The paper presents the results of a study of variations in ionospheric parameters and local magnetic constant before, during, and after the Vachat earthquake, which occurred on June 18, 2013 at 23:02 UT (June 19, 2013 at 06:02 LT) with a magnitude 5.3–5.6 and epicenter coordinates 54.29 ° N, 86.17 ° E. We have used data from IPGG SB RAS and TSU ionospheric stations and INTERMAGNET geomagnetic observatories. We have established that in the period preceding the earthquake there was a rather sharp increase in the magnetic moment, and in the subsequent period there was an equally sharp decrease in the magnetic moment. It is noted that the analysis of the daily average values ​​of the local magnetic constant is the most promising for searching for geomagnetic precursors of earthquakes. We have found a low strong sporadic layer Es for two days before the event, the like of which was not observed for 15 days before and 15 days after the event. In addition, on the days preceding the shock, the background values ​​of the F2-layer critical frequency were larger by more than 20% at the local pre-event hours. On the second day after the earthquake, there appeared a night-time region of low values ​​(about 14%), which persisted until the morning of the third day.

The paper investigates the effect of fillers on the viscosity properties of one-pack polyurethane sealants. It is noted that with the introduction of such mineral fillers as Mikarb, Midol, MTD2 chalk and aluminum hydroxide, the dynamic viscosity of the composition increases uniformly, while when filled with chemically precipitated Calofort SV chalk and MT-GShM talc, an abnormally sharp increase in viscosity is observed. Such an increase in viscosity for Calofort SV is explained by a highly developed surface, in contrast to other fillers. Talc is characterized by a plate-like shape of particles, which leads to a complex orientation of talc particles in the composition and shear difficulties.It was found that a sealant filled with chemically precipitated chalk has more than 100 pts. wt.(parts by weight), per 100 pts. wt. of the prepolymer under the influence of shear forces (at a constant shear rate) during the first 10 minutes of exposure, a sharp decrease in viscosity is observed, which is characteristic of thixotropic compositions, reaching a constant value after 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the thixotropy of the sealant is restored. Talc does not impart thixotropic properties to the sealant composition.

The humus condition of soils of Chernihiv region has been studied. The dynamics of humus content in the soils of the region during six rounds (1986–2015) of agrochemical certification of agricultural lands is generalized and analyzed. In comparison with the 5th round (1986–1990), there was a discrepancy between the processes of stabilization and increase of humus content in most districts and in the region as a whole in the ninth round (2006–2010), and in some districts in the tenth round (2011–2015) against the background of a sharp decrease in the application of organic fertilizers. It was found that the stabilization of humus content in the soils of the region during the V–VIII rounds of agrochemical certification and a sharp increase in its content in the ninth round, against a significant reduction of organic matter, correlates with the withdrawal of eroded, low-yielding lands with low humus content (r=0.76). Analyzing the dynamics of humus content over thirty years of research,it was found that its content has increased in all climatic zones, as well as in nineteen of the twenty-two districts of the region. The increase of the indicator is in the range of 0.01–0.72%, while in all districts there is a significant reduction of the surveyed areas and only in three districts of the region there is a decrease in the humus content. According to the results of the 10th round of agrochemical certification, the soils of Chernihiv region are characterized by an average humus content of 2.41%. The highest humus content is characterized by the soils of Bakhmatsky (3.56%), Talalaivsky (3.33%) and Pryluky (3.32%) districts, and the lowest — NovgorodSiversky (1.57%). Increasing the sown area of green manure crops, plowing straw and the use of other elements of biologization of agriculture are important factors in increasing the weighted average humus content in the soils of Chernihiv region.

We have analyzed the phenomena which accompany synchronization of night-time ionospheric and geomagnetic disturbances in an ULF range with periods 35–50 min near the mid-latitude station Kazan during a global magnetically quiet period. The comparison between dynamic spectra and wavelet patterns of these disturbances has revealed that spectral features of simultaneous disturbances of the F2-layer critical frequency and H, D, Z geomagnetic field components are similar. By studying spectral features of the F2-layer critical frequency over Kazan and disturbances of the H and D geomagnetic field components at magnetic stations which differ from Kazan in longitude and latitude, we have established that the disturbances considered belong to the class of fast magnetosonic waves. The analysis of solar wind parameters, interplanetary magnetic field (IMF), and values of the auroral index AL in the period under study has shown that this event is associated with IMF Bz component disturbances and occurs during substorm development.

From the moment of birth of the fetus, the third period of the birth act begins the succession period. A woman, both during childbirth and during the allocation of the placenta, in most cases does not do without the help of an obstetrician. The main task of the obstetrician is to monitor the correct flow of natural forces and come to help only when the latter are insufficient or are somehow disturbed. Any untimely intervention entails a violation of the normal course of the subsequent period and is the cause of a number of complications (strictures of the internal pharynx, separation of pieces of the placenta and membranes, etc.).

Феномен многофазовости кривых дожития, найденный у дрозофилы, подтвержден в экспериментах на дафниях. Математическое моделирование показало, что многофазовость кривых дожития дафний отражает скачкообразные изменения интенсивности гибели объектов при переходе от фазы к фазе. У дафний фаза резкого повышения смертности, наблюдаемая в раннем возрасте у интактных дрозофил, появляется только как реакция на негативное воздействие. Индукция реактивных изменений слабыми внешними сигналами приводит к снижению выживаемости молодых дафний. Сделано логическое заключение о готовности к реакции каждой из экспериментальных особей. Доказано, что у дафний предрасположенность к реакции сохраняется в неопределенно большом ряду поколений. Постулируется, что эффект обусловлен эпигенетическими механизмами. Рассматриваются предыдущие экспериментальные материалы, позволяющие предположить, что реакция данного типа широко распространена в природе. The phenomenon of multiphase survival curves found in drosophila is confirmed in experiments on daphnia. Mathematical modeling showed that the multiphase nature of the daphnia survival curves reflects abrupt changes in the intensity of death of crustaceans during the transition from phase to phase. In intact daphnia there is no phase of a sharp increase in mortality observed at an early age in drosophila. It arises as a reaction to weak negative influences, which leads to a sharp decrease in the survival of young individuals. A logical conclusion was made about the readiness for reaction of each experimental individual. The effect was observed in a series of experiments posed in different years. It is proved that in daphnia, the predisposition to reaction persists for an indefinitely large number of generations. It is postulated that this reaction has an epigenetic nature. Previous experimental materials suggest that a reaction of this type is widespread in natural surroundings.

The receptor for Shiga toxin on rabbit intestinal microvillus membranes (MVMs) has been identified as a developmentally regulated glycolipid, globotriaosylceramide [galactose alpha 1-4 galactose beta 1-4 glucose beta 1-1 ceramide (Gb3)]. MVM Gb3 levels increase markedly in the third week of life, concomitant with fluid secretory responses to the toxin. To study mechanisms controlling developmental regulation of MVM Gb3, we measured the specific synthetic Gb3 galactosyltransferase and degradative alpha-galactosidase activities and subcellular distribution of Gb3 at various ages. Quantitative high-performance liquid chromatography demonstrated a similar developmental pattern in both microsomal and MVM Gb3, indicating that late expression of MVM Gb3 is not due to delayed migration of Gb3 from the microsomal to the MVM. The specific Gb3 galactosyltransferase activity increased with age, with a sharp increase seen at 18 days of age, whereas alpha-galactosidase activity followed an inverse pattern. Thus, regulation of both synthetic and degradative pathways for Gb3 appears to explain the observed changes in Gb3 levels with age. The nature of the signals for developmental regulation of Gb3 levels is unknown, as are the physiological consequences of altered MVM glycolipid composition other than mediating response to Shiga toxin.

The article analyzes statistical data for the adult population of the oil and gas producing region at the Aktobe district over 2011-2015. Data on the incidence of malignant (reporting statistical forms No. 35 and No. 7) of the adult population of Mugalzhar, Temirsky district in the Aktobe region were studied in the process of the implementation of the research. In the work, there were used statistical and epidemiological methods. There was a decline in the primary incidence of malignant tumors (MT) in the adult population in Mugalzhar region (there is a gradual decrease from 2011 till 2014, in 2015 -the sharp decrease of the indices of the primary incidence) and Kobdinsky region (there is a decrease of the MT from 2013 and an increase in the rate of growth in Temirsky region (the incidence of MT decreases from 2011 till 2013, the trend of increasing primary indices is traced from 2013) during the period under review. Ranking of the MT with the first time established diagnosis among the adult population living in the Mugalzhar district showed the women’s breast cancer to held the first place, the second - the esophagus, the third place is the uterus. The elderly population of the Temir district is ranked first with MT of the esophagus, on the second - MT of tracheaetracheae, bronchus, lung, in third place - MT of the women’s breast. Among the adult population of the Kobda district, which is the control, the MT of the stomach is leading, after it the MT of tracheae, bronchus, lung, the MT esophagus is on the third place. The statistically significant direct, strong correlations between the annual average daily concentration of carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, hydrocarbon in the atmospheric air and the index of the MT incidence (body of uterus, uterine cervix, breast, mammary gland) at the adult population was revealed. In the Mugalzharsky and Kobdinsky districts the proportion of people living by 2015 more than 5 years from the date of diagnosis is higher than in the Temir district. In the Temir district, the detection rate among newly registered MT patients, in comparison with the Mugalzhar and Kobdinsky regions is high at the I-II stages, and at the IV stage.
