The possible impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) on the modern world constitute a complex field of study. In our analysis, we attempt to explore some possible consequences of the utilization of AI in the judicial field both as regarding adjudication, formerly exclusively reserved for human judges, and in the rendering of legal services by attorneys-at-law. We list the main factors influencing technology adoption and analyse the possible paths the automated management and solution of disputes may take. We conclude that the optimal outcome would be a cooperation of human and artificially intelligent factors. We also outline the conditions in which, following the abandonment of the principle of procedural fairness, AI may be directly utilized in judicial procedure. We conclude that big data solutions, such as social rating systems, are particularly concerning as they constitute a conceivable modality of deploying AI to solve litigious disputes without regard to fundamental human rights as understood today.

With the method of exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling, this paper presented a model of urban forest recreationists’ satisfaction and conducted an empirical research. The main conclusions are as follows. Perceived value has an important and positive impact on the formation of satisfaction experience. Perceptions of "landscape resources", "facilities and services", "functional utility", "social utility" and "emotional utility" are the main factors arising the perceived value of recreationists. Meanwhile, Perceptions of "emotional utility" and "landscape resources" are the key factors influencing recreationists’ satisfaction. Furthermore, Perceptions of "functional utility" and "social utility" positively affect the perceived value of recreationists, and the perception of "facilities and services" is likely a guarantee factor for satisfaction experience. In addition, this paper has confirmed the applicability of the Means-end theory and the Cognitive-affective theory in the practice of urban forest recreationists’ satisfaction study.

The paper studies the factors of secular stagnation. Key factors of long-term slowdown in economic growth include the slowdown of technological development, aging population, human capital accumulation limits, high public debt, creative destruction process violation etc. The authors analyze key theoretical aspects of long-term stagnation and study the impact of these factors on Japanies economy. The authors conclude that most of the factors have significant influence on the Japanese economy for recent decades, but they cannot explain all dynamics. For Russia, on the contrary, we do not see any grounds for considering the decline in the economy since 2013 as an episode of secular stagnation.

Many past researches have been carried out in an attempt to continuously understand individuals‟ consumption behaviour. This study was conducted to investigate key factors influencing consumers‟ potential acceptance of halal (or permissible) financial credit card services. Specifically, it anticipated the influence of attitude, social influences and perceived control on consumers‟ behavioural intention to accept such services. In addition, factors such as religiosity and product knowledge were also postulated to affect consumers‟ attitude towards the act of using halal credit cards for any retail or business transactions. Using non-probability sampling approach, a total of 500 survey questionnaires was distributed to targeted respondents in a developing nation but only 220 usable feedbacks were received for subsequent data analysis. Regression results revealed that religiosity and product knowledge significantly influence consumers‟ attitude toward using halal credit card services.  Attitude in turn, subsequently has a significant impact on consumers‟ intention to accept halal financial credit card services. Several theoretical and managerial contributions were observed in this study.
