The first quarter of 2020 has been a difficult time for the global community. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is affecting various sectors, one of which is education. Physical distancing policies allow learning to be done remotely. Based on the conditions of distance learning, this study wanted to determine the effect of lecturer co mpetence on student satisfaction during a pandemic. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to college students using purpose sampling. Data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The results showed that social and personality competence had an effect on student satisfaction, but lecturers' pedagogical and professional competence had no effect on student satisfaction during the pandemic. This can be shown from the inadequate infrastructure of distance learning. Lecturers who are needed now are lecturers who have the power of creativity in delivering material so that the delivery of material to students is more interesting and varied in online learning.

This study examined differences in perceived benefits of home-delivered meals between older adults living alone and those living with others. Recommendations were also discussed to enhance services by examining differences between these two subgroups. This study used secondary data analysis focusing on two open-ended questions that were collected in a client satisfaction survey conducted by AgeOptions, the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) in suburban Cook County, Illinois. Out of 199 older adults or their caregivers who participated in the survey, 126 (63.3%) older adults were living alone. All of the survey participants shared their perception of home-delivered meals benefits, and 91 respondents (45.7%) offered recommendations on the program. The results suggest that there is a greater need for transportation options, financial security, regular safety checks, and basic support for older adults who live alone compared to those living with others. The most frequent recommendation from all older adults was increasing the variety of meal options. Older adults living alone complained less about taste and the way meals were cooked than older adults living with others, but they requested availability of meals customized for those with unique needs. Additionally, older adults living alone offered a wider range of recommendations for the program as well as identify more diverse benefits from the program than those living with others.

Based on Law Number 25 Year 2009 regarding Public Services, every public service provider is demanded to always improve the quality of its services. One effort to meet the need to improve service quality is to carry out a Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM), where the implementation has been regulated in Permenpan No. 14 of 2017. SKM in this study was conducted at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Pambalah Batung Amuntai, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (HSU). SKM is conducted to be able to measure and analyze the Community Satisfaction Index. Descriptive methods with qualitative and quantitative approaches (mix method) were used in this research. The results of data analysis showed that the IKM of Pambalah Batung Amuntai Hospital was 78.24, which is rated as "Good" category. Service elements that must be improved (poor category) are service time, complaint handling, facilities and infrastructure. The recommended strategic steps are making improvements in accordance with the recommendations in the 2018 SKM report and improving performance especially in elements that are less well categorized. Kata Kunci: Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat, Pelayanan Publik, RSUD Pambalah Batung Amuntai Abstrak Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik, setiap penyelenggara pelayanan publik dituntut untuk selalu memperbaiki kualitas pelayanannya. Salah satu usaha dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan perbaikan kualitas pelayanan tersebut adalah dengan melaksanakan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM), dimana pelaksanaanya telah diatur di dalam Permenpan Nomor 14 Tahun 2017 tentang Pedoman Penyusunan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat Unit Penyelenggara Pelayanan Publik. SKM dalam kajian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Pambalah Batung Amuntai, Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU). SKM dilakukan untuk mengukur dan menganalisa Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mix method). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa IKM RSUD Pambalah Batung Amuntai adalah 78,24, berada pada kategori “Baik”. Unsur pelayanan yang harus diperbaiki (kategori kurang baik) adalah waktu pelayanan, penanganan pengaduan, dan sarana prasarana. Rekomendasi langkah strategis yang perlu dilakukan adalah melakukan perbaikan sesuai dengan saran dalam laporan SKM tahun 2018 dan melakukan peningkatan kinerja terutama pada unsur dengan kategori kurang baik. AbstractThis article uses a qualitative type with a case study approach and a multi-case design. The research sites are at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) and the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA). Data analysis in this study used cross-case data analysis, namely comparing the findings obtained from each case and location. This article aims to describe and analyze the moderate Islamic value in Islamic education learning at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang and the Islamic University of Malang. The results of this article are: The first moderate Islamic values developed are tolerance, tajdid, tajrīd, al tawasuth, al muwājahah, al tawāzun, al i'tidāl, musyārakah, harmony, togetherness, honesty and discipline, al muhāfadzotu 'ala qodīmi al sholeh wa al akhdzu bi jadīdi al ashlah. The implications of PAI learning are embedded in some moderate thinking about students and the entire academic community, the inherent shohihah aqidah and ahlussunnah wa al jamā'ah, and the absence of radical Islamic organizations at universities, and not allowed to cover the face (niqob) for women.AbstrakArtikel ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan desain rancangan multikasus. Tempat penelitian ini di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) dan Universitas Islam Malang (UNISMA). Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data lintas situs, yaitu membandingkan temuan-temuan yang diperoleh dari masing-masing lokasi. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis nilai Islam moderat dalam pembelajaran PAI di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dan Universitas Islam Malang. Hasil artikel ini adalah: Nilai Islam moderat pertama yang dikembangkan adalah toleransi, tajdid, tajrīd, al tawasuth, al muwājahah, al tawāzun, al i'tidāl, musyārakah, harmoni, kebersamaan, kejujuran dan disiplin, al muhāfadzotu 'ala qodīmi al sholeh wa al akhdzu bi jadīdi al ashlah. Implikasi dari pembelajaran PAI tertanam oleh beberapa pemikiran moderat tentang mahasiswa dan seluruh komunitas akademik, shohihah aqidah yang melekat dan ahlussunnah wa al jamā'ah, dan tidak adanya organisasi Islam radikal di universitas, dan tidak diperbolehkan untuk menutupi wajah (niqob) untuk wanita.
