuvash Republic, through which reporting information is collected and aggregated; development of the module “Personal web account of an applicant for 1C:College” for receiving documents from applicants on the basis of the Novocheboksarsk Chemical and Mechanical College.

The article discusses the experience of forming the foundations of professional creative activity of students, on the example of training specialists in educational institutions of secondary vocational education. The relevance of the issue is closely related to the introduction of foreign production technologies at domestic enterprises. The influence of the experience of participation of students in professional competitions on the formation of a creative personality is considered. A number of theoretical provisions are proposed that make it possible to form the creative activity of students from the standpoint of the competence approach. Analysis of production requirements and educational standards made it possible to single out such components as technological, rationalization, modernization, organizational and management activities in the future graduate’s activities. The potential possibility of optimizing the system of secondary vocational education is analyzed. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate a model of a multicomponent structure of the formation of professional creative activity of a student in the system of secondary vocational training. Methodology. The research is carried out on the basis of practical methodology, focuses on solving practical problems and purposefully solving the issues of organizing educational activities in professional educational institutions of the region. The article discusses the issue of organizing the work of colleges, in the context of timely, anticipatory updating and changes in curricula that guarantee the training of a specialist with the necessary set of competencies. Results consist in the dissemination of experience in the formation of the foundations of the professional creative activity of students and the organization of educational activities of professional educational institutions within the Siberian region, contributing to the creation of a situation of success in the system of secondary vocational education and allowing to increase the efficiency of the educational process. In conclusion, the importance of the formation of skills of professional creative activity among students is noted as an effective resource that has an impact on social development. The study explains the peculiarities of the work of educational institutions in the formation of professional skills. The author focuses on the criteria that determine the promising areas of activity and efforts of employers and educational institutions in the aspect of the development of professional creative activity. The work is an analysis of the potential for improving the quality of training students of secondary vocational education, as a priority task of modern society.
