Development of entrepreneurial competencies in corporations is often limited by the established organizational culture, which supports and is rooted in the current models of non-entrepreneurial, performing behavior. The article examines the real experience of a Russian company in introducing entrepreneurial behavior in the context of a project in a protracted crisis. The study was carried out using the concept of entrepreneurial bricolage and the network model of organizational culture. The management of the company and many project participants, realizing the urgent need to find new opportunities for the project, strove to introduce models of entrepreneurial behavior and values that support them, but without success. The author comes to the conclusion that the inability to change the negative trajectory of the project by introducing the practices and values of entrepreneurial bricolage is largely related to the organizational culture, which had fixed the behavior of non-entrepreneurial adherence to the plan at the level of organizational attitudes and values.

In this article, according to the real-time and accuracy requirements of advanced vehicle-assisted driving in pedestrian detection, an improved LeNet-5 convolutional neural network is proposed. Firstly, the structure of LeNet-5 network model is analyzed, and the structure and parameters of the network are improved and optimized on the basis of this network to get a new LeNet network model, and then it is used to detect pedestrians. Finally, the miss rate of the improved LeNet convolutional neural network is found to be 25% by contrast and analysis. The experiment proves that this method is better than SA-Fast R-CNN and classical LeNet-5 CNN algorithm.

This article establish a coupled thermo-hydraulic mathematical model for steam network by adopting a set of equations. Here, identification is defined as process in which a number of Steam Network model parameters are adjusted until the model mimics behavior of the real Steam Network as closely as possible. Test result indicates the advantage of genetic algorithm.

The combination of steering angle prediction and control of autonomous vehicles (AVs) is a challenging task. To improve the real-time steering angle prediction accuracy and the effectiveness of steering control, a novel steering angle prediction YOLOv5-based end-to-end adaptive neural network control for AVs is proposed. Firstly, since most of the lane line datasets are simulated images and lack of diversity, a novel lane dataset derived from the real roads are made manually to train the You Only Look Once version 5 (YOLOv5) network model. To improve the detection accuracy of the network model, the Generalized Intersection over Union (GIoU) of the bounding box regression loss function is updated to a Complete Intersection over Union (CIoU) with a better convergence effect. Furthermore, the neural network-based controller and disturbance observer are proposed to effectively control the steering angle predicted by YOLOv5 and estimate the lumped uncertainty. Meanwhile, a composite adaptive updating law is constructed by utilizing the tracking error and modeling error to improve steering performance. Finally, the system stability is proved by Lyapunov theory and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified with experiments.

Since 2018 an educational project “School of Competences”, aimed at making the students of a classical university with a whole range of additional professional competencies is implemented at Derzhavin Tambov State University. The project is held within the framework of the institute of mentoring by the United Students’ Scientific Council on the basis of the university, as well as in cooperation with the partners of the university. One of the thematic modules of the “School of Competences” is the project “Youth Entrepreneurship”, during which participants can form a number of entrepreneurial competencies. In this paper, the authors 1) substantiate the relevance of the formation of competences in the field of entrepreneurship among students of a classical university; 2) conduct a review of research on the formation of entrepreneurial competencies in students; 3) describe the five stages of the implementation of the project “Youth Entrepreneur-ship”; 4) offer methodological recommendations for the implementation of this or similar projects on youth entrepreneurship in universities. The project “Youth Entrepreneurship” includes the fol-lowing five stages: 1) the program of the joint student scientific council; 2) an innovative business incubator program; 3) the program of the center of support of small and medium business “Geometry of business”; 4) development of startups and 5) opening of small and small innovative enterprises. For the successful implementation of the project it is recommended to consider several conditions affecting the efficiency and productivity of its results: a) the time and duration of the project; b) contingent of project participants; c) contingent of project coaches; d) the project site and e) the format of the classes. The work describes in detail the stages of project implementation and guidelines for its successful implementation.

<p><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Abstract </span></strong></p><p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">Employee codes of conduct have remained one of the most favoured templates for governing employee discipline and sustaining an ethical organizational culture in most contemporary establishments. However the numerous challenges and contradictions that confront both the construction and administration of the instrument have recently attracted a heightened interest from both scholars and industrial relations practitioners. Based on the findings from five selected Zimbabwean public sector firms, this paper mounts a critique of codes of conduct through the foil of postmodern deconstructionism and advances that there are <em>aporias; </em>that is,<em> </em>tensions and irresolvable contradictions between the logic and rhetoric of codes of conduct and their practice. The paper further argues that the codes are in a predicament rendering them to be at best only partially accurate and at worst misleading descriptions of the real organizational culture. The <em>aporetic</em> nature of codes of conduct as experienced by the variability and contradictions in their application creates possibilities of uncertainty and limitations in the management of employee discipline. </span></p><p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"><strong>Keywords</strong>: aporia, code, deconstruction, discipline, ethics, postmodern</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;"> </span></strong></p>

We show that in an artificial dynamic neural network that depends on a real parameter μ, steady states do not exist for μ ≤ -2, and positive and negative steady states exist for μ > -2. We hope that such a bifurcation phenomenon in our network model may explain some of the real observations in nature.

We introduce a growing network model describing the cyclic topology of scale-free networks. In the model, we add new vertices and attach new edges between already existing vertices. The new edges are added by two different processes which is controlled by a parameter p. One is the neighbor attachment process which makes the network become cyclic, and the other is the preferential attachment process which results in the scale-free property of the network. We measure the cyclic coefficient R for various p and find that it linearly depend on p. Also by measuring the distribution of the local cyclic coefficient we survey the change of cyclic topology in the networks for varing p and compare it to the real networks.

Accurate and fast path calculation is essential for applications such as vehicle navigation systems and transportation network routing. Although many shortest path algorithms for restricted search areas have been developed in the past ten years to speed up the efficiency of path query, the performance including the practicability still needs to be improved. To settle this problem, this paper proposes a new method of calculating statistical parameters based on a unidirectional road network model that is more in line with the real world and a path planning algorithm for dynamically restricted search areas that constructs virtual boundaries at a lower confidence level. We conducted a detailed experiment on the proposed algorithm with the real road network in Zhengzhou. As the experiment shows, compared with the existing algorithms, the proposed algorithm improves the search performance significantly in the condition of optimal path under the premise of ensuring the optimal path solution.
