At present, the participation of enterprises in social events has increased significantly. In this connection, questions of the reflection of non-financial information, which satisfies public inquiries about the organization’s activities, become more relevant. One of the effective tools, that provide a holistic view of the social and economic activity of the enterprise, is social reporting. The article studies and clarifies the economic essence of the concept of “social reporting”, discusses the basic principles of the formation of social reporting and its structure. Social reporting should include the following sections: the strategy of the organization; functional structure of the organization; types of activities, legal form, size of organization; managment structure; changes in the structure, scale, form of ownership of the organization in the reporting period; business processes; stakeholder engagement; innovative development of the organization; performance indicators in the field of interaction with society. To reflect the performance indicators of innovation, environmental protection activities and performance indicators in the field of interaction with society, the article proposed forms of social reports. They propose to reflect such indicators as the share of costs associated with research and development of technologies, the acquisition of innovative products, the introduction / use of R&D results, new technologies, new technology; expenses for environmental services; the costs associated with the overhaul of fixed assets for environmental protection; costs for the protection and rehabilitation of land, groundwater and surface water, the cost of biodiversity conservation and protection of natural areas; the cost of socio-economic development of the region; the cost of charitable assistance in the field of culture, education, sports, health. The proposed social reporting format is an effective tool that increases trust, quality, reliability, and transparency in customer relationships; promotes brand awareness and investment in the environment, community, human capital; improves the quality of business management, competitiveness and quality of products; increases the efficiency of personnel management, ensures the safety and economy of natural resources

Codeveloping alongside chemistry and in vitro screening, compound management was one of the first areas in research recognizing the need for efficient processes and workflows. Material management groups have centralized, automated, miniaturized and, importantly, found out what not to do with compounds. While driving down cost and improving quality in storage and processing, researchers still face the challenge of interfacing optimally with changing business processes, in screening groups, and with external vendors and focusing on biologicals in many companies. Here we review our strategy to provide a seamless link between compound acquisition and screening operations and the impact of material management on quality of the downstream processes. Although this is driven in part by new technologies and improved quality control within material management, redefining team structures and roles also drives job satisfaction and motivation in our teams with a subsequent positive impact on cycle times and customer feedback.

Genital infection by herpes simplex virus (HSV) produces a variety of clinical manifestations, patient presentations and management problems which differ in their severity and complexity. In the UK the currently available data for the incidence of genital HSV have been provided predominantly by the KC60 returns from diagnoses made in genitourinary (GU) medicine clinics. The increasing availability and recent publication of the first results, using HSV type-specific antibody tests within GU and non-GU patient populations, provide a tool to monitor trends in the epidemiology of HSV. It is, however, important to understand that the sexual behaviour which leads to this infection is variable and not necessarily general. The clinical availability of type-specific HSV antibody tests also gives rise to the possibility of screening individuals and informing those who test positive of their, previously undiagnosed, condition. The practicalities and problems of this approach need to be fully assessed. The possibility of uncovering previously undiagnosed cases through general practitioners is being considered, first, in terms of surveys of the general practitioners' management of genital HSV and, secondly, because the funding of health care in the UK has put the cost-effectiveness in GU medicine clinics under the spotlight. This paper will explore the new developments in the management of genital HSV and suggests adherence to the clear principles of diagnosis and treatment that is in the patient's best interest. This has the clear aim of improving the patient's quality of life, a factor which must remain paramount as new technologies, healthcare strategies and therapies become available.

The aim of the work is to evaluate the intermediate results of the digitalization process of transport and logistics services in Russian agriculture. A methodology has been applied that uses data from Rosstat, the GooglePlay service and the Yandex.Radar service as a source of information. The study shows that one of the main trends in the cargo transportation market is the introduction of new technologies, such as transport and warehouse management systems, digital services that automate the business processes of carriers, mobile applications for ordering or providing cargo transportation services. The processes of digitalization of transport and logistics services in Russian agriculture are supported by the state. The implementation of the projects "Digital Platform of the transport complex" and "Digital Agriculture" will ensure cost reduction and improve the quality of transport and logistics services. The creation of a digital platform will unite all market participants in one information space and increase the transparency and traceability of cargo transportation.

Abstract. The article considers the problem of evaluating, on a multicriteria basis, the quality of work of elements of the transport and technological system of the seaport. The method for evaluating the performance indicators of the transport and technological system of the seaport is based on the formation and comparison of a data array of conditional indicators of economic, environmental, social, functional and other types of effectiveness of this system. The management of the international transport system, which is the transport and technological system of the seaport, bears a rather complicated econometric character with the logistic principles of “compromise, non-interference, quality, risks” and others. A simpler is the assessment of quality on a multi-criteria basis using human-machine procedures, which is relevant for evaluating the operation of the transport and technological system of the seaport in modern conditions of deregulation. This is typical for seaports. The human-machine procedure involves the use of two possibilities: the first is reliably necessary and accurate data received from decision makers; the second is the development of an algorithm and program that allows you to speed up the calculations of the necessary estimates and establish estimates of the cost of the quality of work in the transport and technological system of the seaport.Particular attention when using the apparatus of human-machine procedures for calculating the quality assessment on a multi-criteria basis deserves the choice of weight criteria with an assessment of the “importance” of deviations of the cost of the work of a particular element from the indicators in the practice of individual elements of the transport and technological system of the seaport. The quality of work of the elements of the transport and technological system of the seaport should be assessed on a multi-criteria basis at the cost of achieving the value of the corresponding estimated efficiency indicator depending on the value of the cargo.A block diagram of the algorithm has been compiled to accelerate the calculation of the necessary estimated data for establishing an estimate of the cost of the quality of work in the transport and technological system of the seaport, which determines the coefficients of the weight of costs in evaluating the work of its individual elements. Thus, the developed method makes it possible to assess, on a multicriteria basis, the volume of costs, the efficiency and quality of work of any element of the transport and technological system of the seaport in uncertain conditions, especially when deregulating cargo transportation, as well as to outline and develop specific measures to improve the estimated performance of this system.

Achieving waste classification and environmental protection awareness assists in enhancing the rural ecological environment, improves the quality of the rural residents’ life, and augments the rate of reusing resources within the rural setups. In order to study the factors influencing rural waste classification and environmental protection awareness, we conducted a project among rural residents of Jiangsu, China. We used both the logistic regression model and the ordinary least squares model to achieve the goals of this paper. Similarly, we found that the households’ level of education influenced the rural residents’ decision to classify waste and to protect the environment regarding whether a household consists of a village cadre; the availability of public waste collection facilities; the distance between households and the waste collection points; whether the waste is picked, assorted, and collected locally; and the cost of waste disposal. In light of all these factors, we recommended that the authorities should increase the rural residents’ waste classification and environmental protection awareness. Also, through the local government, the national government should strengthen and sustain rural waste disposal funds. Finally, there should be stringent laws and regulations outlining the role of the rural residents regarding waste classification and environmental protection awareness.

The tight competition in the industry requires companies to always make improvements in the quality of the products made to maintain a position in the competition. With the introduction of an increasingly contemporary management system, managerial decision makers tend to apply some performance management tools, one of which is Lean's business concept. This concept is characterized by the effort to eliminate waste in production, increase the value of more in one product and give value to the customer that is implemented by constantly (continuously Improvement) either from production or from all business processes in the company. In order to successfully respond to the request, the company's manager also needs an appropriate information base. One of the possible information bases is the cost assignment based on the activity. This type of research is a descriptive quality. This study discusses how the implementation and appropriateness of activity-based cost assignment for lean business concept.

Abstract Osteoporosis has recently "walked in“ like an epidemic. It is a disorder that, due to industrialization and the application of new technologies, is today present in younger people lives. Modern devices used in everyday life have replaced the physical activity of man, and along with the sedentary lifestyle, had an impact on an increasing number of people affected by this disease. The effects of osteoporosis are significant because they represent a medical and social problem, and the cost of treating fractures requires significant economic expenditures [1,2]. Falls and injuries caused by them (e.g. fractures) are a growing problem for people in the third age group. Injuries and fractures cause pain plus functional disability, which consequently diminish the quality of life. The consequences increase costs of health care and cause mortality [3].

The article provides a detailed analysis of the competitiveness of the Ukrainian company “Coca Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited” and suggests the main ways to increase its competitive position. To begin with, we were able to study the concept of competitiveness and determined that a competitive company is a company that achieves its goal and successfully operates in the market with a large number of competitors. We have found that it is competition that forces manufacturers to introduce new innovative manufacturing processes and new technologies that should reduce production costs and production costs. So, by improving the quality of its products, the company attracts the attention of new potential customers, which means it increases its own profit. Next, we analyzed the market where Coca Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited operates and determined that it occupies a leading position. Competitive analysis of company Coca Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited showed that the company is a powerful player in the Ukrainian soft drinks market. Today the Coca Cola Beverages Ukraine Company is the leader in its segment. The main competitor of the Coca Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited both in the domestic and an export market is PepsiCo Ukraine. We have proposed the following ways to increase the competitiveness of our company as expanding the range of products and diversifying the main business of the company. To expand the range, we propose to focus on increasing the range of juices, since the trend of healthy eating is becoming popular among Ukrainian and this will allow the company Coca Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited to conquer a new niche in the market. In terms of diversification, we suggest Coca Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited to deal with the processing of plastic bottles with their subsequent use. This will allow not only to reduce the cost of final products, but also to create a positive image of an environmentally friendly company that cares about the environment and ecology. These measures should help company Coca Cola Beverages Ukraine Limited to increase its market share and compete in the soft drinks market not only in Ukraine, but also abroad.
